The rooms were clean & spacious! Breakfast was good. The only critiques were; the pool was very cold and the air conditioner in the room wasn't working right. We couldnt get comfortable, it was either super warm or super cold. Other than that it was a great stay!

Absolutely great hotel. Clean. Everything in great condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The pool is a little small. My kids had a blast, but they were the only ones in it the whole time. Others would definitely have made it feel cramped.

This hotel was so clean and friendly. I love how it is so welcoming to dogs. We travel with ours and hard to find a place to stay. The free breakfast is good. Room was very clean and well maintained. Had a queen suite and it was huge! The grounds were well kept and enjoyable with the fire on patio and grills to use. Great location. Couldn't be better.

Very nice, newer property with many amenities. Sheets were so soft and the room was quiet and spacious with practically a full kitchen. Everything was very nice. Only minor things - TV was not working well due to what I assume were satellite issues? Very hard to find local channels that worked. Also, the exercise room is very crowded and has full length windows open to the front of the hotel. I would NOT want to work out in there with everyone watching me. The treadmills were so close together they were literally touching. Ew. Breakfast was so-so. Other than that everything was great. Very friendly staff.

My feet stuck to the floor. The front staff questioned my reservation and re-typed in all the information which was a complete waste of time and almost gave the impression that she was changing my reservation. The staff members were folding bathroom towels while sitting at the front desk which was odd and very unprofessional. And finally when I inquired about late check out it was just an immediate no. At least pretend to look at your bookings and be accommodating. We won’t be back and I’m thinking we are done with Hilton in general.

I have stayed at this property before and it has always been a fantastic facility. This time I found a obviously dirty towel and washcloth draped over the shower curtain rod. Reported the incident and I was brushed off by staff.

I was surprised by the quality of this hotel. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I super appreciated the lock reinforcer inside the hotel room door that helped me feel more secure as a solo traveler. I had brought my own but didn't need it. The carpets in the hallway of the 4th floor were stained, but the floors in my room weren't, so I was fine with that. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I never tried the breakfast as it wasn't ready when I left at 6:40 each morning. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and I'm glad I chose to stay here for my work trip.

Being next to the dispensary it smelled like weed literally everywhere you went. That was a huge downside for me as I hate the smell. Walking out there was 2 guys smoking weed next to the front door. I wish they would look out for that stuff more. The connecting doors made it extremely loud when your neighbor was watching tv or talking. I heard them more than I would like to. Other than that a great place to stay and having all the kitchen comforts of home made it perfect.

My husband’s words “this is nicest hotel you’ve found in all our travels” Loved the room decor, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Our room was right by an exit door and we were woke up every time someone went outside as it slammed shut hard. First floor and people above us were noisy. Usually I’ve found this hotel chain to be above my budget but somehow through Expedia we found this hotel at an affordable rate. We’ll be back if the rate is affordable again. We travel this direction a couple times a year.

This was our third stay here. It feels like a home away from home. We like the sofa, full size frig, and bathroom night light. The desk chair is also comfortable. Breakfast has enough choices. Staff is friendly. Location is ideal for us as we spend time with people both in SE Rockford and Rockton. We like being near restaurant options like Subway, Panera, Culver’s, and Sam’s Pizza - all along Riverside Ave.

Really cheap build. Heard the room next to us arguing. F-bombs next door clearly heard while I was with my 9 year old child. Then the upstairs room occupants were walking around and it sounded so loud. Could not sleep. Do not recommend this hotel.

Check in at front desk was a bit rude. Made it clear they did not like that I booked the reservation on hotels.com as a Hilton honors member I did not feel well treated. Breakfast needs a lot of work. Compared to other hotel breakfast this is not great.

We've stayed at this hotel twice and both rides times have been exceptional. We stay at a lot of hotels for soccer and this is one of my favorites. Beyond the basics of cleanliness and everything the way it supposed to be, the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. On Saturdays their breakfast starts at 7 am but we had to leave by 7:15 for a game I talked to the front desk the night before. He called the correct person and they opened breakfast early so we could get a good meal before we left. It's something like that that makes a huge impression and I so appreciated them accommodating us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My party arrived 1 hour after check in time and we were told it maybe another hour before our rooms are ready as the are short staffed. I realize staffing is an issue, but then the supervisor/manager should step up and grab a vacuum and toilet brush instead of apologizing. Fortunately, We were able to get into our rooms 30 minutes later (1.5 hours after check in time). With only a couple minutes to spare before our departure for a reservation and evening event. The thermostat in the room stated temp at 71 degrees when it was set at 68 and would go below 68. The room was VERY warm for sleeping. Shower had no pressure and could be adjusted from a very weird combination of shower and stream. In shower soap and shampoo dispenser covers were coming off and I had to fix them in order to work properly. Overall the room appeared clean (hair on a pillow) and bed was ok. No a lot of parking. Got back around 10:30pm and only a few spaces left. Breakfast was typical premade omelets, waffles, breakfast begal, toast, yogurt, etc.

The location was fantastic, right off 39/51. Easy to get into town or go other places. The area around the hotel was peaceful and calm. There is a Cannabis store next door and two gas stations. None of that affected our trip.

Comfortable, quiet, very convenient location for all of the activities of the weekend in Loves Park, Rosco, Rockton, and the east side of Rockford. Easy to find. Pool was smaller than I would have liked. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Home2Suites have a nice fresh update on traditional hotels. People really seem to enjoy the common areas more than I’ve ever seen at other hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was both traditional and unique. I loved the offering of hot breakfast sandwiches or bowls and the yogurt machine with a little toppings bar.

Everything thing was fine for a newer facility it just seemed a little worn. The only issue I really had was with the breakfast it was just frozen foods microwaved, not my idea of food.I switched to making waffles and that was better.
