Room was nice. Except they have my double bed room away and forced 1 of us to sleep on the floor.

Elevators broke down upon evening check-in. Had to go 3 flights w/kids & bags in tow. Same next morning. Finally fixed next evening. One room had an alarm noise all night they couldn't fix. TV remote couldn't control some functions. Rooms needed repairs.
