I would recomend more security. Guests able to bring dogs and other baggage in & out with no security. Also should be someone available at breakfast to check that all that eat there are qualified.

Parking was full, that’s the only problem

I had a delightful three night stay. The indoor heated pool was a perfect place to workout travel kinks. I was especially pleased with the ability to cast my phone's apps to the large screen TV in my room.

We checked in very late at night, and to the staff’s credit, the check-in process was quick and we received our room without delay. However, the next day when we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned at all — there were no new towels, no toiletries, and no amenities. Only after we complained at the front desk were towels brought to us. The following day, the “cleaning” consisted only of making the bed and changing the towels. The coffee cups were not washed, and the soap dispensers were not refilled. In addition, we were charged $10 for parking, even though Hotels.com clearly stated that the charge applies only to covered parking, which was not the case. Overall, the stay did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level, particularly regarding cleanliness, service, and transparency about parking fees.

I got there around 7 pm and front desk person was the same guy working as bartender and I had to stay in front for at least 7 minutes before he come to front and check me in . And he did not say to be with me shortly . So I felt neglected . Property is brand new and very clean . Breakfast was decent as well

The property has a good location and easy access, but limited parking when they have a special event. Great staff.

Disappointed in cleanliness of room. Mainly the shower. I've stayed here twice for over 3 nights each. The bar food that is advertised was never available. When I inquired, I was told due to only one person working the front desk and bar area. The good: they do have a great breakfast provided with fresh cooked food.

The trash can in the room was full when we checked in there was also left over food in the frig. No bottled water in room. No food service in the lobby , both bar and food service was closed. Hotel advertising boosted that the hotel had a bar and food.

The bathroom had a sliding door that (apparently by design) left a large gap when closed, so all noises in the bathroom were heard in the bedroom. Also, Expedia described a "free breakfast" for this property, but the hotel refused to honor it and charged us $11 per person, AFTER we had already eaten and believed the breakfast was free. Finally, parking is $10/day. In the future, I will stick to hotels that have similar features but cost much less, provide an actual free breakfast, and free parking. Nearby hotels like Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, or Holiday Inn Express.

This is probably the worst hotel I\'ve ever stayed in. The shower head was broken, the window shades would not function, and there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. The hallways were blowing with freezing cold air. For the breakfast, all the coffee ran out by 7am with no one there to replenish--scrambled eggs and other items were also gone. The "fresh" towels had hairs on them. It was disgusting. The one good thing was that the person working the front was very nice. Overall, it was awful.

Room was spacious, clean and in excellent condition.

The room was dirty,, there was blood on the sheets, floor was filthy with hair and crumbs from previous guests, would not recommend

Nice hotel but they didn’t do daily cleaning nor do they give water bottles. One of the towels had a stain on it.

Could have been cleaner. the carpets need good cleaning or replacement. The shower grout needs good cleaning, black in floor area.

Bed sheets were all wrinkled up. Bathroom had hairs. Bathtub dirty. Place was dusty.

Our room, 415, was infested with baby cockroaches. Management did nothing about it because apparently there is no management on the premises on weekends. We checked in on Friday, no house keeping for our room on Saturday. On Saturday, I called front desk at 4:30 to have them send housekeeping but I was informed the housekeeping staff was no longer on the premises. Sink in bathroom did not drain properly. A/C unit noise in room keeps you up all night!!

We had several problems with the refrigerator not working. The AC when running was loud. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is clean and the staff is kind. The only real issue is the condition of the bathroom in our room. The shower head sprayed weird, the shower doors let water out-so we had to use several towels every time we showered, and the shower floor had a repair but the grout wasn't flush so if you stepped on it, it was painful. Other than the mishaps in the bathroom the stay was good and the room is very spacious! This is our 3rd time at this Hyatt and we will stay again.

Room 201 is horrible if you are trying to rest because it is close to the bar and they have a bad playing until 9pm

First we wanna start off by complimenting the staff here. They were phenomenal! So helpful and amazingly friendly! The type of service you always hope to have whenever you find somewhere to stay, but more than likely never receive. Thank you to everyone working on Mon 6/9/25. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Blackout curtains and a nice big couch for lounging. Sadly, this is where all the good parts end. The bed was super firm and the pillows were flat. I woke up with a stiff and hurt back and my wife’s head hurt. She felt like she was laying on rocks. The tv only has about 30 channels and runs off Google chrome, if you have an iPhone, this thing does not connect to it “even though it says it can”. The shower pressure is little to non existent, the toilet felt awkward and uncomfortable to sit on. The sheets were slightly stained to what looked like lipstick, the couch and bed had small specs of glitter on them and the couch had a small odor in one of the corners. Some of the furniture had dings on them. We would love to stay here again, mainly for the staff and the room “looked” exceptional! That’s sadly where it ends though. Im glad we got to stay here, but It’s not enough to get us back for another stay, my back will most certainly thank me in the end.

The hotel is average. It’s comfortable but the automatic lights in our bathroom shut off after 60 seconds even when in shower. So either a dark shower or you had to get out and turn the lights on. Also the A/C stopped at 68. It’s Fresno, it’s hot. It wasn’t cool comfortable. When I tried to speak to the front desk no one was present. They were making coffee drinks for guests.

Tv didnt work right couldn't get anyone to fix it. Kleenex box empty. Should have breakfast last until ten for people on vacation. Bedding was clean and comfortable. When you turn on the shower it just about knocks you down. Water comes out so fast it hurts your skin.

Bartending staff and hotel checkin was phenomenal.

Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to a broken tv. The staff went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for us.

Extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating check in!

Easy checkin, clean, comfortable, well appointed, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Safe area. Helpful staff.

Location for us was extremely important. Hotel is conveniently located to everything: highway, gas station, shopping, dining and even urgent care. I was pleased at the fact that there weren't any transients camped around or lingering around the property. I know that seems insensitive but the garbage, smells and fires from these aren't just sad and uncomfortable they can also be dangerous. Our rooms were clean and uncluttered and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the real hot breakfast options and the schedule for such as we didn't have to rush. Our shower had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was also quite nice.

Car was vandalized. Homeless tents next to the hotel.

Rooms are very spacious and close to multiple shopping malls with many dining options. Definitely car-dependent. The room was very clean

It was the greatest pleasure to enjoy and stay. Very quiet and nearby all of the essentials and across the street of Kaiser Permanente! Very very convenient!

I would definitely stay here again. We are a family of four and we enjoyed our stay. Target, Kaiser Permanente, Chili's, and many shopping stores were all nearby. We absolutely loved our stay.

The area looks ok, but Fresno is just too dangerous these days. Had the car’s side window smashed

The property is tucked away in a neighborhood, so there's not much around it, but I highly recommend it. It. The staff was very friendly, and a breakfast was good.

Shower still had hair on the floor. Breakfast place still had left over residue on them. Staff was very friendly.

Clean room, very nice bathroom. Disappointing that some were given free breakfast while others were charged $11.50 each for a mediocre meal.
