We had a wonderful quick stay here with my family! Everything was clean and comfortable. Workout room and pool fit our needs perfect. Staff was so kind and considerate. The breakfast was great—full of warm options plus grab and go. Even had prepackaged gluten free muffins which was much appreciated! Great stay! We will come back here if in the area again. Only one person working the desk, outdoor firepit wouldn’t work. Baseball teams throwing baseballs in the parking lot. No TV. Desk person not able to help. Had to call IT and the phone from the room and phone disconnected. Called from personal phone and got IT ticket. Still no TV and going to bed. Not a good experience for what we paid for the room. Highly disappointed.

Outside entrance doors don’t work with the room key. Front desk said they tend to stick when it gets colder outside. Not very convenient to have to walk all the way around the hotel in the snow.

No water pressure to flush the toilets had to wait 10-15 to flush after each use. Definitely getting worn down by frequent use, not the cleanest and one room we changed to due not flushing smelled of frequent smoker since it was on the first floor.

Decent breakfast. Nice gym. Front desk staff was never to be seen when you come in or exit the hotel. It's always unattended. There is a smell to the hallways and rooms. Pungent smell. Main lobby smells welcoming. Once you get off the elevators, cover your nose.

The first room I checked into was not cleaned at all. I went back to the front desk and got a new room. When I got to the second room, it was what I had reserved-I reserved a king and got a room with double queens. I went back to the front desk where they said all the rooms like the one I reserved were occupied. That’s fine, but no one said anything to me about that until I brought it up when I made sure I was paying for what I actually received.

They are processing a return and the front desk was helpful, she just didn't understand the process which caused the issue. The room was clean except for the dust covered bathroom fan. The breakfast was very simple. If you have a room on the front of the building there is a lot of road noise. Other than that it is a nice place and I enjoyed my stay, I wouldn't let those issues stop me from going back.

I walked into my room and all I could say was, WOW! Very clean rooms and everything was top notch. The price is reasonable. I have stayed in hotels that have cost me more but were not as clean and a lot less class.The lobby and breakfast area were clean and comfortable.

Too many great things to say!! We have stayed at so many hotels and this was the cleanest, safest, friendliest, most convenient, accommodating…I could go on! The staff was super! Christy at the front, the sweet gal who did breakfast, the maintenance man…all so wonderful! They were able to accommodate an early check-in for us, as we were coming from out of town for a funeral. Our room was awesome, lived the kitchenette…it had everything you needed and more! Bed and pillows were comfy! VERY clean!! Lots of space and storage areas. The pool was great for our family. Location was awesome…close to the adorable downtown, restaurants and more. There’s a walking trail behind the hotel that goes on for miles…we walked it a couple times. Breakfast was plentiful…I’m plant-based so I appreciated the oatmeal and fruit options. Free Coffee, water and ice machine. Would highly recommend this place! OH, and the price!!!!! Omg, we paid under $100/night…Incredible deal for the quality of hotel! I’ll be looking for this chain/brand in all other cities when we travel from now on.

Sorry but I travel 15 weeks out of the year so stay at a lot of different hotels. This one was for pleasure and wanted to be close to were I needed to be.. You can hear the traffic. Got slobbered by some big dog at the desk. I know that’s on the dog owner but pet friendly it’s also on the hotel. TV did not work called the front desk was told by the girl who talked like an auctioneer to un plug and wait if that did not work she would give me a number to call cable company this should not be on me to fix their tv. Water in shower would go from hot to cold not maintain one temp. Sorry but if this is the new Maroit will try to avoid.
