Hot tub wasn’t warm enough, no towels and very cramped. Room not as in photos, blinds were electric controlled and all the Decor was black which wasn’t good. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel

Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed do 4 nights and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean. The only problem with the room was it was too warm and hard to sleep in. We asked for it to be turned down at reception and it worked for one night and then was hot again. The hot tub and sauna were a really good add on with the roof top views. The location of the hotel was amazing and the restaurant downstairs served really good food. I would definitely stay again

We’ll recommend! We had a very lovey stay. The hotel is top class! Very modern, the room is class. Everything that we need is already available. There was a free bottle of Prosecco that we really enjoyed and the 24 hour jacuzzi definitely made our trip memorable. Staff were friendly, clean and comfortable room. Near to train station and to everything.

Room superb. Free bottle of prosecco and mini bar topped up daily of fizzy drinks, water and milk to utilise with coffee machine and kettle for tea. Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow.

Stanza pulita ma trascurata, materasso scomodo, totalmente nera. Fotografie fuorvianti, camera costosa ma priva di qualsivoglia comodità. Spa praticamente inesistente, c'è solo una sauna e una jacuzzi esterna. Colazione totalmente insoddisfacente, non esiste la parte dolce, solo una crepe alla Nutella, totalmente cruda. Unica nota positiva è il personale, sopratutto i ragazzi addetti alla sala colazione, molto gentili.

We stayed at The Loft Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, and having the minibar restocked with soft drinks was a nice bonus too. The room itself was very modern and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful and properly hot. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, WiFi was fast and free, and while the TV was huge, there were unfortunately no English channels so we didn’t really use it. The real highlight for us was the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We went up there every evening with a drink to relax after a full day of exploring the city, and it was never busy, most nights we had it completely to ourselves. It was easily our favourite feature of the hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good, with quality coffee and freshly made scrambled eggs, omelettes and other hot options, which we really appreciated. The bar prices were also very reasonable, and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant downstairs where we had a pizza and a burger, both of which were genuinely tasty.

Good location close to both the Jewish quarter and the old town. Friendly staff. Okay breakfast. Room looks like it was cleaned in a hurry with dust from years ago still all over the room. Overall the room and hotel looks old and worn and would benefit from a renovation. Very hot in the room as well. Sun all day long and apparently if u turn the air conditioner below 20 it will automatically shut down. Although great location it is not worth the price and would not stay here again.

Reception staff were great. Location of hotel not too bad. Breakfast and restaurant was great. Noise from trains and trams kept me awake at times. Rooms were very dark even with all the lights on. No real shelf/storage space in bathroom ( which frustrated the wife) 3 hangers on an open metal frame in room is never enough but I think you could request more. Complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival but wasn't in fridge......strange. only one bedside light switch so if my wife got up she had no option to put a light on straight away. Room functions worked off a tablet , which once we got used to it worked well. Our bathroom door was damaged from something like a punch, and it's coating was peeling on the other side. Hallway to our room had alot of damage to walls, this continued on other floors too. Overall some places needed some TLC. Other concern was anyone could walk in to hotel and access floors due to no key security in lifts or too stairs etc. But overall was ok

The reviews for this hotel did not match the hotel itself. I was actually kind of disappointed. The images was missleading in the feel of the rooms. The interior was pretty run down with quite alot of damage to the interor which was pretty easy to see with everything being black. The breakfast was really underwhelming and did not feel fresh. The coffie was ok though. There was a weird smell in the bathroom, i believe that the smell came from the resaurant in the lobby through the ventilation. The cleaning was ok but not more than that. They did not replace used glasses. Overall this felt like an airport hotel that you stay in because convenience rather than experience and i do not believe that the price was valid.

We loved our stay here, rooms so clean and modern, staff excellent, anything we needed they were quick to help. Rooftop lovely, prosecco and juice in the fridge for us arriving, beds so comfortable, shower was great and they provided mini toiletries. A 10-15 minute walk to the main square, and the same to the shopping centre which was great. We booked a tour of auschwitz with 'get your guide' and the pick up spot was just at the end of the street which was great. Would definitley recommend this place for a chilled stay.

