Its a decent Hotel for the price. The best feature is, there is are 2x rooms with Jacuzzi's in them. The staff are friendly & accommodate when you need something. Theres a free 1 car parking per room and plenty of street parking.

We stayed in a jetted tub room--the room was very spacious, the tub is big, and the glass shower very nice. With such a large room and distance from the TV, it could be larger; the furniture is kind of odd with a glass top office-type desk; there are only a desk chair in the room; the refrigerator is kind of loud right next to the bed. But over all a great room for the price.

Everything was good. Mostly dealt with gentleman at the office and he was very helpful and made sure that we were comfortable. The only problem I had was the lack of parking space. There were about 4-5 spaces and although there is parking on the streets, there are parking signs that may allow you to park on certain days and hours. But overall we enjoyed our stay for 3 days and 2 nights.

Bed bugs and dirty room and tv didn’t work

Hotel is okay, only complaint is the toilet was dirty. Overall it was okay.

Hair on bed. Smoke alarm pulled out of ceiling and was in drawer. Bed sheets were dusty. And possibly has bed bugs due to my wife’s bites. Rats or mice nesting in the couch bed where my kids were sleeping! Not a care in the world from the front seat attendant about the rodents, which mind you is an easy fix since they are in couch.

Room smelled like sanitizer yet there was a faint stench of urine that was untraceable. Towels smelled like vomit. Sheets, walls, and side tables were dirty/stained. Smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling by a wire.

Had a awful smell in the office and room,open the room door rubbish on floor sheet smelt not cleanand hair on the bed and very dusty on bed frame,my body felt very itchy and they asked for a CASH deposit wich was not mentioned when booking the room,never again not worth the price,one night was more then enough,you should move them off your website

Roaches everywhere!!! We stayed here a few weeks ago & it was a good stay that’s why we came back! This stay there was roaches in the shower while we were showering!!! In the bath tub, around the bathtub, in the toilet area!! I’m sure they were all over the room we just could t see them because of the flooring!!! It would be good if they stayed up on the big control

In 20 years as a travel agent this is the WORST HOTEL that I was staying!!! I do not know how this app can provide or work with this type of "hotel" Bathroom was dirty, no clean it all...only smells in the hole room was the clorox!!!

The toilet smelled like poop and rotten eggs and splashed up when you flushed it. There was hair on the floor and on the walls of the shower. There was rust in the sink. The parking was horrendous. We had to park in a handicapped spot because there was litterally no one else to park.The tv didn't work. The staff told me 3 times no smoking when I said ok and then proceeded to ask me if I smoke which is none of their business. There was a fridge, but no microwave. The shower was nice with two heads, butI highly recommended just staying somewhere else. Not worth the discount when you're smelling poop the whole time you're in your room with no tv to watch.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! No room service, no breakfast. Shower clogged up, floor was dirty, clean towels have hair on it and stains. They scam you $20 for cash deposit so they can pocket it when you check out. Make sure to get it back bc they don’t do much at all. I had to ask for extra towels everyday. We also had a half used toilet paper when we checked in and didn’t even have an extra roll and had to go ask for it. Would not recommend.

A/C keeps shutting off, no hangers to hang coats, shower drain is clogged and flooded, TV remote does not work, no complimentary coffee or water, you have to walk 2 blocks to a Starbucks, and for food. We booked this place on an emergency. Would not recommend

Room was aesthetically pleasing. Modern look. Hotel was also in a good area. Easy to get around. Issues I had was the shower water running slow and taking minutes for the hot water to kick in. Also one towel had brown and red stains. I wish they could just throw away towels that have been previously heavily stained instead of washing and reusing it. Another issue was the TV that kept randomly turning off. Property should also note on its page that they require a $20 cash deposit upon check in. Nothing on the listing was said about this. Other than that it was an okay hotel considering the price. Not the best but also not the worst I’ve stayed in.

It was so hot in the room. I turned the A/C unit on and 2 seconds later it went off. Keep turning it on all night till I had enough and ended up driving back home.

I really like this hotel I got the honey moon sweet for me and my partners the room was nice. It looked newly renovated but the walls were very thin we could hear the people next door on both side and they heard us. The area was nice, but there were just a lot of homeless people in the area

The room has a great style. Nice modern, industrial bathroom fixtures. Beautiful place.

Very basic, which is what you expect, but the A.C was insufficient and noisy, the room smelt HEAVILY of disinfectant and gave me a headache (that smell didn’t go away), the shower heads were lime-scaled and the server hassled me for a tip at the end. It’s not in my culture (from the UK) to tip unless the service has been exemplary, and she didn’t do anything outside of her role. She was nice, but that’s expected. I was thinking about leaving a tip as I know it’s a “thing” here, but hassling me for one wasn’t a good service.

