Cons - Dirty Sketchy No top security lock No phone to call front desk Freezing water until it warms up Mold in refrigerator Wi-Fi or Internet doesn’t work Price Pros The owners are nice While I was checking in I overheard them asking a customer how long he was staying and his reply was “ 3 hours “ which was immediately a red flag for possible prostitution activities . I stayed here for a week . The place is gross ( Bring cleaning supplies if you’re staying for a while) . Housekeeping is lazy . I asked them to not come into my room because I had disinfected and swifter but they came in anyway to clean the floor but didn’t take out the trash WTH. The first morning I heard some yelling from the room next door but after that it was quiet for the most part . However , for the price zero amenities , environment it’s definitely not worth it . I wouldn’t stay again .

The furniture is covered in graffiti, the bathroom door was broken off the bottom hinge so there was no privacy. The smoke detector for not have batteries and is open. All in all, I would not recommend.

The room was quite large, i was surprise that was no where to hang any clothes and i have never seen a bar of soap that small and the same with the so called bath towels.

Rooms were very new and clean. The hotel is right off of PCH though so it is relatively noisy pretty constantly. The property’s location was incorrect on Apple Maps (a couple miles south on PCH from where it actually was)

Good place to stay if on a budget. Room was clean, very convenient to get transit at the door, had option for local food. One bus from LAX to this property only cost $1.75 instead of car service. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well. Im happy that I selected this property

It was horrible, the front desk rep, comes off nice and polite but will chop you up the second you slip. She even told me it was okay to check out early and she would refund me the next day. I cleaned up room, returned key and she said have a good night and she will refund me the next day amount. Only there for 10 of 48 hours. She didn’t refund me, then had me call hotels.com only to deny that she agreed to that, then I spoke with her to use the next day since I paid for it!! NOPE!! She rented the room to Someone new.. NO REFUND, LIAR, NO JUSTICE!. DONT LET the friendly answer foul you.

Out side looking really old building but inside is remodeled and clean! Staff members are hard working family and professional. A lots of restaurants near the motel and safe area plus close to freeway. I highly recommend to stay here! We will be back fit sure! Price are much more reasonable than other hotels and motels! Thank you!!

Very convenient for the 232 bus direct from LAX and the 205 to the San Pedro cruise port. Hotel is a bit worn. I give it an "average" rating which is NOT a bad thing. I've already booked a return stay.