Lovely stay at the Loft. Staff were polite and helpful the restaurant staff were very good . Breakfast was excellent hot food cooked to order lots of continental choices and processo for a treat. Downsides halls were in need of a tidy up. Our room was lovely but same again chipped tiles in bathroom nowhere to put soap bags. And wallpaper again peeling off. Also in our room no bedside light just a wall fitting hanging from the ceiling. A few adjustments and this hotel would have got 5 stars.

We had the suite the size was amazing but our last night we ended up on the sofa bed which was disgustingly filthy with stains The bedrooms lacked a lot the rooms were cold in the morning & the decor was dark & dull The beds were in the middle of the rooms with a huge tv on the wall & there was a place to hang a few things but no drawers or colour on the walls or any art work Needs colour badly 2 staff members on the Friday thought they would make the place really hot & we asked them at the front desk why was it was so hot & could we adjust it they told us we couldn’t control the temperature but they would reduce it to 20 which was freezing I ended up chatting through Hotel.com to sort the heat They told me I should have complete control of the heat with an iPad That was really annoying

Trevligt och modernt hotell som skulle kunnat nå ett ännu högre omdöme med några enkla förbättringar. Rummen är moderna och trevligt inredda, man erbjuds ett glas prosecco vid incheckning och även en flaska på rummet. Minibaren är gratis med cola, juice, vatten mm. Man kan meddela om man vill ha en mjuk eller hård madrass i sängen vilket var en lysande service. Vid incheckning får man välja mellan ett klassiskt nyckelkort till dörren eller en mobil som används som nyckel men som också ska kunna kontrollera en del funktioner i rummet, något som vi hade svårt att förstå hur det fungerade. Bättre var den surfplatta som hängde på väggen med vilken ljus, persienner, ac mm kan regleras. Det gick att casta till tvn men det var oerhört komplicerat att få det att fungera (personalen hade också svårt att riktigt kunna hjälpa till att ansluta mobilen till tvn). Här borde en enklare lösning kunna gå att få till, som att använda en qr-kod. Frukosten var helt ok, gick att få en del varma rätter på beställning. Det finns en bastu som man kan boka, och en fantastiskt fint placerad jacuzzi på taket som rekommenderas speciellt på kvällen när man kan se ut över staden. På rummen låg öronproppar, vilket behövdes. Det var mycket lyhört och man hörde t.ex när toaletter spolades mm. Tyvärr har delar av inredningen både i och utanför rummen blivit rejält slitna utan att något gjorts för att åtgärda skadorna, vilket drar ner helhetsintrycket rejält (se bifogade foton). Synd!

First of all, you get to the room, if you can get to the room whatsoever. If your key card works. Our cards had to be recoded on average 3 times a day. We stayed over three nights. And were also blamed for keeping our cards in wrong places 0_o. We were hyped, mostly because of the location, but even if the location is awesome (mind you, by the train tracks and a very busy street), the rooms are not sound isolated anyhow, so you hear everything, inclusive the neighbors doors too. The positive was the AC, which was so loud it could to some extend deafen the outside noise. The room itself was spacious and clean, but unfortunately you could admire the room even at 6.30 in the morning, as it was no way to block the light through the windows with the automatic blinds, which the hotel is so proud of. You steer the room from the app in the phone that you get. Prepare that it will take 4 times as much time as normally it would without sucha funky system. The breakfast was meh. At the check out we were offered the discount for our next stay, which we firmly declined. At this price point there are plenty of way better hotels available in Kraków.
First of all, you get to the room, if you can get to the room whatsoever. If your key card works. Our cards had to be recoded on average 3 times a day. We stayed over three nights. And were also blamed for keeping our cards in wrong places 0_o. We were hyped, mostly because of the location, but even if the location is awesome (mind you, by the train tracks and a very busy street), the rooms are not sound isolated anyhow, so you hear everything, inclusive the neighbors doors too. The positive was the AC, which was so loud it could to some extend deafen the outside noise. The room itself was spacious and clean, but unfortunately you could admire the room even at 6.30 in the morning, as it was no way to block the light through the windows with the automatic blinds, which the hotel is so proud of. You steer the room from the app in the phone that you get. Prepare that it will take 4 times as much time as normally it would without sucha funky system. The breakfast was meh. Enjoyed a 3 night stay, staying in a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. Noise can be heard from the trams & traffic but the ear plugs help. There were a few issues with a faulty hairdryer & the tablet that controls the lights & aircon wouldn't recharge but there were some nice touches such as the prosecco & non alcoholic drinks in the fridge. The rooftop terrace & jacuzzi is a great addition & we spent a couple of hours up there enjoying the views on a beautiful sunny afternoon. The choice for breakfast was great & the hot food was cooked to order & arrived very quickly. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful.

