3 families with kids came for the second year in row to V dell Arco, not so sure we will come back, we loved it last year, but lots has changed this year. Pools water was very cold, we spent 5 days in the hot tub, apparently new manager has decided to decrease the temperature..other customers not happy as well. Stuff very shot fuse and not friendly like last year, we noticed very few stuff compared to last year, maybe ppl are overworked and not happy. Compared to last year, service by the pool was very poor, you had to chase waiters around(and we always tip!). If you have all inclusive, Neptune's reservations are very few, they give priority to who pays $ which are not all inclusive..smart from their side but ppl that pay all inclusive than is a sort of scam. Neptune's manu completely changed, not to better but in our opinion not to the standard had last year. We enjoyed the cleaness and quietness of thr place, food was good and rooms always nice. Disappointing seeing so many changes because of 1 manager changing, especially not being able to swim in the pools. Hopefully one day things will be back as before and will go back.

There were water pipe issues on the property during our stay, unluckily. They had to turn off the water, so there were a few days during the day when they shut off the water, so we didn’t have access to cold water, couldn’t flush the toilet, and didn’t have air conditioning. It was very inconvenient.

Maybe it was the fact that it was the “rainy season” but our room was extremely damp. You could feel the wetness in the air. I ended up with a minor cold by the end of our stay. Room service food was awful. Bucanero food was also well under par. My wife got food poisoning from dinner at Neptune’s one night. Spa was great and the rest of the restaurants were okay I guess. The breakfast buffet was really good and they have a fantastic gym.

Facility lacked basic necessities. Had no running water for 3 days in a row due to a “mainline break.” Toilets could not flush, we could not shower or wash hands. AC also broke one night into our stay and it was over 85 degrees in our room at night, which made it hard to sleep. Staff was unapologetic about these major inconveniences. Concierge didn’t return phone calls or emails regarding dinner reservations, and everything was booked when we finally arrived and could ask in person. Pool service was slow- we waited 45 min for drinks on some days. Food is ok. Drinks are weak. The property is nicely maintained otherwise, and it is a perk that you have access to neighboring properties. We also enjoyed that it was very family friendly. Overall, due to the major facility issues, i would not stay here again.

We stayed at Villa Del Arco for our honeymoon. It was great. All of yhe staff were super nice. We spent a day at the Desert Spa on site which was amazing. Walking distance to Cabo San Lucas. We enjoyed watching the super yachts make their way in and out of the Sea of Cortez each day. The food was actually amazing and the alcoholic beverages that are included in the all-inclusive package were great.

Has a great large pool area with plenty of space for lounging with great views. Has so many excellent dining options with neighboring resort included. Excellent attentive service- all you’ll ever need for a great vacation. Cabo is wonderful!

The stay started out well. There was a nice welcome from the hotel for being a VIP member for Expedia. Then that same night, we found a HUGE roach in the room and the several after each night. Oh and we paid for a one bedroom suite. 😳 Then, 3 days later comes the water issue. They had some leak and that required that they shut off the water every day, for the next four days straight. It was off in the middle of the day, so you could not shower, you could not flush a toilet. It was disgusting. All the wild when you ask people, they keep saying they’re working on it! Can you imagine being in Mexico without working water? Then the kicker is, the AC stopped working. That went on for almost 4 days. So now we are in a one bedroom suite, no water during midday, and now no AC. They gave no updates to the guests except for the first day. Then they were telling everyone to get out of the rooms around 10:30 AM because of some bug issue. This is supposed to be a five star resort, and the way things were handled was terrible. I’m sure we’ll get the AI response to this below, but we will never go back to this hotel again. The only thing that was good about this entire trip, was Javier with the pool service. He was the absolute best and took great care of us and everyone else continuously in his section. He was the absolute best!

Everything about this resort was amazing. There was literally always someone cleaning the grounds, walls, stairs, pools, rooms, etc. Staff was impeccable and very friendly- always with a smile. The food at Del Arco was amazing (spare one undercooked chicken fingers incident). The food at the sister Del Palmar was not as great but can't have everything! Will definitely stay with The Villa Group again!

I would have given 5 stars all the way around however the property is extremely slippery! We had rain and all the floors in the hallways and around the entire property were slippery. They need to put rubber mats all around. I fell and I saw someone else fall as well. The staff is AMAZING though and the property was very clean and pretty!

