Elevators new but slow and creaky…hotel in a semi industrial area. No restaurant in hotel. Easy walk to many restaurants in Chinatown area of flushing. Makeshift coffee station in lobby for breakfast. Room was clean. Very sparse. New building next to it is being renovated. Construction mess is contained.

Location was great for our Mets game and airport run in the morning. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly, but parking attendant was rude and yelled and snapped when I requested my vehicle. My only issues were with the parking. Car was valet but when we called down for it we waited. Eventually we walked down the garage to get the car ourselves.

The hotel is in a great location to experience a NY Mets game and/or Chinatown food. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators were out of service which resulted in 15-20 minute wait times for the elevator to arrive. We are senior citizens, and were on the 9th floor, unable to carry our luggage down all the flights of stairs, so we had to wake up 45 minutes early to allot for elevator wait time in order to assure making our flight on time.

The room was comfortable, new, and clean. Having a valet parking option was a highlight. I didn't realize their bar/restaurant area would be closed for repairs; however, they did provide coffee and breakfast items for purchase on the ground floor, which was much appreciated. They also had items available for purchase by the front desk.

We were not happy to find out that there was no bar (no license yet), no outside patio and the restaurant was very limited. Not as advertised. On the plus, staff very friendly and the hotel is Very clean. Daily room service. Valet was convenient.

My stay was very disappointing! The restrooms are very outdated and not clean, much smaller than pictured. I didn’t even want to use the shower because it was so dirty. Housekeeping never brung new towels and the ones they did provide had an odor. The carpet in the room was disgusting as well. I wouldn’t even walk around bare foot because it felt so dirty. Amazing view & location but rooms definitely needs an upgrade & a deep clean! OVERPRICED AS WELL…

Smoke smell in room had to change rooms. Second room floor was sticky throughout. Bathroom shower design was so dangerous no separation between shower and rest of bathroom which made water go everywhere and the floor incredibly slippery. It’s amazing I didn’t slip and break a hip

The personnel were accommodating, friendly, and courteous. Another goog thing is the location, since taking the train to Manhattan us very easy and nearby. But, I had several things that were not good. To improve future stays, I felt that the room lighting was a bit dim and could benefit from more brightness. Also, there was an electrical outlet in my room that didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Additionally, I noticed some inconsistency with housekeeping; on certain days, the room either wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or at all. Finally, I noticed towels and bedsheets were often stained.

Took hours to get a microwave delivered to the room. Noisy hvac system. Blood stains on the pillow case. Keyless entry to room 512 was faulty. Took 3 tries to get in after changing the key card. Even had to get the help of a hotel worker. To make up for all of this we did get free breakfast coupons and 10,000 points added to our IGH rewards account

The hotel is located right in Downtown Flushing which makes it very convenient to walk to all the restaurants and stores. Skyline view of Manhattan from our hotel room was also a plus. However, for almost $300 a night in Flushing (not Manhattan), I would expect a working hair dryer and restocked supplies for the coffee maker. Only decaf Nespresso pods were available in the room. The receptionist at check-in was also not very pleasant, no smiles, no greetings, and somewhat speaks in a condescending tone. All others were professional and friendly. Valet parking was a plus. They let us leave the car in the garage for a few hours even after check-out which was very convenient.

Very good overall! Only reason why it wasn't 5 stars is because some parts of the room were janky. We had to ask for a fridge and had to find a place to place it. The bathroom was also missing one glass panel for the shower. Hair dryer was broken. But would still recommend!

The staff at this hotel is amazing! We checked in the day of the crowdstrike computer outage and it was extremely busy when we arrived. They were handling everything with paper as computers were not operational, can’t imagine what a nightmare that would be. The staff was exceptionally professional, kind and patient with everyone! Can not say enough about Ali and Krishel at the front desk. They both went above and beyond! Thank you for such a lovely stay! The property was very clean and beautiful!

We always use the Indigo for our long term parking when we fly out of Laguardia. This time, our flight was postponed until the next day so we decided to just return to the Indigo and book a room for the night since we already had the number for the airport shuttle. The booking/check in was easy, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the whole process was extremely convenient. As noted, we always use the Indigo for our parking needs but now we know we can count on this property for a clean, quiet, lovely stay close to the airport. And the shuttle drivers are always kind and helpful.