Et fint hotell, helt ok rom. Skulle vært litt mer belysning inne på rommet. Et stort minus for oppholdet var da det ble oppdaget at renholdspersonalet hadde rotet i kofferten vår. Meldte ifra til resepsjonen, den eneste beskjeden vi fikk var at de skulle ta det opp med personalet.. Ingen kompensasjon- ingenting! Check-in was quick. No hotel lobby. The room was basic. Some of the fixtures were broken and the room was too dark almost like a sleazy motel. The only plus for this hotel is it’s very close to the train station and breakfast spread was quite good.

La posizione sicuramente è la chiave di successo di questa struttura . Nota negativa la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle finestre che danno su strada , con passaggio di veicoli e tram e le finestre non si oscurano del tutto , per chi ama dormire con buio totale , bisognerebbe aggiungere delle tende o degli oscuranti ! We found the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious (although some may not love the black decor throughout), the breakfast an ideal starter to the day and the location excellent (literally 1 minute walk from the new rail station for the transfer from the airport, and a 5 min walk to the old town). The only negative was the lack of cupboards in the room to put your clothes in. You can ask for a ‘wardrobe’ to be delivered to the room but you shouldn’t have to ask - there’s plenty of room for a set of drawers. This seems to be a ‘feature’ in some hotels nowadays, sadly. We received a free bottle of bubbly on arrival and all the soft drinks in the room fridge were free and replenished daily. We had a great stay here and I would certainly recommend for the location alone.

We stayed at The Loft Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, and having the minibar restocked with soft drinks was a nice bonus too. The room itself was very modern and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful and properly hot. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, WiFi was fast and free, and while the TV was huge, there were unfortunately no English channels so we didn’t really use it. The real highlight for us was the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We went up there every evening with a drink to relax after a full day of exploring the city, and it was never busy, most nights we had it completely to ourselves. It was easily our favourite feature of the hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good, with quality coffee and freshly made scrambled eggs, omelettes and other hot options, which we really appreciated. The bar prices were also very reasonable, and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant downstairs where we had a pizza and a burger, both of which were genuinely tasty.

Aside from reception staff who were (mostly) helpful and friendly, the service was terrible (restaurant staff very rude) the restaurant food was tasteless and breakfast options were poor. We stayed in a deluxe room which was far from deluxe. Missold on the “free minibar” which had only 4 small mixers and tap water, coffee and tea facilities were poor with only one coffee pod, one packet of sugar, and one (herbal) tea bag supplied each - which was not restocked unless requested. The facilities were not great - there were badly damaged walls and furniture in the room and hallways, and an awful buzzing sound coming from a vent. No bedside lights or desk lights and room very dark even with all lighting switched on. Poor quality toiletries - the handwash caused our skin to dry out, the dressing gowns were old, ripped and didn’t match. Towels were old, thin, stained and had holes/frays. Mattress was very old it had deep dips from where others have slept. And the technology was a gimmick with everything including lights operated via a phone which constantly crashed, the blinds also opened without warning creating a privacy issue. TV had only Polish channels and restricted volume very low meant we could not hear it. The only positive to this hotel was the jacuzzi on the roof, but honestly not worth staying here for.

