Parking was difficult, but great staff

Parking lot is too crowded this time. No free water bottles.

The parking are was packed and it was tough to find a space, but the hotel and the staff are great.

The property was excellent, rooms large and clean. The employees were professional and friendly. However the parking situation was terrible. There was not enough parking for the size of the hotel. There was a dirt lot at the back end of the property which looked very unsafe. Too many EV spots not enough for gas cars. Also the parking lot was full of large work trucks and vans in the evening. I’m not sure if they rented those spots taking away from paying guests or they were also guests.

It was ok but parking was an issue.

Other than limited parking everything was great.

We only stayed for one night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. And yes, I arrived back late so it was nice that the parking lot was well lit.

Our room was clean, as well as the hotel in general. The breakfast each morning was excellent and the dining hall was always neat and in order. Staff were friendly and our stay overall was great. If I could change anything, it would be more parking.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Porter Ranch is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and grocery markets. There was ample parking and it was freeway accessible. The staff (Mayra and team member, whom we did not get a chance to ask her name) who welcomed us, provided us with excellent customer service. They made our check-in experience feel personable and quite efficient. They made the experience efficient, with such care, informative by introducing hotel amenities, and provided room upgrade. Overall a great first impression and a wonderful start to our stay!

Scrambled eggs, overcooked, limited fresh fruit, limited dairy, limited bread types. Very limited teas, only black tea available. Parking lot was full the second night, leaving only an EV spot. The first night, a Sunday, no problem finding parking. Door to room was difficult to open, kept jamming, looked like it been forced open at one point and never repaired correctly. Staff often were not at desk to even report ot ask questions, or check out. Room however was very nice and comfort, except for the blinking night on the smoke detector above the bed, which woke me on occasion.

We liked our room and the parking and the hotel. However, we did not receive any cleaning services for two days at all, including new towels or making the bed or emptying the garbage. The do not disturb was not on the door knob. This was very disappointing. Breakfast was average. Some of the food was stale and definitely needs improvement, but some of it was acceptable. Staff at the front desk was very nice.

For some reason the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room after the first night. We had to go ask for a refill on towels. Breakfast was ok. Other than that, the stay was great and the area is very nice.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hampton Inn. I rate it a 5 for cleanliness, hospitality, great breakfast, hotel accessibility. We’ll stay there again when the need arises.

I really like the hotel and the area where is located. It is next to the highway, just make sure your room window is closed because ours was open all night and it was noisy but, when we close it in the morning the noise was all gone. The property is very clean and the room is spacious.

It’s definitely under staffed but the property is really nice and rooms are immaculate. Close to shopping center too.

We appreciate our previous stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites at Porter Ranch. We had event to attend this past weekend and decided to book another stay at this great hotel location. We are grateful for the welcoming and attentive service provided by Sierra!

I booked through Hotels.com for 2 nights but somehow the property only had me booked for 1 night in their system. I was told I would have to check out of my room, and pay the property directly for the 2nd night to be able to stay at the property or I would have to check out immediately. I had to have a Hotels.com agent call the property and I was on the phone with the agent for over an hour and a half trying to rectify the situation because the front desk staff was not accepting the Hotels.com receipt I presented. I almost missed part of the function I was in town for because of this. Note to self do NOT make any modifications in reservations because it’s not a guarantee the property will get the message!

Excellent facility. The staff was friendly and the check in was seamless. Mayra at the front desk made every effort to ensure that we had a smooth checkin. The breakfast was great and so was the gym. Will definitely stay at this property the next time we are in Porter Ranch.

I reserved this room specifically to have access to a restroom as the one in my home is currently being renovated. I checked in at almost 10 pm. At midnight when I finally went to use the restroom, I realized it doesn’t flush. I contacted the front desk who stated the issue will not be resolved until the following morning as there is nobody onsite to assist. That is not helpful as I am only staying for the night and check out is at 11:00 a.m. i requested to be moved to another room. The front desk informed me that they are sold out for the night. It is irresponsible for this organization to have a sold out hotel room without any facilities staff available to address any issues. This room cost me $284 dollars for one night and I can’t even use the restroom here. I am requesting a full refund for this inconvenience. Had I known this would occur, I would’ve saved myself the trouble and stayed home. EDIT: I spoke with the manager this morning and he informed me that due to me having booked through a third party organization (Expedia) there is nothing he can do. I reached out to Expedia and they placed me on hold for 8 minutes and stated they could not contact anybody at Hampton to discuss my refund request. Putting the legwork on the client is beyond me. Hampton could’ve gotten ahead of this by contacting Expedia themselves. Now I am left waiting, in limbo AND footing the bill. 2nd Edit: Not only was I charged for night through Expedia, Hampton had charged me as well.

The staff wasnt available during daytime at checkout apparent all 4 people working at 11am during checkout were on lunch break all of them together we waited 30 mins before have to leave our room cards and go

Loved the location—super easy to get around without dealing with crazy traffic. You can walk or drive to a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. The area feels relaxed but still has everything you need. Plus, the views from the hotel are great—either the mountains or the valley. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the best stay. Its a new location so everything was on point. The front desk was super helpful throughout my stay. Loved the variety of breakfast. Some options changed daily which was nice since i was there for 4 mornings. Coffee is great! Lots of local restaurants and stores across the street.
