Lennox Miami Beach

Stayed two nights. Guest elevator was down overnight. Room wasn’t well cleaned—hair and dirt around the rug and bench, and towels had stains. Bathroom looked recently renovated but had no usable counter space. The ceiling-mounted HVAC near the bed was extremely loud—each time it cycled on, the blower ran at full speed with no variable control, sounding like a wind tunnel. The toilet also broke during the stay. Only two bottles of water were provided for the entire stay; anything more had to be purchased. They charge a resort fee but when we asked for the cart, staff told us to walk because it would be faster. Not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

We had a great time! Staff were very nice and helpful. Mattresses probably need to be replaced, as they were not as comfortable as you would expect to for what you are paying. Also, I booked through Expedia and when I got there I had to pay an extra $99.45 in hotel fees and valet parking for a night. Total price should be reflected when you are booking. So be prepared. Beach is across the street and you get to use the hotel umbrellas and beach chairs.

A fantastic property in a great location. The 100 bus (which goes across the bridge to Bayside) has a stop 1 minute from the door which is super convenient. The building is amazingly well kept, you can tell a lot of love and care is put into maintaining it. The pool area can be a bit small, but it is a spa pool so is made more for relaxing. There wasn't always a spare sun lounger to keep your things on, but you can always leave it in the bar area. The room was spacious, quiet enough and had good facilities (smart tv for sharing from phone, good air con etc) The restaurant was great quality food and a nice environment. Overall a fantastic hotel, and if we came back to Miami we would look to stay here again. Some slight negatives: the service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Almost all US restaurant service is slow, but this was slower than most. Also on two occasions our towels for the pool area were not restocked in our room, so I had to ask at reception for some more, which they said they would bring to the pool area for us. On the first occasion, it took 25 minutes and by that point we had already just gotten in the pool. On the second occasion, they never arrived. Everyone at the front desk and restaurant, besides the amazing bartender (who was running around doing 3 peoples jobs by the look of it) seemed to move as if there were 30 hours in the day. Not enough to make the trip any less amazing, but worth mentioning.

Fantastic little hotel. Beautiful rooms, very nice little pool oasis. The sun doesn’t stay long by the pool, but the beach option compensates. Ordered finger food by the pool that was visually agreeable and very good. Staff at front desk were excellent. Well located walking distance from everything. Wish we would of been notified the hotel valet/parking wasn’t available for larger cars. We had to run around for parking for our suburban all weekend. We even got towed for being late for 7min on payment for private parking which cost us $450. That was very disappointing.

Beautiful decor, excellent service, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast at their restaurant. We also enjoyed the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. I will definitely come back!

Hotel is beautiful and well located. Valet parking isn’t obvious where it’s located. Once you know it’s fine.

Good hotel, but lacking some ways. Nice pool, but towels are not available at the pool. You have to bring them from your room or go to the front desk. There also isn’t a trash can in the pool area. They offer a shuttle (golf cart) to the beach, but they do not allow children under 12 on the shuttle, even with parents. The hotel is beautiful but seems to favor design over functionality of the spaces.

The fact that you have to pay the parking $55.00/night & you need to pay “Resort Fee.”

The property is great, small poll but okay, gym (you need your personal peloton account to be able to use it). The pool bar is open until 6pm. The restaurant is little bit pricey, NYC prices. Important to mention is that when I booked the 2 bed room it was saying "pool view/ pool room. Without realizing that the room is actually ON the pool. You literally have to go through the bed chairs and all people chilling by the pool to get into your room. The room has no privacy, unless you put the down the blackout curtains which blocks the daylight. The bathroom is all in glass, not fully transparent but little privacy there too! If you're okay with these kind of accommodations then this hotel is for you. If you dont mind staying under the AC since there are no balconies and all windows are sealed then you're good to go there. We requested another room, away from the pool or in other words with little more privacy. We were told that this is downgrade and we will not receive refund. Disappointing with no other choice caught on the spot. The room was nice, cool furniture, clean, windows sealed so the AC has to be ON all the time. That was a real bummer! I came to Miami to warm up and to enjoy the pleasant weather. Ive been staying in other hotels (not to put their names here) and their windows were not sealed. The staff is friendly and responsive. We stayed there 7 days. I wouldn't come back due to the above reasons.