So happy that we chose to stay at the Loft hotel, from the moment we booked to the moment we left they could not have been more accommodating. The service was amazing from our wonderful drivers, friendly restaurant staff, lovely receptionists everyone we came into contact with couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly! The location was perfect for us, a short walk from the stunning old town but set back enough that it wasn’t too loud or busy. Not only was our stay perfect they also helped us arrange an incredible tour to Auschwitz with a private driver. We hope to visit again one day to experience more of this wonderful city and we won’t even consider booking anywhere else!

We asked for it to be turned down at reception and it worked for one night and then was hot again. The hot tub and sauna were a really good add on with the roof top views. The location of the hotel was amazing and the restaurant downstairs served really good food. I would definitely stay again

Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow.

Great Hotel in great location ton explore old town and Jewish quarter. Service was 5* and rooms were cool. Nice touches with the free mini bar soft drinks and rooftop jacuzzi was a real treat, oh and there restaurant is open 24/7!

Visited krakow for the first time. The hotel is in a perfect location, approx 6 minute walk to the main krakow square. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were always smiling and polite, they always was there to answer any questions. As this was the first time in visiting krakow, I pre booked my transport from the airport to the hotel, the driver Kamil was very friendly. The only fault I would pick up on this hotel is that we was situated at the front of the hotel, trams drive past early morning and are quite loud, ear plugs are provided. But I would not be put off by this and I would definitely stop again.

Excellent choice for adults wanting luxury for an affordable price. The jacuzzi on the roof was a bonus with amazing views of the city. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Great property in an ideal location right next to the train station and a very short walk to Old Town. Room was fab with great amenities and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after lots of walking! My only downside is that once the trams started in the morning it would have been great to have some ear plugs. That being said, I’d 100% stay here again next time we are in Krakow!

Amazing staff who were always on hand and helpful - late night pizza or packed lunch before heading to the airport at 3 in the morning they were there. The hotel itself was clean and a hugh spec - rooms were great, hot tub on the roof was a bonus - relaxed and got to socialise with other hotel guests. Location was spot on - right next to train station and 5/10 minute walk to centre.

Great location, just around the corner from Grzegórzki train station (one stop on from the main station) and about 3 minutes walk from the main square, with plenty to see on the way. The rooms are beautiful and very roomy (we were in room 32). Great pod coffee machine , mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks and a bottle of fizzy wine on arrival. Great shower, which is always a winner! Robes & slippers provided in the room for the sauna & hot tub. The staff were incredible, each one of them. So friendly & helpful, nothing was any trouble. Finally the breakfast was delicious & there were no issues asking for a breakfast pack up on the day we headed for Auschwitz and got picked up at 630am! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, we loved it!

We had an amazing stay at The Loft Hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is in an excellent location right next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter and a 10 minute walk to the square. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The room was very clean and spacious and the rooftop hot tub was amazing, there is also a sauna which was nice. The staff were very helpful and would always help us in any way they could. Could not fault it!

Trams run past the hotel, and our room overlooked the tram route, but we didn’t hear any noise from them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, edge of Kazimierz Jewish quarter, 5 minutes walk from the Old Town..... (Kazimierz has a better vibe and food in the evening imo).. large room, clean and tidy, complimentary bottle of Prosecco and soft drinks in minibar. Good bathroom. On site Pizzeria and Italian style restaurant, excellent quality food. Gorgonzola cheesecake was superb.. Good breakfast.... Buffet, plus freshly prepared hot food to order, omelette, eggs sausages etc. Right next door to Krakow Grzegorski station, 20 Plz (£4)to/ from the airport. They are happy to book trips for you in advance of arrival, (Auschwitz, Salt Mines etc) tickets handed over at check-in. Also they have drivers and vehicles if you prefer private transport on trips rather than taxi. More expensive, but they take you and wait for the duration of your trip, helping along the way. We booked transport twice, Raphael and Voytek(?) luxurious Mercedes Electric limo van. They also have Mercedes car or Rolls Royce available for transfers... The drivers were very good, and helpful at the trip destination, chaperoning us through the queues..... Particularly at Auschwitz which is incredibly busy and confusing.... On site Pizzeria and Italian style restaurant, excellent quality food. Gorgonzola cheesecake was superb.. Good breakfast.... Buffet, plus freshly prepared hot food to order, omelette, eggs sausages etc. Right next door to Krakow Grzegorski station, 20 Plz (£4)to/ from the airport. They are happy to book trips for you in advance of arrival, (Auschwitz, Salt Mines etc) tickets handed over at check-in. Also they have drivers and vehicles if you prefer private transport on trips rather than taxi. More expensive, but they take you and wait for the duration of your trip, helping along the way. We booked transport twice, Raphael and Voytek(?) luxurious Mercedes Electric limo van. They also have Mercedes car or Rolls Royce available for transfers... The drivers were very good, and helpful at the trip destination, chaperoning us through the queues..... Particularly at Auschwitz which is incredibly busy and confusing.... Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel was ok but breakfast wasn’t so good - making scrambled eggs seemed to cause them problems - we asked for scrambled eggs every day but these came out in various forms - fried, then boiled and mashed and finally looked like an omelette. Cleanliness was good - clean towels etc every day. Complimentary soft drinks/water/milk in fridge plus bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. We didn’t use the Jacuzzi on the rooftop but looked like it would be nice and relaxing. Hotel is in an excellent location/ great for all the usual tourist attractions.

