Very nice stay, when we checked in the last was very nice. Only prob was the hot tub wasn't working right but enough water in it and water didnt move around at all.

Great location. Very nice. Like all hotels, pillows are way too small and very uncomfortable for me to get a good nights sleep. Woke up Sunday morning to at least 10 vehicles having been broken into. It was very cold and windy so I feel awful for those people. I felt safe the whole time. Just make sure you do not leave ANYTHING visible in your vehicle. Park around back by the entry door up against the building. My vehicle was safe there.

Overall the hotel was very nice. Good service, clean room, excellent amenities and convenient location. Only issue was over chlorination in the hot tub caused extreme foaming that trapped dirt and oils and was unpleasant.

Everything regarding the room was fine. But the first night we were there two windows in our truck were busted out and the back passenger door will need to be replaced. That put quite a damper on our stay.

I loved the cleanliness, the staff had great customer service. What I didn’t like is there was a lot of kids and when the adult went to get In the jacuzzi the kids took over. I feel like after a certain time kids should not be allowed In the jacuzzi or the pool. There was a lot of adults who left the pool because it was after 8pm and it was a lot of diving and had to be over 20 kids after 8pm. For the price of the room so of came to enjoy the pool but couldn’t. But all In my stay was wonderful.

This is a very well maintained hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was even a small closet to put your luggage away. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and food was good. The evening happy hour was delightful with taco’s served as well as 3 drinks per person (with your card) per night at no additional charge. Fresh popcorn on hand as well as coffee/tea and carbonated drinks 24 hours a day. The only downside was one of the elevators was not working as a part was needed for repairs. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Hotel was great! Staff was accommodating and friendly. The hotel does show some wear but was very clean otherwise. Pool is very chlorinated, which I would prefer, but know others do not. Drury has great perks, just wish their pop and popcorn didn’t end at 9:00.

Was given a loud room by the elevator and the bed sheets were stained. No extra pillows or blankets or towels… it was clean and pretty comfortable bed. It was an okay stay. The staff are noisy you don’t need to know where I’m staying. We went to the zoo which is no one’s business but ours.

Walked into our room and there was a dirty pair of earrings laying on our bed went down to the lobby and they gave us a new room. Second room had hair in the toilet and stuff behind the nightstand as well dirt around the bed. The elevator was down so only one was working. It worked for the night we stayed.

Great check in. Very friendly and got us in a bit early. Room cleanliness was very poor, blanket to pull out bed had a nasty, crusty, caked on puke stain. Bathroom had shaving cream and hairs on wall. 1 of 2 elevators was not working, and made things very difficult. Had to take the stairs to the 5th floor numerous times. Didn’t see any work on it the entire time. We also saw so many dogs, and even in the pool area. I didn’t appreciate that since I am allergic. We have stayed at Drury for many times, but will not stay again. On top of that, breakfast was sub par.

For starters, we booked this room though Expedia who advertised the room as being one with a couch and extra lounging area. When we walked into the room, it was a standard 2 queen room. I had to pay $270 through Expedia when that same room through Drury was $168. Unacceptable. Expedia did nothing about it. The bathroom had hair in it, the washer in the laundry room had green beans and hair tied stuck in the front of it, and the pool and hot tub are very small compared to other locations. The staff was very friendly though and kept up very well with having all rooms booked!

Our room was great. Clean and spacious. However our entire floor smelled like ammonia. The specific smell was like cat pee, and it was overwhelming from the moment the elevator opened. The manager and the staff were very friendly!

The hotel is conveniently placed in Columbus if you’re driving through. Their happy hour with snacks and drinks is a nice perk and there is a Panera right next door. The room was well appointed and extremely clean. Mattress was very comfy. But there is little soundproofing, and if you have noisy neighbors staying on the same floor, like I did, you might not sleep well. I didn’t try the breakfast because I slept poorly, so I left early. But it is a nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean comfy rooms.very nice staff. We had a two queen bed room with microwave, mini fridge, large clean walk in shower. Breakfast buffet was amazing and plentiful. I will stay here when in Columbus moving forward.

I really liked that they served breakfast AND a dinner option as well. Only thing that bothered me was we were in room on backside of building next to the highway. Trucks kept me awake all night. Need thicker or more soundproof windows. We did not hear any doors slam, or the elevators that were on other side of our rooms wall. Just the darn traffic all night. I will be back though

The gal working the desk when we checked in was friendly, quick and efficient. The whole hotel was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The evening kick back was great as well as the breakfast in the morning. All items were plentiful, considering how busy the hotel was during our stay.

Called a week before to see if could get a early check in,got the run around to call back day of trip. Did and then got told to call back 30 mins to see if a room would be available as they where cleaning. Did that and got told bc i didnt pay a early fee lile others did that i couldn't get early check in but would get late check in, even went to hotel and asked. Got to hotel and was told AC out but had a fan in room. We understood and went up to room. Then had to come down and ask where my king room was not doubles. Got told they didnt have that so you gave it away right. Was told they give me point and paid for some snacks sorry. I have never had problems ever with booking. They also charged me 2x

I had a mixed stay. The hotel is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. I appreciate the free drinks and food. However, I had some issues during my stay. First, my AC wasn’t working on my first night. The hotel was unable to contact me to let me know since I booked through Hotels.com. So, I was only made aware of this when I checked in. The first night was uncomfortable but the hotel comped the night, so I was satisfied with how they handled it. Secondly, one of the elevators was out my entire stay. I stayed there 6/24-6/30, and it was out the entire time. People were waiting in long lines at times to get onto the elevator. That was unacceptable. One person told me they’d been staying there for months and that the elevator had been out all that time. Lastly, when I had to switch rooms due to the AC issue, I left a toiletry bag behind. I was told by a staff member that it was found and in their possession, but then when I went to retrieve it, they were unable to find it. That was very frustrating.

As usual, all staff was welcoming and friendly. We were running late for the complementary drinks and food; they let me run in, get a plate and drinks, and them move my car. We always enjoy our stay and whenever we travel I try to get into a Drury Inn. Not sure why everyone doesn't stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The kids and I loved everything about it. Joshua checked us in and immediately made the experience feel personal — he asked why we were visiting Columbus, and when I mentioned the Oddities Expo, he seemed genuinely interested and even wrote it down! The staff overall was super friendly, everything was very clean, and the hotel was very affordable. One of my favorite parts was the included breakfast and dinner buffet — such a rare and awesome bonus for families. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was in a great location. Lots of places & shopping near by. Hotel staff was friendly & check in process was easy, even after hours. Rooms was clean. Only complaints was the mini refrigerator had an odor from previous food being placed inside & the smaller queen size beds were very bouncing so you could feel if someone was moving around. Not use to that & hard to sleep.

Hot breakfast was wonderful, good variety for kids and adults. They had social hour with free alcoholic beverages from 5:30-7. They also have free popcorn and drinks (pop, hot chocolate, coffee) all night. The room was very comfortable and clean. They also had evening snacks/ dinner. This saved us a ton of money as we did not need to eat out. Will be going back!

They need to fix one of only 2 elevators. One day we were awakened by fire alarms and it was because one of the teenage guests decided it would be funny to pull it. They have an awesome breakfast and dinner buffet and free drinks but no alternative to pork options for kosher diners.

Staff and room was very nice however, we booked this room for the convenience of dinner/snacks/ drinks however the lobby was so crowded from 5-7 that we couldn’t even find the opportunity to get food or drink. The experience was quite unfortunate. We had to leave to get food and by the time we returned we couldn’t even get a fountain drink for the room because the staff was locking up the drinks.