Went to Miami on a birthday trip and didn’t think I would end up cleaning two rooms during my stay. Checked in on a Friday and had to pay additional cost for early check-in, which was fine. Went to drop my stuff off and left for the rest of the day. That night I went to shower and found toenail clippings in the shampoo bottle crumbs by the TV. When I went to lift the comforter up, I saw dirty sheets with hair. I called the front desk and they were very helpful and moved me to a different room. Both are attended, and I checked the bed to make sure it was clean and then he left. I began to settle in and started to notice the uncleanliness of the rest of the room. It was 10:30 PM and at that point I just needed to sleep so I didn’t wanna call the front desk again. I took it upon myself and begin to clean everything up with my antibacterial wipes. I emailed the hotel with details of what happened as they told me to and still no response. It’s a beautiful hotel but I will never stay again.

I go to Miami several times a year. Every time I stay in Lennox Hotel. I just absolutely love everything about this hotel. It’s perfect for me and it’s so gorgeous. Every detail is just curated with love and care. It’s aesthetically very pleasant. Rooms are amazing and super stylish and clean. I’m a big fan, that’s why I stayed there I think 8 times. I don’t really check other hotels when I plan Miami trip.

The first night I was there I asked for extra sheets and a blanket and was told by the front desk staff Diego that because the housekeeping staff was not there he didn’t have access to the linen closet. I’ve never heard of anything that dumb before. I was extremely upset because I never sleep in between the bedding at hotels because I know housekeeping doesn’t always do what they are supposed to! I pulled back the covers and lo and behold there was hair. So my first night there I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Went down to the front desk the next morning and spoke to Giuseppe and he just kept apologizing. I also told him that the bathroom sink was draining really slow. He apologized again and said that he’ll send someone up to fix it. Last I checked apologies are great and all but changed behavior and comps speak more volumes. There was none! No one ever came to fix the sink either. I kept finding miscellaneous hairs in the bathroom and towels which I feel is disgusting. Went to the beach and couldn’t use the umbrella’s that apparently are supposed to be included with the resort fee. The restaurant onsite prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!

Lennox is a beautiful hotel. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and didn’t have a problem whatsoever. It even smelled amazing throughout the property. My only complaint is that the pool was very hot. I’m not sure if it was heated, but that’s not really necessary when it’s 85 degrees. Majority of the staff were very friendly. Beach was a 5 min walk away and there are several restaurants to walk to.

Terrible hose keeping No cleaning the rooms during the journey

Good location. Close to Lincoln Road Mall an d restaurants. Upon check-in, the gentleman working the front desk was abrupt and not welcoming to us. He failed to mention the hotel’s offer of transport by golf cart within a one mile radius. We learned this from another employee on the last day of our stay - very disappointed. Our shower had hair in it when we first got to our room. Also, signs of mold in the shower crevices - unsightly. The TV signal kept going in and out. The phone in our hotel room barely worked - could not use the wireless phone at all. The main phone didn’t always call through to reception/ house keeping. No iron in our room - had to request this. When housekeeping first cleaned our room they forgot to replace our body towels - poor effort. Overall, not impressed with this hotel and will look elsewhere to stay in Miami. Suggest you do the same before you over pay for a mediocre hotel.

Property was surprisingly awesome. Room cleaning should include sweeping the floor. My room had sand and hair on the floor the whole time I was there, although cleaning was done everyday.

The room was on the smaller size but had plenty of room for the two of us for 1 evening. It was clean, well stocked and surprisingly quiet. The valet parking area is actually across the street from the hotel’s side entrance, that took a bit to discover, but overall an easy stay in a great location.