Stanza pulita ma trascurata, materasso scomodo, totalmente nera. Fotografie fuorvianti, camera costosa ma priva di qualsivoglia comodità. Spa praticamente inesistente, c'è solo una sauna e una jacuzzi esterna. Colazione totalmente insoddisfacente, non esiste la parte dolce, solo una crepe alla Nutella, totalmente cruda. Unica nota positiva è il personale, sopratutto i ragazzi addetti alla sala colazione, molto gentili.

Wonderful property. Easy access to the old town, Jewish quarter abd castle. Great transport links. Fantastic hotel, great ammenities and amazing team. Can't do enough for guests. Onsite dining is superb. Breakfasts are amazing. Can't underestimate the access to the rooftop hottub and terrace. Will definitely be back

We stayed at The Loft Hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The complimentary prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch, and having the minibar restocked with soft drinks was a nice bonus too. The room itself was very modern and stylish, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was powerful and properly hot. The coffee machine in the room was excellent, WiFi was fast and free, and while the TV was huge, there were unfortunately no English channels so we didn’t really use it. The real highlight for us was the rooftop jacuzzi and sauna. We went up there every evening with a drink to relax after a full day of exploring the city, and it was never busy, most nights we had it completely to ourselves. It was easily our favourite feature of the hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good, with quality coffee and freshly made scrambled eggs, omelettes and other hot options, which we really appreciated. The bar prices were also very reasonable, and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant downstairs where we had a pizza and a burger, both of which were genuinely tasty.

Fint, nytt hotell med god service og god frokost. Eneste nedside var at vi fikk trøbbel med låsen på rommet vårt, noe som førte til at vi måtte vente i resepsjonen et par timer før vi kom oss inn, og at det var kun ett nøkkelkort som virket på døra vår. Personalet gjorde alt de kunne for å fikse det for oss, men det bøy allikevel på en del utfordringer under oppholdet. Ellers fint hotell, jacuzzi på taket, god frokost og god service.

Great Hotel in great location ton explore old town and Jewish quarter. Service was 5* and rooms were cool. Nice touches with the free mini bar soft drinks and rooftop jacuzzi was a real treat, oh and there restaurant is open 24/7!

Great hotel with very nice staff, perfect location for exploring Krakow close to the old town and Jewish quarter (Kazimierz). The breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices and options to order freshly prepared dishes. Sitting in the spa on the rooftop is a great experience relaxing while looking at the city. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Excellent location next to a train station . Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff . Free soft drinks and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge in the room was very kind . Lovely breakfast cooked to order. The cleaners for the room were very thorough and there a nice rooftop hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft Hotel

Dark, modern, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cubicle was tiny. Welcome bottle of bubbly a nice touch and free juice and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Included Breakfast was excellent. Lots of delicious continental buffet options then you can also order a cooked item such as omelette etc if you want! . Great Italian restaurant and bar on site. Quite well-located, about 20 minute walk to the gorgeous Old Town Market Square, a train station next door and a cheap Uber ride from main station. Recommend.
