It's was very clean and modern for the price paid. The breakfast was good and the swimming area was tidy. I just wished there were a steady refill of pool towels. I would stay again as it was close to kid activities which was why I booked.. family stay

I was told that there would be maid service every other day, I was there 3 nights..... no maid, no clean towels, nothing done to the room, but I was charged the same amount for 3 nights. I went down to use the pool...... the pool is RANCID !...When you open the door, the room smells, there is no water movement in the pool, the water is so cloudy you cannot see the bottom. No warning on the door that the pool is closed, the automatic lock allows guests into the pool area. Friday Night it was like a free for all on the 5th floor... kids running around, screaming ..... don't you have security cameras on all floors? why weren't the kids stopped. I will Not use this hotel again !

Property was clean and very family friendly, they had family games in the lobby and outside. It was encouraged to hang in the lobby and outside. Quiet time was from 10 (???) PM until the next morning, so it was actually quiet. I would book again if the need arises

One elevator was completely out of use. The other was on the fritz and telling people it was over the weight limit and stopping on random floors forcing people to get off. An example was 5 Adults on the elevator. One I know for sure weighs 130lbs and there was no way the other 4 weighed at least 500 each. My family of 4 was 500lbs total and we set it off. The worst was watching people step off of the elevator feeling shamed like they were the ones that set it over.

Decent hotel minus the filth. Pool area was an absolute joke. They have advertised on the site a beautiful outdoor pool which was a huge factor in me staying there… yet no outdoor pool instead they ne of the filthiest indoor pools I have ever seen. Rust and MOLD all over. Entire pool are smelled of mold. Not Mildew MOLD. Pool was completely empty and yet the pool was sizzling with what appeared to be an explosion overload of calcium Buildup

Very accessible to other shops like Starbucks and WaWa next door. So great! Tru has everything you need. The staff could’ve been more friendly, no greetings at all only the night before. Breakfast was good too, love the snack bar area. Only flaw about the room is; please clean the ac unit siding/fan— dust all of over them.

If location was everything, this would be a 10/5 review. The hotel is reasonably priced,close to the expo center, as well as many food options to make our stay more comfortable. Loved everything about this day, from service to bedding, however, the bathroom could have used more TLC from the cleaning staff. Next to the toilet, there were obvious signs that someone had vomited at some point, and while they cleaned the floor, there were still “drip“ marks on the wall next to the toilet. Every single other thing about our stay was perfect, so I’m still giving four stars, but they really need to fix the cleanliness issue in the bathroom bathrooms, as other reviewers may not be so generous.

First time trying a Tru. Nice hotel overall. Our room was not as clean as the common areas. Towels and sheets had stains on them. Food crumbs on one of the tables. And there was a Y taped on the wall for no apparent reason. We traveled with our pup. They made me sign a waiver but I didn’t receive a copy of what I signed. I had asked for a ground floor room (lower level would have been fine). They put us on the 4th floor. Our pup is terrified of the elevator so 4 flights of steps each time coming and going was not desirable.

Room was perfect. 5th floor Hallways were not swept, garbage not emptied when we checked in at 8pm 1/2/25; same condition when we checked out at 9am, following day. Room 508. Overall is was a great stay.

When I walked in I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the establishment. They have water, coffee and tea available 24 hours and for FREE! There is a mini shop where you can get snacks, including microwaveable dishes and travel needs. I would recommend Tru by Hilton

We stayed for The National Dog Show, in the roll in accessible room. I'm an incomplete quadriplegic and full-time wheelchair user. The room was relatively well designed and thought out for overall accessibility. My sole issue was that the door to the room is VERY heavy, with no door assist installed. I had to use my electric wheelchair to push it open, and it was so heavy that my 90# service dog wasn't able to open it for me. The shower was definitely adequate, with a flip down shower bench. It did leak excessively into the bathroom, causing a potential fall risk for the disabled person or helper. But that's nearly every roll-in shower room, so I'm not mad. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fair. I would have liked to see more grab and go items, but we were leaving around 0600 to get ready for the dog show. Merely a convenience issue, so no harm no foul. The window coverings were electric, which was wonderful for someone like me who has trouble with their arms and hands! Plenty, and I do mean plenty, of room to maneuver even my complex rehab wheelchair...with a very large service dog shadowing me everywhere in the room. Good outlet placement for respiratory equipment and battery dependent mobility equipment. The roll under sink was a little high, but not bad overall. Plenty of vertical and horizontal grab rails that are very sturdy and well placed. The fridge is great for a few snacks and drinks. The closet easily held both of my skirt suits.

We had a great greeting when we arrived. The breakfast is ok, nothing great. Beds are a bit hard. The person at the desk during our check out was too busy on a personal call to even look up when I tried to get her attention. Very rude.

I absolutely love this hotel!! Everything was amazing from check in to check out. My family and I stayed for 7 days and used almost all of the amenities at the property. The pool area was heated and it was a salt water pool, which was awesome. They provided towels in the pool area with its own separate bathroom so you didn’t have to walk through the lobby wet to use the restroom. The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. They provided full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the room bathrooms which was very nice. They were quality products too! They provided free coffee 24 hours a day for guests and the ice machine was located right off the lobby with disposable buckets and a water bottle fountain too!! The staff was absolutely amazing. They were all so friendly and helpful. The location of the property was so perfect for us as it was within safe walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a wawa!!! This will be our hotel when we come back next year. 10/10 would highly recommend to EVERYONE!

Half the tv channels didn’t work and when I complained to the front desk they said they would check the internet and then never followed up to see if it worked, which they still didn’t. Also very small selection for breakfast and pancake machine didn’t work. Eggs or oatmeal and cereal.

The design of the hotel rooms was impeccably thought-out with practicality in-mind. Plenty of hooks, hangers, and outlets for charging devices. The bed was super comfortable, as well as the desk chair. My only complaint was the trash can overflowing at breakfast, but other than that, my stay was great!

We loved staying here for a lacrosse tourney in town. Close to everything, super clean & nice pool & staff. The only thing my husband would have liked especially with 3 people in a two double bed room was a closet or a dresser. Also breakfast looked great in pics but the selection was lacking. Overall would stay again & recommend.