Thank you Victor for assistance with the luggage on arrival and departure. Thank you front desk for the extended time so that my elderly Mom could rest in the room before our time to head to the cruise ship at 1pm. This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. A fabulous clean, quiet, perfectly located hotel. I choose the pool room each time for ease of access.

The hotel decor is cute, staff is welcoming, but all hell broke loose when we tried to use any appliance. The elevator broke the 2nd day and was not fixed till we leave. I've read multiple older reviews about it, so I assume it's a reoccurring problem. Wifi in building 4 is VERY spotty, and the problem is, with no wifi, the tv casting and the room phone don't work either. They are all linked together. Their tv system is VERY unstable. We called first night to fix the tv casting, took half an hour and the fixing guy only speaks Spanish. The second night, it broke again along with the wifi and the room phone, that time it took us 1.5 hours and the problem was not fixed. According to them, the wifi problem was for the entire hotel, but apparently, we were the ONLY one complaining about it?! HOW COME? The same second night, air conditioning stopped working, we had to change room the next day, carrying our luggages down 4 flights of stairs ourselves cause elevator broke too. The new room was okay, guess it's closer to their wifi box, so wifi and tv works. But then on check out day, the cleaning lady decided to knock on our door twice on 8:48 AM to check if she could clean the room. Isn't it just INSANE? It really just felt like they are chasing us out... Disclaimer: The hotel staff waived our resort fee for all these horrible problems we had, but WE ARE NOT HAPPY! This is not the service we deserve for the price we pay, even without the resort fee!

Liked my stay in general. I booked balcony room and could not use the balcony: there was a lot of noise from a AC shaft? or something situated on the roof just 10 meters from the balcony.

It’s a very small hotel which isn’t a bad thing- only problem was u had the ice machine right outside my room and being there for business, getting sleep was tough. The walls a very thin as well so you hear everything. Hotel is great for vacation- not for business travel.

Enjoyed our two day stop over here! Classy elegant and very comfortable room. We did pay an extra $100 per night for a nice balcony room but felt it was worth the cost.

Tiny, teeny, teeny, tiny, tiny tiny tiny teeny teeny tiny place. It was just so small The two of us couldn’t be in the same room comfortably, unless we were laying in the bed. For the price that we paid well over $400 a night I just couldn’t stay here again I dont think it was ever 200 sqft.

Friendly staff. Great location. Rooms are small with no where to sit other than the bed. The room was incredibly dark!! Lighting was poor — making it extremely difficult to see while getting ready to go out in the evening. This was very frustrating. Pool didn’t get much sunshine.

The staff is exceptional and our check in was smooth and easy. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The location is unbeatable as it is near almost everything in South Beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was ok. The bartenders were friendly. I had an issue with a guy at the front desk. He was very rude to me. They charged me twice for one room and I had to dispute the charge. The dining staff wasn’t friendly either. I wouldn’t stay again.

There are some Very nice staff members and some who aren’t helpful at all and very rude. I was denied the free transportation offered by the hotel by one particular lady at the front desk. Everything I asked her was either no or idk. Nice area and a clean hotel but I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. Maybe she wasn’t LGBT friendly or black friendly.

This was our second stay at this hotel - and likely our last. The experience was disappointing, mainly due to poor service from one staff member at the front desk. We arrived at 1:30 PM and were told our room wasn’t ready, but we’d get a call when it was. After returning from lunch and sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes right in front of her, I asked again. She claimed she’d called and left a voicemail, which I never received. No apology—just a robotic rundown of hotel rules and claiming that she DID call. I had requested a room without a pool view but was given one anyway, along with the noise. The in-room TV displayed the wrong guest name all week, which felt careless. Guests smoked near the pool, and staff didn’t intervene. One day, the AC stopped working. After waiting two hours and calling the front desk, the same staff member brushed it off with, “Don’t forget you’re in Miami. Things happen!”—a shocking response instead of an apology or solution. Despite these issues, the beds were comfortable, the minibar was good, and the pool area was nice. Housekeeping deserves special praise for their great daily work. TL;DR: Disappointing second stay due to unhelpful front desk staff (specifically that one arrogant lady), wrong room view, AC issues, and poor service. Highlights: comfy beds, nice pool, and excellent housekeeping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic.

