We paid $92 for our room and when we got to the hotel they wanted a $150 deposit...AND the pool and hot tub were out of order. Insane! We chose not to stay and they refused to refund us. What a scam.

Beautiful hotel. Good service. Breakfast first day had a very limited selection. The second day the selection was excellent. Famly of four and room only had towels for three. Additional towels were provided. Also, jacuzzi jets not working.

This Holiday Inn is so nice and new. Everything was clean. Such comfortable accommodations for our family of 5. We stayed in a King Suit with a pull out sofa and the staff sent up a roll-away bed. Staff was pleasant and attentive. The breakfast selection was so nice to come down to every morning. The pool, hot tub and steam room were well-kept and clean. Nothing but good to say about this Holiday Inn.

I have photos I could upload. Room was dirty window's so old they were foggy holes in the curtains and two bugs on the curtains that my husband killed. Had to wait to check in until some finally came to the front desk. Breakfast was not so good. After finding a long black hair attached to a towel under the heating tray for the eggs and sausage. We through out our food and left. Window in room was wide open when we got in the room it was very hot. Sorry I waisted my money on this place.

Wonderful large clean room with good restaurant walking distance. Smart tv has choices to stream shows from your device. Use a game console or watch live tv. Lots of plug ins for computers and phones. Good wifi.

New to this town and area, needed a nice place to stay and was very happy we stayed here. Beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the spacious room. Breakfast in the morning was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Only downside was the AC on our room. Wasn’t working that great. We only stayed one night. The town itself didn’t have many restaurants nearby. Only a few.

This property is the best to be had in Ely, hands-down. It's clean, modern with a better than average breakfast. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise, which the hotel can't control. Just ask for a room on the opposite side from the highway.

Went to shower and had no hot water. This was around 8:30 am. The desk clerk said it takes awhile to get hot water to our end of the building. This means by 8:30 am nobody near us had tried to shower. His attitude was a shrug. He did offer for me to go back up and try again. We’re traveling and already had breakfast so going back up was not an idea we would embrace. I told him we’ll challenge the charge, which we will, but all he needed to do was offer a small credit for a future trip. 😞

When we first called to confirm the receptionist said they were not expecting us. The second receptionist found our reservation. Then, the first room they gave us had broken blinds that they should have known about and fixed before putting anyone in the room. We had to move rooms without assistance. Also, no waters for guests which is standard in today’s world. Not Impressed at all.

It was a nice hotel but kind of upset when the cleaning service barges in at 8:30am to clean the room while the whole family was still asleep. The kids were a little upset.

There's not much to say. The facility is clean and well-kept. I guess one thing that stood out--hard, because everything was great--was the complimentary breakfast. At first it looks like your typical self-serve hotel breakfast, but everything was thoroughly good. Terrific experience!