The staff was very friendly, facilities were clean and updated, great gym and excellent food! The only complaint we have is the room temperature at night. It was very cold during the day but got hot every night even when we would tune the thermostat to as low as it would go.

We checked in and went up to our room with our luggage and the room was occupied. Wasn’t a big deal but when I asked if we could be close to my sisters room they said we were in the same building which was close. It wasn’t close and since the original room was occupied they gave us a different room even further away.

I loved the location of this property and that we had access to the property next door, Villa Del Palmar. We had a beautiful view. The drinks and food were a bit pricey but very good. The workers were very polite and attentive. If you charge items to your room make sure you check your charges every other day. We checked ours and noticed charges for breakfast, which we had breakfast included. They took if off after we complained. Also, we hated that we didn't have wifi. They say its included but it's not free. You have to pay ($20 for basic or $50 for faster wifi / per day). My husband complained about it and they said they were doing maintenance to it but afterwards my husband had wifi on his phone for one day (day before we left). As soon as you check in the concierge approach you about a "Welcome package" but its the information on getting cheaper activity packages with the catch of sitting through a timeshare presentation, which they tell you its 90 minutes but it ends up being longer depending if you show interest.

We stayed here for 7 days in mid May. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the courtyard/pool area with a view of the ocean. We went to every restaurant in the resort and all were fantastic. The service was amazing all the joints. We will be returning every May for the foreseeable future with out a doubt. We also loved the little trolley that transported us to the other resort Villa del Palmar. It's runs from 7:00am to 10pm. If you do all inclusive, you have access to 5 more restaurants at Villa del Palmar which really adds to the variety of choices. 10/10 for us.

As Good As It Gets!!! The property grounds and pools are immaculate. The staff is what makes this place so attractive. Javier at the pool was excellent. He works extremely hard to accommodate your wants and needs. He has a wonderful demeanor and is always smiling. Elizabeth at the El Patron breakfast is great as well. This is just tow of the names I remember. All of the staff is great. The rooms are clean and the bedding is awesome. The food is good in every restaurant on the grounds. Great resort staff The gym staff was rude, welcomed me in then 1 min later kicked me out because I didn’t meet fully their running shoes policy. I was just doing arms and shoulders weights but the assistant and then the manager both asked me to leave. FYI it’s important to have the requirements and policy at the front desk and review with gym goers before they enter the gym and not fish them out minutes later after your assistant opened the double glass door welcoming me in after I signed . Just poor customer service and the hotel concierge manager did not get involved all he said they run the gym not my area to manage. The hotel staff and restaurant area was very good! The gym staff terrible and rude, customers are being targeted once they are in the gym not upfront!

I have stayed at this hotel before apparently under different management and had a much better experience, but this time was an absolute nightmare. The front desk and reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms but were split across opposite ends of the hotel, separating me from my kids, while the rest of our large family party was placed together. I went to the front desk every single day trying to get us moved, and when a room came available to us, they stuck us in an ADA room that was extremely uncomfortable for my tall husband. To make matters worse, the manager tried to upcharge me for an upgrade that my other family members received for free. When I told them I would be posting a review, they didn’t care — it was clear they saw us as unimportant guests. This was supposed to be a memorable family vacation, but the hotel’s indifference and poor service ruined it. I will never come back, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a welcoming, customer-focused stay in Cabo to look elsewhere.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms could use an upgrade. The staff was friendly but honestly they need more staff. It was hard to flag down staff when at the pool to place an order through no fault of their own cause you can see they are hustling and trying to keep people happy and served. Our room didn't get cleaned on two separate days and it was very hard to get anyone to pick up the phone when ordering room service or the kids club but I honestly think it's because of high demand all around. Would definitely come back but hopefully they get more help for their staff.

We recently stayed at this property for six nights and got to enjoy most of what it has to offer. Overall, it was a really good experience. Positives: The pool was a definite highlight – warm (seems heated!) and never overcrowded. It was great that I didn’t have to wake up early just to reserve a lounge chair. The beach is swimmable and there are free water activities available, although they do get booked up quickly. I appreciated that the hotel didn’t push the timeshare sales too aggressively, which made check-in smoother (though you do still have to pass by the offers). Shoutout to Jesus, one of the pool waiter – he was especially friendly, helpful, and took care of us, as were most of the waiters. Food-wise, the restaurants offered a great variety, and we never felt the need to leave the property to find something different. There’s also easy access to local shopping and excursions outside of the hotel, which was a bonus since we didn’t have to go all the way to the Marina. The vendors are also honest. The resort shuttle was convenient. Negatives: Compared to Villa del Palmar in Cancun, this property didn’t have as many activities throughout the day. The breakfast, while good, was the same every morning. The nightly shows were entertaining but extremely crowded since they’re shared between both resorts. Also, most of the hostesses we encountered weren’t very friendly, which was a bit of a letdown.

