Adam who worked the front desk was amazing. He made us feel right at home and the first three days of our stay (the days he was working) made sure we always had everything we needed. Our only disappointment during our stay was that we had booked this particular hotel due to location convenience and that it had a pool, but after our first night, the pool was unavailable due to maintenance during the duration of our stay.

Stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working . Had to tske the stairs and ata the end of my stay i wanted something off my room and the manager would not budge . Room was 300.00 dollars that night . Felt like i was staying in the year 1700 style hotel !

Nice hotel! Clean and updated, nice rooms and comfy beds. The entire hotel could get into their rooms after midnight on NYE. Had to find the front desk clerk to let us in. This took a long time because she was running from floor to floor trying to let everyone in their rooms. I felt so bad for her, but she did it with a smile on her face!

Newer hotel with very modern decor/fixtures. They have Dove soap/shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms. The bed was really comfortable. Coffee maker/fridge/microwave in the rooms. Free Breakfast selection was really good- scrambled eggs or omelettes, sausages, pancakes, cereal, cinnabon cinnamon rolls, bagels/toast, yogurt, fruit- lots of options! The pool is smaller, no hot tub - and there is a fitness center that they said is open 24hours. Convenient location right off the freeway.

Very clean hotel. Pool exercise room and laundry facilities. The staff is super professional and friendly. The breakfast has so many options and kept fresh all morning. There are fast food places within walking as well as a Starbucks. There is a high end steakhouse and Italian fine dining within a block as well as a sports bar. The rates are competitive. Also has a small marketplace for snacks.

Room was very clean. Swimming pool was chilly and murky. Complimentary breakfast not available first morning and we weren’t informed until we went down for breakfast. By the time we got dressed and out for breakfast many places weren’t serving. Entrance door is back is broken making entry almost impossible, not appreciated when coming in at night in the bitter cold.

The staff was nice and the lobby etc was well kept. The tile in our room especially the bathroom was awful. The grout looked like a little kid did it and the tile was loose. The shower didn’t appear very clean.

I like to stay at this property in Mokena whenever I'm in town. The rooms are always immaculately clean, every staff member I've ever spoken with is very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast offers a good variety of items.

Not so great…filth on walls of our room (looked like splattered vomit). Room next door was slamming doors until 1am…in the morning we found out there were 7 people in a room with two queen beds. Been to a lot of Holiday Inn Express & Suites…this is the worst one. 😐

This is a modern clean hotel. The King room I stayed in was immaculate and nicely decorated. The location was off a major highway in a newly developing area on a dead end street, so it is not a vacation spot. The morning breakfast and coffee bar was also excellent. The location was nearby a major wedding venue CD & ME and very convenient.

I didn't want room cleaned since I had a short stay - I like to make bed comfortable and not need to "re-establish" getting pillows and blankets comfortable. They respected my request which I appreciated. Only thing I noticed which I forgot to mention when checking out shower door needed adjusting as it kept opening - hopefully no one slams glass door to get it to stay closed. Otherwise room was perfect, large and comfortable.

This Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. Excellent service, very friendly, room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were incredible. The breakfast was exceptional. Our checking was great, but it went downhill from there. The second day of our trip, the room was not serviced even though we were out early. When returned and found this out, we went to the desk to get towels for the following morning and we were scolded to call the front desk before “showing up”. Later that evening we called for tissues (which was empty) and when we call we were then scolded for calling and “we have to just pick them up”! The local landscaper was cutting the grass early in the morning and got clippings all over our car, requiring a car wash. Would NEVER recommend this location!!!

We stayed here to go to a concert at the amphitheater. The front desk person was so helpful in telling us to prebook our Uber ride back, so that we weren’t waiting an hour for a ride. She also gave us a great dinner recommendation that was walkable.

This location has vastly improved over the last year or so. The staff is phenomenal. The breakfast has so many choices. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean. The price is more than reasonable for the area. Great restaurants within a block. The front desk associates China embodies customer service and class.

The property is very nice but they were severely understaffed on the Saturday afternoon when we arrived. Rooms were not ready. The staff was extremely nice and tried their best but just not enough personnel. That evening and all through the night there were people that were having an argument in the hallway. The police were called and a portion of the people left the property. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and I.

The staff was nice welcoming and helpful with anything you needed. They even helped me find something to do while I was there. They are dast to fix problems as well if my keys would stop working for some odd reason they was fast to give me replacement keys so I could get into my room.

This hotel is fine. It's nothing special but it is new and clean. There isn't a bar or a restaurant at the hotel. The area has limited dining especially after around 9PM so if you come in late, don't expect much. Like I said, it's fine.

I liked the location for our activity and the hotel room was clean. The reception person was not friendly, never smiled, and when we asked for toilet paper she said come down and get it. Also, breakfast was too late for our needs. We had to be somewhere. Nearby at 7:30 and they didn’t start breakfast until 7:30. The breakfast should definitely start at 7:00 am for people that have meetings and events in the area.

I typically give Holiday Inn Express 5 stars!! That’s why I stay there !! The breakfast here was a joke. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. Asked for it 5 times politely!! No eggs- gravy was cold. Sad - super disappointing!! I headed up Getting hot water at the gas station and grabbed a breakfast there! Sorry -
