Veldig gammelt hotell. Det er 3 bygninger i mellom selve rommet og resepsjonen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im neuen Gebäude, dieses war leider sehr alt. Im Hotel gegenüber war jeden Tag eine rooftop party und im Zimmer war es dementsprechend bis 1 uhr sehr laut, da die fester auch sehr alt waren. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, nicht wie auf Fotos dargestellt. Zum frühstücken mustten wir in das andere Gebäude, sind wir nie hin. Die Lage war dennoch gut für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

La propiedad anexa no tiene nada que ver con la propiedad principal. Está a dos cuadras y tienes que llegar ahí por unas calles sucias y rotas. Muy incómodo de subir las malestas porque hay que subir escaleras para tomar el elevador que tiene fuera un teléfono inservible y en estado de deterioro amarrado con cinta adhesiva y mal puesta. Propiedad anexa sucia, poca iluminación, en mal estado, olor irresistible a cigarro porque la señora de la entrada siempre estaba ahí fumando y el humo entraba a la propiedad. Una noche se fue la corriente por más de una hora. Desayuno discreto. Propiedad principal limpia y en buen estado.

Ek binada aile odaladı olması çok kötü, çocuklu bir aile olarak başka bir binada kalıp kahvaltı için ana binaya yürümek konforsuzdu. Temizlik çok kötüydü. Yatak kalitesi ve yastıklar berbattı. Kahvaltı salonu çok küçüktü ve çeşitlilik yok denecek kadar azdı.

wifi와 TV전원 문제가 있어 로비에 문의했더니 wifi는 쉽게 해결되었으나 TV전원은 해결되지 않은채 체크아웃해야 했습니다. 그리고 별관으로 예약할 경우 본관과 아주 약간 떨어져 있어 조식을 먹을 경우 본관으로 이동해야 합니다.

Park yerinin olmayışı sıkıntı oluşturuyor. Konumu gayet güzel. Kahvaltı biraz zayıf kalıyor ve restoranda oturmak oldukça zahmetli çünkü çok küçük.

Wir haben extra mehr bezahlt, um in dem separaten Hotel von Triada Hotel unser Zimmer zu haben. Gegenüber war eine riesige Baustelle. Wir hatten zweimal Stromausfall! Einmal die komplette Nacht und einmal tagsüber. Es war nicht wirklich sauber! Es war eine dünne Bettwäsche, wie ein Handtuch auf dem Bett, so dass wir die dickere Bettdecke aus dem Schrank geholt haben. Diese war komplett mit Flecken. Es war so eklig! Nachdem wir uns beschwerten brachte man uns mitten in der Nacht noch eine neue Decke. Die Klima ist in der Fensterbank eingebaut und pustet einem den ganzen Tag ins Gesicht. Leider ist die leichteste Stufe noch sehr stark. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, irgendwo seine Gegenstände abzulegen, da es nicht einen Tisch im Zimmer gab. Sehr schwer, auch für Kosmetika oder Damen, die sich gerne schminken. Das Nachttischlicht hat auch nicht funktioniert auf der rechten Bettseite. Es war sehr laut von draußen, da direkt eine stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Fenster war, so dass man nachts das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Wir haben ein Zimmer in einem anderen Block bekommen, welches auf einer anderen Straße war. Hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich nicht dieses Hotel gebucht. Das Personal war an sich freundlich, jedoch hat es sehr langsam auf unsere Anfragen reagiert (teilweise gar nicht oder nach mehreren Anrufen). Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch war das „Restaurant“ sehr klein, wodurch nicht sichergestellt werden kann, dass man gewöhnlich frühstücken kann. Heute konnten wir aufgrund von Zeitdruck deswegen nicht dort frühstücken.

Unser Zimmer war in einem total heruntergekommenen Nebengebäude, absoluter Horror. Aufzug ab der ersten Etage, 2x Code Eingabe und Schlüssel notwendig. Wir hatten einen Kühlschrank der nicht lief, wlan mit mit dem man wirklich nichts empfangen konnte, ein extrem niedriges Bett, hellhöriges Zimmer, Kühlschrank der nicht funktioniert hat und es handelte sich um die Superior Kategorie. Auf Anfragen bzgl Frühstück wurde im Vorfeld nicht eingegangen (aber mails für Airport Transfer kamen regelmäßig) und auch bei Ankunft konnte man mir nicht sagen ob es glutenfreies Brot gibt. Gab es dann auch natürlich nicht. Viel zu kleiner Frühstücksbereich, nur für Kurzzeips und kleines Budget zu empfehlen. Kein Urlaubsfeeling.

The property is in a convenient location however there are a lot of renovation works happening directly opposite. We were placed in the Annexe which was two streets away. The TV did not work (not that we wanted to watch Tv but would’ve liked to of listened to music whilst in the room) neither did the air conditioning something we did not ask to be checked as the weather was mild. It wouldn’t have been fixed during our short stay anyway. We took a yellow taxi back to the airport at a competitive rate of 1500TL which the hotel kindly arranged. Karakoy is a nice area for restaurants and great for coffee/tea breaks and within a 10 min walk to Gelata Bridge so a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful even if communication was difficult at times due to language barriers (on both sides) I wouldn’t say the breakfast was fantastic. It was edible and varied but lacked pastry options for those who do not want to eat babaganush in the morning. Very small restaurant and overlooks the current renovation. Project, you do not have a view of Gelata tower as advertised. Would I recommend? Yes but there are more competitive hotels available in less built up areas which I will try next time Thank you for our stay.