Showers weren’t holding in the water.

No wonder its non-refundable. Once you get there you will try to run away. Folks, always google map check the hotel and surrounding areas. Lesson learned. As we walked into the hotel the first thing we noticed was the blue painters tape on the white shutters with "Do not open" labels. The description of the hotel list newly renovated and soundproof. The renovation was lipstick on a pig. Soundproof walls...they were paper thin! We could hear our neighbors conversations clearly through the walls. We heard every time a door was opened, closed, eveytime the water was turned on, and off, every step that was taken...everything! Could not sleep from all the noise. When we would open the mini fridge door for our water bottles the door literally fell off. You had to hook it back on to close it. Then to top it all off we were 10 mins late for check out and the front desk kept calling urging us that it was time for check out. I wish I had taken pictures to post because this place was definitely not worth the money and we will never stay there again.

The reviews for this property are mixed and I do wish I read more of them before booking a non-refundable reservation, The hotel looks to be for overnight activities in that the front desk is behind plexiglass and the bedside tables in the rooms had burn marks and circular bumps on them. The sheets had stains on them and the bathroom while modern, seemed like it could use a good scrubbing. The bed was very comfortable and the TV and wifi worked well. The fridge and microwave were very nice amenities, especially with a grocery store nearby that also had an EV charging station which while busy, was very convenient for us to charge. The AC unit cooled, but the thermostat didn’t work. I had to continuously reset the device to get it to cool for about 5 minutes which wasn’t possible when sleeping. The website says the rooms are soundproofed, but that certainly is not the case. When checking in, we were asked for $20 cash deposit. Both the website and the sign at the front desk mention a $100 credit card hold, so this was unexpected, but refunded on checkout. I would recommend spending a bit more for a different hotel if possible.

Tv didn’t work. The guy who owned the place tried to fix it but was talking on the phone in their native language while doing it. It still wasn’t fixed. The shower drain drained very slow. I saw a 1 cm cockroach in the bathroom. Water flow in the shower was good though. Same guy at the checkout asked me for a $5 tip.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower and bath are excellent.The manager however was surly and unfriendly. He also required a $20 cash deposit. I have never been asked for a cash deposit before. When I checked out they did not offer the deposit back until I asked for it and then rety in very begrudgingly with a sour expression. I suspect it is a bit of a scam where people forget they paid it or think it is deducted from their bill. It was not. So be aware of this.

Great hotel only thing is I felt like there wasn't enough privacy. Reception called my room three times. There was also a camera right above our door.

During check in time. They took at least half an hour to give us our room. It should have been ready in time.

I was charged an undisclosed 20$ cash deposit instead of the 100$ card incidentals deposit, I checked out 15 minutes later than the stipulated time and they did not return the 20$ cash deposit, staff also express that they do not like to serve their customers. No hospitality skills or even a smile.

Property managers were really nice.

Staff will tell you that the room that you booked was at a lower rate than they will accept and will even try to give you another (cheaper) room type that you booked for and ask you to leave $20 and pocket it. Has happened multiple times at this point. Spot itself is clean. The policies are just… questionable.

Overall, This is a good hotel if you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep really. Neighborhood around is nice and is very walkable with stores around. However, we were pretend with a surprise fee of $20 at check in for security. We paid it but that should be mentioned somewhere in the listing.

Great service

I would not recommend staying here. The people are very rude (in our experience it was the lady) and will do anything to get cash out of you. They make you leave cash when you check in and after checkout they inspect the rooms before you leave to try to get more cash out of you, it’s a scam!! They they ask for tips and are very rude. There is rats in the building and smells very bad. There was hair all over the bed sheets and towels. The floors are sticky and they don’t clean your room during your stay. After the lady didn’t find anything in my room she had to give me cash deposit back but insisted I tip it to her. Do not stay there. You will be watched by them at all times and it was very uncomfortable.

Super convenient location with lots of stores around. The freeway was also right around the corner making it easy to get around.

Close to shopping centers and restaurants.

My siblings and I stayed here for a night after attending the Blackpink concert in LA. The info for the hotel didn’t have info for after midnight check ins and don't answer the phone. The room was nice and looked newly updated, aside from a broken mini fridge, leaky doors for the shower and windows that had "do not open blinds" taped on it. The hotel had a parking lot only big enough for about 3 cars and wasn't in the nicest of areas but you get your moneys worth. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay there again or for anything longer than an overnight stay but it was okay for what we needed.

The room was ok slightly over priced for the way the grounds looked and where is was located.

Was clean, room was cool. Loved the jetted tub and nice big shower. Only thing was they had an ironing board with no iron nor coffee or coffee pot in room. Other then that it was nice!