We chose Hotel Indigo Flushing for its proximity to an event at Citi Field. That turned out to be a great choice. A short walk to the metro stop and a quick one-stop ride brought us quickly to the stadium. As for the hotel, the staff are its shining stars. Check-in was crazy, with crowds of Stray Kids fans descending on the front desk at once. But the staff, Lloyd in particular, managed it like a superstar. He was quick, efficient, and always smiling and politely charming. Even though it took a few minutes to get checked in, we didn't mind. The entire staff made what could have been an impatient mess a pleasant experience, considering the crowd. The rest of the hotel is as advertised, modern, clean, and comfortable. A plus is that we found delicious food all around us in the neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed here for a quick overnight for a flight in the morning Hotel was nice and clean but one thing really stood out. I asked the front desk for directions to a convenient store nearby to pick something up. Lloyd gave me directions to one a few blocks away. I attempted to walk it but could not find it. Most signs are in a different language in this area. Came back and Lloyd asked if I found it and I said no. He didn't miss a beat and said "Lets go! I'll take you to it" He did just that and I found what I needed. Thanks to Sun also for watching over the desk while Lloyd showed me the way. Best service I have had at a hotel in long time!

Our stay was wonderful! The price was reasonable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There are several great restaurants nearby, which is a plus! It was also just a couple of blocks from the subway, making travel back and forth very convenient. If you plan on staying out late, I recommend not going alone, as the neighborhood can be quite dark. It’s always safer to have a buddy with you!

The property itself and staff was good. Beds comfortable and the room was clean. The room however small for 4 people. I had no idea it was in China town; a very crowded China town so driving will be a headache and walking around a bigger headache at night. Not many food options in the area.

The property itself is fine. The staff was very nice and the bedding and such is clean. The two drawbacks were (i) the immediate area, which has a bit of an abandoned, urban vibe, and (ii) the cleaning products used in the bathrooms. The cleaning products had a strange smell.

Convenient to LGA and the US Open, in Chinatown with great food options and cultural experience. Our room had a great view of Citi Stadium, Corona Park and Arthur Ashe, and the Manhattan skyline. The room was clean, super quiet, and the staff was very nice.

Breakfast was lack luster you had a choice of two options and each option contained only scrambled eggs. The difference in the options was bacon or sausage. If there was more variety it would have been better. I did like that there was parking on site although I had to pay for it but I get it I was in queens.

Not a 4 stars rating hotel. Bathroom's shower is missing a glass door from one side. Staff is friendly but the hotel condition doesn't worth the price almost $500 a night. The hotel restaurant was under the construction during our stay but coffee cost almost $5 to pay. Will not stay again.

After being stuck at LaGuardia Airport with the residual effects from the computer glitch causing multiple cancellations and delays, this hotel was a welcoming safe haven. First we were shuttled to and from the airport, and upon arrival to the hotel we met the most pleasant, kind and courteous young man Lloyd at the check in desk. My husband and I only spent one night but we felt so comfortable. Thank you Lloyd. The restaurant and bar is under renovation but the young lady at breakfast did very well under the circumstances, much appreciated. The only drawback for us was the area, though safe and centrally located with restaurants within walking distance, only Asian restaurants/foods were on the menu. Next time we’ll will have to venture further out. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

Check in was quick and easy. They asked for my email address and cell then afterwards explained if I left anything, they would contact me. The room was decent. A little wear and tear. Loose door handle fixture and loud sounds from the heating system. They texted and offered to fix it, but I declined since it was late and I was leaving early the next morning. They offered me 20,000 IG reward points and free breakfast. I was happy with that. The restaurant requires a voucher not just a text offering free breakfast. The front desk lady said my low-cost room reservation didn't include breakfast. I whipped out my text to show her. Got my voucher after she did a wild search thru the drawers for it. I enjoyed breakfast that did not include a half cup of orange juice for $4.36. Still a good deal. Might go back IF the rates drop to under $200...
