I mainly picked this location because it is across the street from the Brussels-Midi station. Neighborhood itself wasn't the prettiest but everything we needed was within walking distance. Staff let us check in early and I loved that there was free coffee and tea in the lobby. Rooms were small but did the job. Our group of 8 had a pleasant time.

Nice hotel close to Midi station, ideal for a few nights - I stayed three - bright and breezy but suffering a very small breakfast area which got overwhelmed around 09.00, and a hyper-sensitive card door lock system which seemed to change daily - I got through around seven combinations during my stay ! The sole lift was very busy, especially mornings and a room safe would have been nice - but you get what you pay for !

Nice to let us check in early. But in just one night the only elevator broke, the ac did practically nothing so had to sleep with noisy window open, and the hot water wouldn't work all morning so we couldn’t shower.

This was a nice hotel very close to the train station. When you get off your train head right to the other exit and then the hotel is about two blocks to the left. Luggage storage is a bit of an overstatement. It’s a series of lockers in the lobby which was convenient but the ‘secret code’ is the same for every locker and is listed on the lockers so secure it really isn’t. The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were nice. Larger than most rooms in Europe. Getting around the sides of the bed towards the far wall was a bit tight. The bed was large and clean a little harder than other places but I slept well. The features of the hotel say sound proof and that’s close it’s more like sound limiting. I faced the Main Street and heard traffic and sirens on and off all evening and night. Absolute plus was that the tv has chrome cast so you can stream Netflix and a couple other services to your tv which is nice since there’s only a few English channels (which even that was nice). I would stay again but if I found a room for the same price near the city center I would probably go there. But this hotel was great for the low price.

El hotel en general esta regular, lo terrible es que no cambian sabanas, me paso que un dia por la noche llegamos y estaba aparentemente la cama hecha, pero al mover el edredon, la sabanas estaban como las deje en la mañana, no ponen atención en la limpieza, es muy sucio.

Il pavimento della camera era appiccicoso, gli ascigamani in bagno presentavano evidenti macchie, alle pareti del pagno c'erano capelli evidentemente non nostri. Bella idea la smart tv in camera, sfortunatamente non funzionava correttamente. Non abbiamo potuto collegare i telefoni e spesso si oscurava o si bloccava. Abbiamo chiesto di conservare un faramco importante in frigorifero, la mattina la persona all'accoglienza non ne sapeva nulla (nonostante ci fosse stato consegnato un numero) e dimostrato scarsa collaborazione.

On the whole a nice hotel....centrally located and easy to find. With rooms and area that were clean and tidy. My only issues were that the room was so hot and when i turned the AC on it blew out hot air! Breakfast was rather underwhelming sadly.

Second stay at this hotel. Staff still friendly and helpful, so friendly that we happened to meet one on a suburban train, she recognised us and we had a nice chat. Room was as before, clean but small. Perfectly ok for a few days but any longer and clothes storage and access could be an issue for a couple. Breakfast provided a good selection, although breakfast area is a bit small at busy periods. Only minus this time, but a very minor minus, was a loose tap and a crooked toilet seat. Would certainly recommend.

The hotel is a basic and good value option for Brussels. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a basic but decent bathroom. Comfortable bed & free tea/coffee. The area around Gare du Midi is very edgy and not recommended for solo women travellers especially. However, the restaurants by the hotel are safe and very welcoming - just be careful & aware of your surroundings. I did not have any issues.

Hotel très pratique près de la gare avec train grande ligne métro bus et tramway. Hotel tres propre petit dejeuner très varié et complet. Equipe très sympathique serviable et attentionnée pour le confort de ses clients. Cependant le quartier de la gare est sale mal fréquenté le soir. Nous etions 2 femmes nous n avons eu aucun souci mais pas tres rassurées quand même. La grand place ainsi que Polaert sont a 20m à pied depuis l hotel. Tres agréable pour découvrir la ville. Un bon d achat de 5 euros vous est offert si vous ne faites pas nettoyer votre chambre tous les jours. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mes prochains voyages à Bruxelles.

Really nice hotel, our beds were made daily and good coffee and water facilities. Only a short walk across the road from the international train station. The only down point was outside the hotel, the area didn’t feel safe at night. A lot of people hanging around and a bit noisy at night, but the hotel can’t control that.

Extremely convenient for Brussels Midi railway station - literally 2 minute walk from the station. Unfortunately the surrounding area didnt seem very desirable and we were conscious of groups of males congregating on the street corners. Fine for the one night stay we had but i wouldnt recommend basing yourself here if your trip is for general sight-seeing for more than a day or 2.

Hotel was fairly new, near the Brussels Zuid station. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Hotel has coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24 hours for the guests. The only downside is that the breakfast area is very small and it can be chaotic at peak times. Also, breakfast options are very small and limited for what you pay.
