The property is well maintained despite it is fairly new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good and it offered a variety of choices from which to start the day off with. Cookies being offered at the front desk upon arrival was a nice surprise. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

We highly recommend this hotel. It was beautiful, well-ran, and very clean. The shower is excellent, providing ample pressure for a head and body massage. The breakfast was delicious. The room was organized well to accommodate our belongings. The only downside were in the pool. The pool's chemical balance was bit off and made my eyes stings a bit.

We have stayed here twice in the past year and the staff is friendly and helpful! The entire place is clean and the decor is very nice! Our room both stays was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool too!

Way overpriced, especially for the area. Would have been nice if they could have supplied a soap for the shower. The elevator was gross, obviously it had not been vacuumed; the hall floors slippery from kids coming directly from the pool. Not sure I would stay here again as it was not anything special.

Slow service at front desk With this hotel being newer, you would think it would be spotless, not the case, closet and shelf in it were dusty, found a hair in our bed, and hallway smelled like horse manure. Check out took almost 10 minutes as they tried to remove a $.45 fee from Expedia, even though we didn’t use them

The beds were firm than I would have liked. I noticed this halfway through the night when my hips started to ache, while laying on my side. But, the firmness may not be noticeable to others. Everything else at this Hotel was top notch. Breakfast was phenomenal!! (So many choices that I had a hard time deciding on what to put on my plate!!)

I didn't stay. I was about 45 minutes away. I had just exited route 80. On 99South I encountered a train blocking the highway. I was stopped for a half an hour. I called the hotel to ask about an alternative route. I talked to two people who were completely clueless. Didn't even understand where I was or rt 80. My GPS wasn't working for me so I gave up and found another hotel for three times as much. Then you lovely people wouldn't give me a refund or even a credit. Thanks for nothing, hotels.com!

We had some issues at check-in. Marisa, the desk clerk, did her very best to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. We didn’t see her again until we checked out two days later, and she remembered it was our anniversary. The facility and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was amazing!

I travel quite a bit and this hotel was by far the nicest ive stayed in in awhile staff was super friendly and helpful even passing out goodie bags for the kids the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing for a wednesday they had biscuits and gravy hardboiled eggs waffles potatoes scrambled eggs cereal yogurt muffins and more it was delicious i would highly recommend staying here
