Hotel is in a great location with lots of dining and shopping options. Parking garage is relatively close. The issues I had were….the AC in my room didn’t work and the guy at the front desk even restarted it but it still didn’t work, there is no AC in the breakfast room and it was miserably hot, the breakfast is average and the key card to our room stopped working a couple of times. Discounted parking garage is 18 euros.

Muy buena elección. Hotel en casco viejo junto a la ria y el teatro Arriaga. Habitación y baño muy amplios con buenas vistas. El desayuno excepcional. No tiene parking propio, en el parking arenal te hacen un 10% por ser cliente del hotel.

Super location, right at the old town. Lovely room, comfy bed and a decent breakfast. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t great - everything was black even if you asked for milk in the machine. But a minor point. Breakfast offering was plentiful and tasty. Location, location, location were all that mattered here and that was perfect. Guggenheim was a 20 min walk along the river, metro was nearby. Lots of food options nearby in a vibrant and safe area. Taxi rank outside, and airport just 20 mins by taxi. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were driving into Bilbao, a very busy crowded city, and were surprised to find out that this hotel does not have an unloading area. We had to unload so we stopped in front anyway and got a ticket from a policeman! I should have researched it better! At least there was an underground garage nearby about 25 euros per day. Besides the car issue the hotel is in a good location but if your room is facing the street like ours was be prepared for the loud noise outside!! I would only recommend this hotel if you don’t have a car and if you don’t mind the noise and ‘busyness’ of the area.

Great hotel in Bilbao's old town. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds and only 30 mins to the ferry. Park in the nearby Arenal car park with 10% hotel discount. Expensive breakfast and there are numerous places nearby to get breakfast. We would definitely use it again.

The hotel was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Wi-Fi did not work well. We arrived in early May and the air conditioning for the entire hotel hadn’t been turned on yet, which was unfortunate because our room was on the main intersection and it was loud throughout the afternoon and entire night. There was a protest for about an hour outside our room, lots of sirens, motorcycles and loud parties way into the night. We had no choice but to open the windows.

What a great experience, this hotel is perfectly located on the old town neighbourhood , walking distance to the metro station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the room was really nice, the staff was friendly and willing to provide any information required. The breakfast was good, with good variety; clean and comfortable rooms. We loved our time in this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. We requested a room change because of jet lag and music playing in the square. We were quickly and graciously accommodated. Beautiful and spacious room. Loved the furniture, decor, amenities, closets, refrigerator and bathroom. Neighborhood was great for dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location near Metro and bus stops. Right at the edge of the old town and city plaza, perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the square. Also a 5 minute walk from Gran Via for shopping, and 15-20 minute walk to the Guggenheim.

Godt hotel med god central beliggenhed. Tæt på Metro station. Komfortable senge. Stort værelse ved bestilling af "classic". Dejlig morgenmad med basis udvalg. Pænt og ordentligt hotel. Søde medarbejdere. Ligger dårligt under festen " Semande Grande" midt i august måned. Lige ved pladsen med mest fest og høj musik meget af natten. Men god stemning i byen.

Central beliggende ved indgangen til den gamle bydel. Rummeligt værelse. Støj om morgenen fra gadefejere. Morgenmaden var ok men langsom om at blive fyldt op. Ligesom bordene stod med brugt service.

Utmärkt läge! Gångavstånd och nära till allt. Hotellet ligger precis mellan gamla och ny stan. Rummen är bra, ordinära och ganska stora. Stort badrum med allt som man kan behöva. Hotellet är slitet men det är rent och fräscht. Men ... frukosten är urusel. Frukost serveras mellan kl 8 och 11 och vi blev ombedda att äta vid 10 pga fullt övriga tider. Det la vi ner omgående. När vi kom vid 9.20 var i princip allt slut. En dag fick vi äta på stan för det fanns inget kvar. Några enstaka svampiga rostbrödskivor och lite torr ost. Och ingen påfyllning. Välj gärna det här hotellet om du vill ha bra läge men ät tidigt oavsett vad som sägs.
