Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the breakfast too. When you stay there definitely make use of the spa. The masseuses are very good and the facilities are really nice, steam room sauna, and a Hammam. I didn’t use the pool because it was outdoor and we are in the end of October so it was a little cold for this time of year for an outdoor pool, but it looked very nice

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The pool was being renovated but I imagine in the summer it’s really nice. Great location to old town Istanbul all within walking distance.

We checked in an hour ago and I have fallen in love with the Seven Hills Palace Hotel & Spa. It oozes old world charm anf the view of the Bosphorus is to die for. We are here for literally 17 hours but I have already made mental notes to rebook for a much longer trip in the near future. I am really hoping that the food is as wonderful as the hotel! The Spa is fantastic!!! If you can, try the couples massage and the Hammam as well.

A very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Pool was a fair size & never crowded & we could always get a sunbed. Good location for the main sites & on good transport routes for buses. Breakfast was consistently good with plenty of variety serving a Turkish style breakfast rather than Full English style. Spa was good & lots of options, message them in advance to book.

The hotel is lovely and clean and very convenient to major tourist sites (such as the mosques and museums -15 min walk). The food and breakfast the hotel was delicious with many options. The main outstanding feature of this hotel had to be the staff, the manager and his team went completely out of their way to may our and the group we were withs stay, a wonderful experience. From check in to check out, they were polite, accommodating and helpful.

The hotel breakfast was good and the rooms were ok. I was upgraded but the bathroom was horrible. Sewage smell in the shower area. Never had such experience in any hotel. I complained and they said they will look into it but nothing was done. Very disappointed despite paying so much money. Breakfast was good and the employees were nice.

Mixed messages at this property. As you can see the main photos in the ad are impressive, and the courtyard is very nice. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint about this property is proximity to major street and road noise. The rooms close to the main road are loud, we asked to be moved due to noise and cleanliness and were eventually moved to a nicer room. Could still hear the road noise but manageable, Also, there is music playing in the courtyard constantly, which I found annoying especially later at night. I had to ask them to turn it down at 10:15, and they did. I suspect the music is to distract from the road noise. The rooms are mixed, some are nice while others are less nice. The property / rooms need some attention and upgrading. I am surprise by the Expedia rating, way too high based on our experience IMO. Personally, I would not return to this property although many will find it luxurious, especially with the Spa which consists of a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is good. The location was great, one entrance had Riverside access and the other one took you right into the old town. The hotel and grounds were lovely, beautifully decorated, colourful and tranquil. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I had a room near the front door to start which was a nuisance because I could hear the door constantly slamming but the reception staff kindly relocated me to the top floor which was very quiet and relaxing. The staff couldn't do enough for you and they were very polite, professional, informative and well presented. I only ate breakfast which was good quality and more than plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, plenty of choice. I could not fault this hotel really. I didn't try the spa but it looked good in the room brochure. If I was to visit Istanbul again I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Annex (which is not on the hotel premises but on the street) and got woken up by the generator going on and off in the mornings. Every time it started the lights in the room went fully on and the noice was intense since the generator was located in our Annex building. The staff says they were sorry about it but they didn’t offer any discount or anything else. The hotel is a bit worn down but still nice and it’s in a little quieter area of the old town. The breakfast was good too with a big variety. The ”spa access” included in the room was only 30 mins per day in a limited space so not all of the spa, for example no jacuzzi was part of the ”spa access included” which we had looked forward to. Staff was generally nice but a bit short and when my wife asked about changing her welcome drink from tea to a soda the staff was a bit unfriendly in his reply. It’s still a good hotel with nice rooms but we wouldn’t book it again.

First for all, on Expedia they have mentioned blue mosque is 3 mins walk, that totally incorrect . I was under the impression that I am staying right near blue mosque and hagia sofia. However it will a long walk. Original seven hill hotel is actually 3 mins away from blue mosque not this one, so I felt like little cheated that there are 2 hotels with almost same name and both claimed the same walk time for near by attraction. Also room didnt have working USB-A and USB-C plug, they were broken. Bathroom door was not easy to close. These are all small issues but property need to take care of this. staff was great , always ready to help. Thanks

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Personal, besonders das junge Frühstückspersonal, ist sehr freundlich. Noch bevor man den Schlüssel zum Zimmer erhält, werden überteuerte Ausflugsangebote gemacht. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen kostet doppelt so viel wie ein Taxi! Der Transfer zurück hat zudem leider nicht funktioniert. Nachdem wir 30 Minuten auf das vorbestellte und bereits bezahlte Shuttle gewartet haben, mussten wir ein Taxi bestellen. Zimmer ok, aber Toiletten Spülkasten etwas marode, sowie die Plastikfensterrahmen auch. Aus der Dusche drangen unangenehme Abwasser Gerüche.

Spa and included breakfast were great. Room beautiful and friendly staff. Close to the main attractions. However booking for taxi for arrival was chaotic and overpriced (and didn’t show up). I’d avoid any offers of help before you arrive.

First off i want to say all staff was amazingly great, courteous, and attentive. The room we stayed in 1205 was old, the bathroom dark and old. We got an upgrade and didnt feel much of an upgrade. The breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular and the hotel restaurant over priced for what we got. Didnt use spa services. Upon arrival, trying to sell us overpriced excursions isnt cool. Felt like we were at a timeshare.