We love this hotel and we’re staying here at least 2 times a month but today we had the worst experience at the reception while checking out ! Anderson mistreated us and was extremely rude and made us pay 50 $ for checking out 20 min later. This is not how you treat loyal customers. We will never stay here ever again! We never had issues before with checking out later and never were charged. Anderson ruined the whole weekend for us celebrating anniversary. Be aware of all extra charges! Make sure you check your receipts before paying !

Did not like: - had a difficult time checking in around midnight, staff did not want to let me into the room without my mom even though she tried calling multiple times to give a heads up -first two front desk employees i spoke with did not want to honor my two free drinks perk via expedia. - upon checking in i received no information regarding pool, services, beach or really any helpful information about the hotel -overall just not very transperant, seems like rules

The best part of our stay here was the staff. There was a lovely woman working the front desk every day who took time to get to know us, and every day would check in to make sure we were enjoying our trip. Erick and Victor whom we got to know as well were incredibly helpful - providing recommendations and golf cart rides to dinner and events! Everyone was just so helpful, personable and made us feel at ease and at home. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and the property itself was beautiful. Especially loved the value of having a dedicated section on the beach- this was a big plus for us! Delicious food in the restaurant as well. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Miami!

Hotel entry is gorgeous , fresh and clean. Staff went above and Beyond. Miami isn’t normally great with service , but this place was an exception. I loved my weekend there! Thanks again to Fidel and all the team.

This lovely hotel was near enough to the Convention Center for me to walk. Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous pool at the center.

Located right on Collins ave, this was such a convenient location for walking around shopping, grabbing food, and walking to the beach.

Property was in a great location for a quick weekend in Miami Beach.

This hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to the beach or a restaurant easily. We biked in the boardwalk and walked to restaurants everyday. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool to unwind at the end of the day. The staff were all professional and kind. Every request we made they helped with in a timely manner. We expected loud noise but it was quiet and we slept well. I would stay here again if I wanted to visit South Beach Miami.

The hotel was nice overall but somethings i wasn't aware of like the buildings were outside and you have to walk a long way to get to your room it's like a motel style but also my comforter had something under it but i didn't know what it was so i just took the comforter off the bed i don't know if it was washed to much and also if you don't buy breakfast the food is expensive i tried to order an omelette that only had cheese and bacon and it was 50 dollars and that's ridiculous and also they did not offer any other toppings

I really liked this property - room was good, overall great feel. My only complaint is the cost of the food and drinks. I made the mistake of ordering a drink at the pool bar and was shocked to get a bill for ~$25 for a vodka soda (single)... I think every person bought one thing from the pool bar and then thought better of it as the bar tender was sitting around watching her phone all week while every chair at the pool was occupied... Management should get a clue. My room cost per night was equal to 8 vodka & soda - does that seem right?? Not to me. I'd say at this hotel again - really like the facility and the location but don't plan to buy food or drinks (coffee was $8 for 12ozs) - crazy.

NIghtmare sleeping at night. The front desk had problems with their phone lines and kept calling me after 11:30pm waking me up. They were trying to reach another room and their phone lines were supposedly getting crossed and calling my room. They woke me up twice scaring me half to death! The restaurant downstairs was another nightmare and super overpriced. the service was terrible, i do not recommend it!

Everything Was Great, excepto de pool bar Menu it is very limited

I loved my stay at Lennox and highly recommend it. The staff was amazing and the rooms were so spotless. Cleaniess is a hige pet peeve for me and I had no complaints. I loved how intimate the hotel felt as well as the golf cart service provided by the hotel. The restaurant located within the hotel was soooo good. We ate there a few times and it was so convenient. I will definitely go back to Miami and stay at The Lennox.

Nice hotel but drinks were way too expensive. $32 for a mixed drink and can of sprite at the pool is a turn off.
