It wasn’t good. We go in late to go to sleep, and went to get into bed to only find hair, and gross stuff stuck the sheet and blanket. Don’t know what it was resembled nose snot, and wasn’t clean sheets or blankets. We ended up changing rooms, but that isn’t the point we should never have to come to a “dirty” room with dirty clean sheets. Seems like they just remake the beds. Will not be returning or recommending this hotel. We looked down at the pool and saw it was also dirty and they were dirty used towels all over each pool chair. Looked like no one has taken care of that pool area in days. Super disappointed. We asked for a refund when we came downstairs at midnight because we were disgusted but they just said they could move us rooms. Horrible service.

This hotel is wonderful. Super clean. All the amenities you like to see. Bar and Bistro were excellent. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics. Easy to get to from the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

Really Nice Hotel, Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, We arrived around 10:30 pm and the parking lot was PACK, we got the last space available. No issues with the room at all, it has comfy bed and pillows.

This was the perfect location! Easy get to the NMSU campus for walking around and going to the game, easy to visit La Mesilla & downtown Las Cruces, easy access to the interstate... It was very clean and the amenities are great - fitness facility, grab & go food, other food/beverage options. We really enjoyed our visit! Thank you!

There was no bathroom near the pool. The pool area had no towels one day trash was full and the pool water was dirty. I t could be more family friendly.

I was surprised that facility was in average to below average state of maintenance and repair. The shower had a broken repaired tile and mold around base of shower enclosure. I paid a premium price for the area and have stayed at other hotels in area for half the price and comparable condition. I have a son that attends the University and will be making more trips to Las Cruces but will not be using Marriott Courtyard.

Check in was horrible. Got to room and it smelled very nasty. My son’s words were exactly “eww has someone been farting in here”? Shower had lots of hair as well as toilet.

I have noticed an increase in vagabonds/homeless around this area(stores, corners, gas station, etc). The property grounds seems to be ok though. I still would stay here again. Rooms are modernized and beds are very comfortable.

Very disappointed that the check in was delayed because of a large group leaving. I understand the reasoning but I picked this hotel over many others so I could relax before the game, instead I was not able to check in until after 5 and paid over $400 to spend $ hours in a room. I will not stay here for any more trips for football games.

Took the hotel 45 minutes to get us a room. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 3:15 and by 4pm we finally got a room. All the while other guests were being checked in and sent to their room. The check in was HORRIBLE. Was told by a manager that because we reserved the room through a third party and not through Marriott, it caused us to be placed in a block of rooms and a 45 minute delay in being checked in.

Repeat visit to this facility and both times were excellent. Though the reason for this visit was not pleasant (s funeral), the hotel was quite good and the staff were wonderful.

For as much as the room cost per night it was a disappointment that the TV would not turn on . We called the front desk and requested a maintenance person to come look at it and no one came. At check out they offered points for an account I dont have. And because I used a 3rd party for my reservation there was no price break !

Loved the property and room, well decorated, the parking area well lit. The Bistro on site was a disappointment. Food ordered had hair on it and eggs scorched on one side and not cooked on the other. When mentioned at checkout the staff member just shrugged. Bad ending to a nice stay.