We had a housekeeper who was amazing! On top of that, the manager at the front desk looked afyer our every want and need. They were absolutely terrific. Thank you Seven Hills Palace staff. Great location, easy walk to everything in the old city and right along the waterfront.

The hotel is perfectly located. We could walk to many attractions and restaurants. Everyone on the staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We communicated with Erhan via email and set up a few events ahead of time. He was always responsive and made great suggestions. Another staff member, Omer, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was always there with a smile and an offer to help. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful luxurious rooms and surroundings, very clean, great breakfast, hardworking and hospitable staff. We would like to particularly mention Ali at the front desk, Tugba and Selvi at the restaurant, and Yusuf at the guest services. They all have great smile, and always ready to help.

Mixed messages at this property. As you can see the main photos in the ad are impressive, and the courtyard is very nice. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint about this property is proximity to major street and road noise. The rooms close to the main road are loud, we asked to be moved due to noise and cleanliness and were eventually moved to a nicer room. Could still hear the road noise but manageable, Also, there is music playing in the courtyard constantly, which I found annoying especially later at night. I had to ask them to turn it down at 10:15, and they did. I suspect the music is to distract from the road noise. The rooms are mixed, some are nice while others are less nice. The property / rooms need some attention and upgrading. I am surprise by the Expedia rating, way too high based on our experience IMO. Personally, I would not return to this property although many will find it luxurious, especially with the Spa which consists of a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is good. Location (other than proximity to road noise) is good and 15 minute walk to main tourist area and attractions.

Room, location, breakfast, staff, all was better than excellent! Very nice hotel just by the sea and 5 minutes walking distance to Sultanahmet Area, Topkapi palace, Hagia Sofia. Thank the staff for all they did. Free car park and a super terrace 15 meters to the sea. Do not hesitate and make your reservation at once!

Das Zimmer war gross, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage nahe bei den Hauptatraktionen von Istanbul (15 Minuten zu Fuss) wurde von uns sehr geschätzt. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsader liegt und der Verkehr sehr intensiv sein kann. Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock und war durch eine vorgelagerte Terrasse vom Strassenlärm abgeschirmt. Wie es in den oberen Stockwerken aussieht, von wo man direkten Sichtkontakt auf die Strasse hat, kann ich nicht sagen. Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

The room was great, spacious and with a wonderful andc powerful shower...lots of hot water. Staff very helpful and polite( special thanks to Sedat)...Location couldn't be better, great breakfast and good food at their restaurant. Walking distance for 90% of the main attractions BN1 bus to spice market and boat ride only 300 meters away. Had a lovely time, planning to come back in May 2026.

The location was perfect. 5 minute walk to numerous bars/restaurants, and the Blue Mosque is at top of road. Haghia Sophia and Topkapi Palace both in easy walking distance, and if you like to explore then you can get to most places quite easily. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful view as expected. Nice decor. Room specified separate workspace, welcome drink but these were not available. Good breakfast and variety but we were told we could have a box prepared before the airport. When we asked for this, we were told this was not possible even though we asked 2 days out. Sauna and hot tub were the main reason I booked, but we're only available during 11-8 hours, so we missed it both days. Spa treatments are half the price at Hamas in town. Overall, despite a deep discount, we didn't really use most of the facilities. In addition, shuttle is 20% off but still more than a private cab. Very nice staff. Beautiful grounds. With better hours, access, would be great. One last note. Take a cab. No metro, or tram nearby. Long walk with luggage and once you get to a metro stop, cabs won't accept such a small fare so you will walk. Hotel can't help.

Immaculate property, extremely clean rooms and hotel, staff were too notch and incredibly! Every single staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed or wanted. Cleaning staff were prestine. Breakfast buffet was huge! There were like 40 different options, fresh orange juice and lemonade daily, coffee machines with options for expresso, hot chocolate, and cappucino in addition to coffee. Next trip back to Istanbul, this is the only place I would ever stay at. The staff is what makes this place incredible, the owner of this hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated, hard working, and passionate staff to ensure patrons stays are fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the lovely hotel. The pool was fab, room more than adequate and the location was excellent. Great breakfast! A couple of staff were a bit pushy, and there was confusion about whether food could be put on a tab or not, resulting in unnecessary discussions and delays in ordering. Stay clear of the wine in the bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

The hotel is lovely and clean and very convenient to major tourist sites (such as the mosques and museums -15 min walk). The food and breakfast the hotel was delicious with many options. The main outstanding feature of this hotel had to be the staff, the manager and his team went completely out of their way to may our and the group we were withs stay, a wonderful experience. From check in to check out, they were polite, accommodating and helpful.

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet. Vi hadde to netter på Seven Hills Palace i et rolig nabolag og trivdes godt. Siden været ikke var helt tipp så fukk vi ikke prøvd bassenget og uteområdet, men det så flott og godt vedlikeholdt ut. Det eneste som kunne vært bedre er at det var lite utvalg av glutenfri mat på frokosten. Men dette var et generelt problem i Istanbul.

I would like to highlight the restaurant in particular. The menu is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is always fresh, with beautiful presentation. Definitely give it a try!

I loved it here! The location is fantastic. I had a great corner room with a sea view. Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff and great spa! I had my first Turkish hammam. At night there is loud music until around 10pm maybe even 11 but after that complete silence. I slept wonderfully!