During my recent stay, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a new, modern building located just two streets away from the older one. The room itself was quaint—neither too small nor too large—providing a comfortable stay overall. However, I encountered a significant issue with the bathroom. The shower ceiling had a large wet mark indicating a leak, and there was discoloration that suggested possible mold. Additionally, there was tape on the ceiling, seemingly holding it together. This was both shocking and confusing, as I wasn’t sure if this was typical for hotels in this country. Despite this, I chose not to voice any concerns, hoping it was an isolated incident. This aspect certainly marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

We stayed three nights and everything was great. Rooms were cleaned, the breakfast was great, the personal was nice. Enjoyed the stay.

I have stay at the hotel many times. How this was not a good experience. My parents room was dirty. Shower had small hair o. Them and pillow cover had stains. I love The hotel because of the location and they used to be very clean. This time not sure on how they missed these big details.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Leider ist es in den Zimmern sehr laut, sowohl hört man nahezu alles was auf den Straßen passiert, sowie die kleinsten Gespräche auf dem Flur. Besonders die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Der Teppichboden war sehr ekelhaft verschmutzt, sodass man ihn nur mit Schuhen betreten konnte. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls dreckig.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schön sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück war sehr schön und sehr lecker. Das Personal immer freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr Zentral, so das wir vieles zu Fuß gemacht haben.

Unser Zimmer braucht eine Sanierung. Die Decke im Bad war voll mit Wasserflecken vom Wasserschaden auch die Tür im Bad hatte Spuren von Rissen

The location is great and close to many good restaurants. The room is quite small and shower was very very small. The hotel is good for one night stay in the city if you don’t have luggage as there is no place in the room.

The hotel is generally fine. It's very central, everything is within walking distance, and you can easily reach most attractions. The only thing is that they don't have A/C just heating and the beds and pillows aren't very comfortable.

Everything perfect except Air conditioner was undersized for the room.

Great location but it can be noisy at night and the rooms are thin so you can hear people in the corridor/coughing in the next room. Walkable to the tram (7 mins) and about a 20 min walk to the Egyptian Spice market.

Good location, close enough to historical sights and amenities. Room was pleasant with good shower. Staff were helpful, especially lady preparing the buffet breakfast, enjoyed our breakfasts. Only downside is that our room was in the annexe, which was next to a nightclub and main road, lots of noise.

I liked the room. It had modern fixtures throughout the room. But the TV didn't work and I told them about it but it was never fixed in the four days I was there.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for touring around the city and there are many restaurants around there too. The staff there was very kind and friendly including cleaning staff. The drawbacks were shower and noise outside of the door. The shower room has no door so water easily spilled out from the shower room. The pressure of the shower was very weak. And there was no place to put soap etc on. The hot water was very inconsistent. I could easily hear the sound outside of the door like there was no door in between.

Wi-Fi limited to two devices - way to limited for a modern family.

Male staff rude to females

When I arrived to check in, I asked if it was possible to receive a complimentary upgrade, as I am a Gold member with Expedia and had received an email from your team suggesting this benefit. I was informed that an upgrade was available but only for an additional cost of €50. I mentioned that it should have been complimentary, but since I had no other option, I accepted and paid. The upgraded room was indeed larger, but unfortunately, the bathroom was outdated, with noticeable black marks on the door and on the shower floor. During my stay, I requested ice but was told that none was available. On the day of my early check-out, I went for breakfast at 7:00 AM. The chef on duty (a white Turkish lady) told me I could not take anything until 8:00 AM, even though the food was already set out. Her manner of addressing me as a guest was inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe proper training on guest interaction would be highly beneficial. In the end, I was only able to have a glass of milk, despite having paid for a full breakfast. Another major inconvenience was the noise at night. The nearby restaurant played loud music every evening until 2:00 AM, making it impossible to sleep early due to the volume. On a positive note, some of the reception staff were consistently helpful, offering water and assistance whenever needed.

Poor service AC is not working properly, cannot control temperature and keeps shutting down every 4-5hours They didn’t do anything to solve Upon checking out I requested cart to take bags out They told me no one is available only one staff working at that time 6 am and didn’t do anything Will never even think to go back or recommend to anyone

Really enjoyed our stay and great service from all of the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The hotel location is awesome for first time visitors and/or for visitors with kids. Easy access to restaurants, sightseeings, galataport is just 2 mins away. Very good place to stay, highly recommended!

My stay in the Triada Hotel Karakoy was very nice. The room was cleaned every day and the staff is also very kind.

Extremally caring and friendly staff, stored our luggage safely in storage for a week when we travelled to Bodrum and came back. Arranged for transportation whenever we needed it, overall very helpful, polite and professional staff.

Hotel is in the center of Karakoy neighborhood couple blocks to Galata Tower-Mezquitas-Bosforo and Restaurants

In a great area. Walking distance to transportation options. Unbelievable dining options. Great vibe.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Karakoy transportation boat and tramway. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants which probably is a bit noisy during the Summer. I stayed at the main building where there is 24h a receptionist.The room is good enough for a stay of 3-4 days, breakfast is variated and correct. Very clean! I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Room was clean and hotel was in a great area.

When it comes to istanbul, location is very important and this hotel is located at a very convenient area. The only downside is that it gets very noisy at night.

Location could not be better, close enough to many tourist attractions and close enough to the transportation leading to the ones further away. Nice and clean rooms. Excellent service from the people at the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything you need is close by, including tram and bus stations, as well as a great selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were given a lovely, peaceful room on the 5th floor, which was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep and also includes the terrace. The breakfast was splendid, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Buena opción para conocer Estambul, la ubicación permite desplazarse a los puntos turísticos más importantes. Habitación limpia con lo necesario. Un punto de mejora es el área del desayuno, un tanto pequeña, con pocas opciones y tardan en reponer los alimentos.
