Property was clean and staff was quirky yet friendly. The only complaints I have would be the noise level in the rooms (we could make out actual sentences of the neighbors above), and the ice-cold swimming pool. Even my exuberant kids lasted about 15 minutes in the pool before needing warm towels and the lack of desire to swim.

On Expedia it states and showes an Alcohol Bar for the lobby as usual for Home2Suites, BUT, it actually does not have one. The wife and I were Very Unpleased with this. I liked how the property was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and polite. I wouldn't have chose this location if i wouldve known there was no alcohol bar lounge.

The hotel is nice and clean but breakfast was not so good. By 8am on Saturday, there was hardly anything left and the little bit of oatmeal was cold. Our grandkids wanted to swim but the pool was super cold. When we asked about it, we were told that nothing could be done to only later find out that they only had to restart the heater.

We'd not stayed at a Home2 property before. It is a really nice room with a kitchen, which was pretty amazing to my kids who had only seen standard hotels. The room is fantastic, clean, and pretty quiet. It seemed like a fairly new property. The staff was on top of things, friendly, and helpful. The only two negatives: 1. Parking is not set up well, forcing you to come in from pretty far away from the front door where the elevator is located, unless you are handicapped or a diamond member. You can park around back and go up the stairs or down the length of building to reach the hotel, but it is rather inconvenient the way it was set up. 2. The dining area was set up for, what I am guessing is their main clientele (singles), so all the tables are for one or two and in order to sit as a family you have to either move the tables/chairs or sit in a line at the high stools. The breakfast was good though.

Loved it! Pet fee TOO HIGH. But very pet friendly. Not as friendly as Home2 in Wlko NV. Our stay there is why we stayed at this one. Great place but due to pet fee will likely stay elsewhere next trip.

We had a good experience! Beds were comfortable, room was clean and there were generous amounts of towels and necessities. Parking lot was clean, and incredibly well lit. We did book through Expedia and it clearly stated it was pet friendly. No where did it say there would be an added fee of $75 (non refundable), but we were met with that at the front desk. Just FYI

The property overall was nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. We were frustrated because we arrived around 2:40 and were told to return in 30 minutes because our room wasn’t ready. This was fine because check-in isn’t until 3 anyways. We came back an hour later, and the room still wasn’t ready. Luckily the staff at the desk allowed us into the pool area so the kids could get a break from the car and try to swim while we waited. The pool was very cold. Breakfast was good, though there’s not enough food or space for the amount of people that stay. So expect to wait!

Mike the assistant manager was horrid and started off our stay on the wrong foot. I cannot say anything good about him or our check-in. The rooms were not completely clean, hair on the floor - not mine, and dirty glasses to drink out of. The hotel was fine; breakfast was nothing to brag about. The area is nice and felt safe.

Thin walls and ceiling, had to unplug tv to turn off tv, ac was constantly turning off before reaching temperature, I think it was motion activated so it turned off when I was sleeping. Breakfast was brown bananas, coffee milk was spoiled.

I've been staying w/ this brand for many years. This was the worst. I arrived early w/ the hope that I could get a room closer to the entrance/elevator to move some expensive equipment into the room. The clerk (not ONE smile) put me in 330. 3rd floor. At the farthest point away from the elevator. I checked with the morning clerk and he told me they had 30 unfilled rooms that night. The breakfast was mediocre. The 75.00 pet fee is a gouge (make it a deposit???) Never again and you need to teach that clerk some manners.

When checking in the front desk walked off to go to another floor to help someone looking for a luggage cart. I stood there waiting for about 10 mins. He said nothing to me just be the sign up and walked off. Terrible customer service

When I made a reservation that date was not available and preloaded a different date. I missed that the site did that. After I got confirmation (6 seconds) I realized my mistake. This Motel refused to correct it and kept my money even though it was 2 weeks later. I did not hurt the motel, and they were unwilling to even speak to me. STAY Away!

Great hotel room close to downtown Cheyenne. We loved having the kitchenette which allowed us to use real utensils and dishes for our meals. The breakfast was much better than the other included breakfasts. The check in was a breeze. Since we’re Hilton rewards members, we got 2bottles of water and snacks for free. Overall, we were super pleased with our room and stay.

It was an awesome hotel. After arriving from a long traveling day from New York it was so nice to have such a wonderful welcome from your staff. The rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was delicious with many options of food. Extra shout out to Zay who worked the front desk. Great person to have as a welcome person!
