宿泊時、駐車場を２泊分支払ったが、一旦出て再度入るときに駐車場が満車の場合入庫できないと言われた。そのため滞在中一度も出庫出来なかった。またホテルからはチェックインの際、そのような案内は全くなく、駐車場の係の人から初めて聞いた。

Was a nice hotel, near the palace. The other main attractions were a train away (train station 7-8 min walk). Super laid back area by the palace and river. Pool was nice, breakfast as well, executive level on top floor had nice options. Liked my stay here overall. Only downside mentions: I stayed on19th floor and my room’s AC was horrendous, hotel had to bring a fan. Made nights hot and uncomfortable, also wife and I could have sworn our king bed was actually a queen but hotel confirmed it was in fact a king. Maybe future guests will see what we mean. Anyways cheers!

O frigobar só tinha água cortesia, poderia ter algumas comidas pois meu pai é diabético e acordava com fraqueza. O local é excelente, muitas opções de restaurantes. O metrô é próximo. A vista para o castelo é sensacional, uma das mais belas que já presenciei. O café da manhã é excepcional , muitas opções de frutas, salada , sobremesas , salgados . A piscina é muito boa tbm , nem quente e nem fria , muito bem organizado e limpo. Os atendentes são muito educados e prestativos. Não houve nenhum problema.

酒店非常新，剛落成不足一年，整體設計及狀況非常好，景觀面對大阪城，非常好。只住了一晚，還可以。但酒店地點較偏，雖然附近有24小時1100yen停車場，酒店收費3000yen有點貴。早餐不過不失，選擇豐富及味道好，附近有Lawson，但建議入住這酒店加訂早餐會方便些。

Amazing location & views of Osaka Castle. Easy train access. Loved the pool, fitness room, breakfast & executive lounge. More comfortable bed than most hotels we've stayed at in Japan... not so hard! I loved having a bathroom door & privacy for both the shower & the toilet. I would highly recommend.

Newly built. The swimming pool area is like high end health club. It was pleasure to swim there. The view of Osaka castle was very spectacular. The staff really attended us above and beyond. Their thoughtfulness and attention are very professional. Great service. Extremely considerate. It is like art of its own. Special thanks to the melter Dee of the restaurant and bar during night time. Every need is thought after. In room there is even PJ .

Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het Osaka Castle. Badkamer is zeer modern en netjes. Er was te weinig kastruimte voor een wat langer verblijf en er miste ook een bureau in de kamer om te werken.

We had a very unpleasant experience with our current stay. The side facing the river has train tracks parallel to the hotel and there is a train running every minute, super annoying when you want to rest or sleep since the windows are not offering adequate sound proofing. We tried to switch the room to a more quiet one, this was only possible if we pay the upgrade fee to stay on the other side. So not really customer friendly. Especially because a member of the staff said he can upgrade us for free but then said since we booked with Expedia we need to pay. If I wanted the view of the castle I would have booked it, I just wanted a quiet room. No solution what so ever except pulling more money from your customers. Embarrassing Apart from this the hotel is modern and fresh.

In the room, we could hear the sound from other rooms a bit but expect for that, pretty much satisfied. The room is big enough and super clean even with a tub! Water bottle is not served n it’s a bit troublesome. But eco friendly so guess it’s ok

The hotel looks quite new and is well presented & maintained. The rooms are larger than what you’d normally find in a Japanese hotel and this comes at a bit more of a cost. You do, however, get what you expect from a Doubletree. The Castle view at night is spectacular!

ツインルームで3人の予約だったのですが、当日23時半ごろにチェックインしたのですが、エキストラベットが出来ておらず、作成に30から45分くらいかかると言われ、その日は遅かったので、断念してツインで何とか3人で寝ました。翌日も朝、出かけてる際に作成をお願いして出掛けたですが、午後になっても出来ておらず、また、スタッフ間でも連絡が取れておらず、その度その度、一から説明して何とか作ってもらいました。施設も綺麗でとてもテンションが上がっていたのに、その都度説明したりなど、疲れてしまい、今回のことは、とても残念でした。

My wife and i had to book a room here due to a passport going missing while visiting a local attraction. The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!

Everything was good up until the very end When I was asked to leave the executive members lounge after one hour of checkout time despite having permission to stay there to finish my work call and email. Employee was very concerned that I didn’t have one quarter of a sandwich and a drink. Really ruined a what would have been a very happy stay. Most of the staff were great

The beautiful view of Osaka Castle from our room, also whilst dining from the delicious breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet. The rooms were like brand-new, everything was immaculate including the facilities. Staff were helpful.
