The quietness and location was great but the area around the property was unkept, piles of dirt , the pool wasn’t open piles of different things laying around the property.

There is a reason they do not have a picture of the motel to view . The building is not appealing. Old, run down- do NOT be fooled by the nice lil fire pit w/ chairs around it. That’s the nicest thing& the pool is ok. I would never stay here again.. shower curtain was disgusting- microwave was OLD, stains on curtain . Just felt nasty . Very disappointed .. if I could’ve canceled I would have.. owner was nice but clearly the place needs a facelift .. its clearly outdated & needs repairs.

The motel is an older one so go there knowing that but they have updated the rooms with freshly painted walls, new bedding and an updated overall look. They apparently own the restaurant next door (at least it sounds that way from a previous post) and Jaime’s restaurant was so good that we wound up eating there twice! Also be warned that the delicious cake slices are big enough for two! Our only complaint about our stay was the group of men outside our room talking into the night - not the motel’s fault and the next night another group of customers were smoking outside our room which wouldn’t have been an issue except that the air conditioning unit was bringing the smoke into our room. Neither complaint would keep us from returning. The view of the golf course was so relaxing and the grounds around the motel were just lovely!

The hotel does not look like much from the outside (especially from the West), the east side faces the golf course and looks much better. The rooms were clean and modern, but had a slight smoky smell (non smoking room), probably due to people smoking just outside rooms (there were tables with ashtrays near every room). Could hear people who were outside, but overall it was quiet. Inside was quite nice, modern and clean, nice décor. Shower strength was weak, water very hard to set (either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in between). Person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Outside is also nice, there are goats (if you have kids interested in animals) a waterfall and a firepit, although they did not light it. Breakfast was adequate, mostly supermarket purchased pastries, basic drip coffee and juice, but fine for a quick stop.

This was our first time to stay at the Fairway Inn. Easy check in, friendly staff, conveniently located for our needs. My husband enjoyed the view of the golf course, unfortunately we weren't able to play this trip. Would definitely stay here again! New restaurant next door was also great.

Absolutely amazing for the price. The room were remodeled and the beds were so comfy. Probably the comfiest hotel beds I’ve been in. It was right on a golf course so it had the prettiest views. The shower was small but the pressure was great and it was hot. We were traveling to eureka springs and was only a 20 minute drive so super pretty and convenient. The hosts were so nice and helpful! A restaurant just opened up right in front of it, so great location!

Some of the best sheets I've had in a hotel. I travel often and wasn't sure what to expect. I would be happy to stay here again. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and looked updated.

The room was very clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that one of the queen beds in a 2 queen bed room was not comfortable because of a huge dip in the mattress. The other bed was perfectly comfortable.

The rooms are nice and clean. All the rooms view out onto a corner of the golf course, which makes for a nice morning view. My only complaint is the base of the beds is metal, and it squeaks with every move.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to extend a few hours and the staff was accommodating. We would have extended our stay but they were fully booked for the next night. It was easy to see why they had no vacancy!

First off, we stayed in the lodge/hotel portion of the inn. The staff was great and very helpful at every turn. The continental breakfast was good each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C cold. The only complaint I would have is that the hotel caters to smokers -- non-smoking rooms, but ashtrays everywhere. And, the smoke filters into the rooms. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so others may not find it a bother at all. Overall, we'd stay here again if in the Eureka Springs area. Beautiful view of the golf course next door with gardens. Next time, I think we'd try to get a cabin room instead of the hotel portion.

Not exactly like the pictures but that’s because it looks like they’re doing upgrades. The amenities were great. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Had a fun visit with the manager and a couple ladies from Mississippi during breakfast.

The rooms are nice and clean. All the rooms view out onto a corner of the golf course, which makes for a nice morning view. My only complaint is the base of the beds is metal, and it squeaks with every move.

Some of the best sheets I've had in a hotel. I travel often and wasn't sure what to expect. I would be happy to stay here again. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and looked updated.

Loved the open green areas and fire pit where our dog was able to walk and play. Breakfast was ok for continental breakfast, would jave liked something warm but overall we had a great time

This was our first time to stay at the Fairway Inn. Easy check in, friendly staff, conveniently located for our needs. My husband enjoyed the view of the golf course, unfortunately we weren't able to play this trip. Would definitely stay here again! New restaurant next door was also great.

Absolutely amazing for the price. The room were remodeled and the beds were so comfy. Probably the comfiest hotel beds I’ve been in. It was right on a golf course so it had the prettiest views. The shower was small but the pressure was great and it was hot. We were traveling to eureka springs and was only a 20 minute drive so super pretty and convenient. The hosts were so nice and helpful! A restaurant just opened up right in front of it, so great location!

The motel is an older one so go there knowing that but they have updated the rooms with freshly painted walls, new bedding and an updated overall look. They apparently own the restaurant next door (at least it sounds that way from a previous post) and Jaime’s restaurant was so good that we wound up eating there twice! Also be warned that the delicious cake slices are big enough for two! Our only complaint about our stay was the group of men outside our room talking into the night - not the motel’s fault and the next night another group of customers were smoking outside our room which wouldn’t have been an issue except that the air conditioning unit was bringing the smoke into our room. Neither complaint would keep us from returning. The view of the golf course was so relaxing and the grounds around the motel were just lovely!

The hotel does not look like much from the outside (especially from the West), the east side faces the golf course and looks much better. The rooms were clean and modern, but had a slight smoky smell (non smoking room), probably due to people smoking just outside rooms (there were tables with ashtrays near every room). Could hear people who were outside, but overall it was quiet. Inside was quite nice, modern and clean, nice décor. Shower strength was weak, water very hard to set (either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in between). Person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Outside is also nice, there are goats (if you have kids interested in animals) a waterfall and a firepit, although they did not light it. Breakfast was adequate, mostly supermarket purchased pastries, basic drip coffee and juice, but fine for a quick stop.

This property is a roadside inn. The price was reasonable and the room looked exactly like the picture. The rooms have been updated and look very nice. A continental breakfast of individual pastries was provided and included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and make your own waffles. Berryville is a small town with a Walmart and local town square. We'll likely stay here again if evr in the area.

First off, we stayed in the lodge/hotel portion of the inn. The staff was great and very helpful at every turn. The continental breakfast was good each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C cold. The only complaint I would have is that the hotel caters to smokers -- non-smoking rooms, but ashtrays everywhere. And, the smoke filters into the rooms. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so others may not find it a bother at all. Overall, we'd stay here again if in the Eureka Springs area. Beautiful view of the golf course next door with gardens. Next time, I think we'd try to get a cabin room instead of the hotel portion.

Very pretty and well-kept property. I like how tranquil it is and the beds and pillows are amazing. very clean nice staff and decent rates. I love to hear te birds sing and all rooms face the golf course. I will recommend. Love the place and I hope I can get back.