As soon as you check in, it is all bait & switch. They make you sit down with the concierge to book dinners and excursions. However, none of that happened after we told her we weren't interested in going to a breakfast the next day to be sold on a timeshare. She then dismissed us to go see someone else for our booking needs. Very rude and annoying way to start the vacation. All you see all day around the pool are the staff giving yet another tour for a timeshare scam. This was very annoying to experience while I'm trying to relax on the resort. -You have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a drink/food and have to sign a bill each time even though it is all-inclusive. We even had a specific wristband indicating this. It was such a waste of time and paper. Defeated the purpose and not worth the money in that case. -Literally can't get a drink after 10 pm. Sports bar says 12 am but they tell you 11 pm and turn all tvs off at 11 pm. Everything closes super early. The dinners took 3 hours each with horrible service and over salted food.Hotel wouldn't give a partial refund to a guest that could no longer attend (before the Expedia deadline to cancel). The hotel wanted us to cancel and rebook for a much higher price. We booked through Expedia, and they could not get a hold of the hotel to resolve the issue. Expedia said it was up to the hotel to give the refund. The hotel said the reservation team was busy and said no refund. Manager and front desk didn't care.

The property is very clean and overlooks the water and lands end visible from the resort. Sharing the food options with Palmar was great and gave us a more options. The little market is convenient as we opted to forgo the AI as we were off property most mornings and afternoons. Rooms are comfortable with great views. Downtown is about a mile walk or a quick Uber/taxi ride.

The resort was great overall - the pools are nice and the service is top-notch. The food was very lackluster at all the restaurants. It's Cabo, so the area around the resort and on the beach is very sketchy. You couldn't walk on the beach or swim in the ocean without being hassled.

Top notch service. I love coming to Cabo and Villa Del Arco exceeded my expectations. The food selection was fantastic at each of the on site restaurants they have. From the outdoor taco bar, to the Neptune seafood restaurant. All really great food. Clean facility and friendly staff. Would DEFINITELY come back here and use Expedia again. My stay at Villa del Arco Los Cabos was truly fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort with excellent service and a beautiful setting, this is the place. The resort's all-inclusive options are exceptional. We ate at a number of restaurants, but the standout by far was Neptune's. The food was incredible, and the service was the best we experienced during our entire stay. The pool area is a huge highlight. The entertainment team, especially Rodo and Toni, were absolutely amazing. They were great with both adults and kids, making sure everyone was having a good time without being intrusive. We also have to give a special shout-out to our poolside server, Chay. He was so attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. You're constantly surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, including a perfect vantage point of the famous El Arco. It's the ideal spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Los Cabos.

Get the all inclusive package! So, so worth it!! Such an amazing week at Villa del Arco! The food and service was amazing! I enjoyed all the restaurants- Neptunes for seafood was great and so fresh The sports bar had amazing food! Pool and beach service was perfect1 the margaritas and poke bowl were my fav! The taco bar for lunch was my fav! The views from patron restaurant were excellent- overlooking the ocean The hotel was very clean and there were always someone cleaning or shining the property. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay there again! Only annoying thing was the people trying to push timeshares any chance they got.

We traveled mid June. The resort and view are beautiful. Upon our return as of today 1/3 of our family has become ill and tested positive for Ecoli and Cyclospora. We did not venture off of the resort. I would highly recommend people consider another resort .

Maybe it was the fact that it was the “rainy season” but our room was extremely damp. You could feel the wetness in the air. I ended up with a minor cold by the end of our stay. Room service food was awful. Bucanero food was also well under par. My wife got food poisoning from dinner at Neptune’s one night. Spa was great and the rest of the restaurants were okay I guess. The breakfast buffet was really good and they have a fantastic gym.

Beautiful property. The staff was great and attentive. Food was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was having to sign a bill after every order even though we were all inclusive.

Has a great large pool area with plenty of space for lounging with great views. Has so many excellent dining options with neighboring resort included. Excellent attentive service- all you’ll ever need for a great vacation. Cabo is wonderful!
