Staff was fantastic. Spotless throughout. Elevator was noisy and was out of order for day. After serving still noisy but it was functioning. Severe water leak which flooded the exercise room and adjoining area, and rendered the exercise equipment inaccessible and useless for the full duration of my stay, left us that full day with NO WATER, shower, toilet. My door passkey failed and had to be reactivated. The staff dealt with each issue with polite professionalism and were helpful throughout the difficulties. I held off submitting my review to allow the owners to offer some level of compensation for our troubles but I it doesn’t seem like it will happen. 3 rooms, thank you. THE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL WAS FANTASTIC!

Fire false alarm at 3:58 am, had to evacuate the building until fire department arrived and cleared the scene. Would expect some type of restitution, but none offered. otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Elevator was extremely loud and the door seemed to be wobbly. Not normal by any stretch, but the rest of the hotel and staff were excellent!! Will stay here again

Everything was very nice. I liked the chairs outside. The bright red elevator was a little overwhelming. Breakfast was good. The unexpected fire alarm at 4am was something I have never experienced, but the fire dept. response time was very quick.

The last morning I was there I saw a roach running across the bathroom floor! Only 1 though! Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pillows on the bed were so soft that when you laid down on them, they were almost completely flat. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

The front desk was having issues with computer system and poor guy was clearly alone. Upon arrival in our room it stunk. We never really determined the smell. Was it dirt pipes in the AC or food that was left to sit in room and finally thrown out? Not sure but it stunk. Not much we could do in a full hotel and only staying one night. The facility itself was new and clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the smell. Like that of a fridge that was left open to thaw out after freezing up. It was not mold or mildew and almost a curry smell. Anyways it was fine other than that

Walls were super thin, you can hear people running down the hall and people in the next room on the left and right using the bathroom all time throughout the day and night. Should have went next door to Hilton.

Newer property. Very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Bathroom is nice—has a curved shower rod, grab bar for tub/shower combo and nicely decorated. Small refrigerator and coffee nook. Very nice 55” wall mounted TV. Nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel looked new. Everything was clean & up to date. Desk attendants were friendly & efficient. The area was quiet, but restaurants were mostly accessible only with a vehicle. One thing that concerns me is that many hotels do not have any slip protection in the tub, & that was an issue here. As a senior, I'm always mindful of the danger of a fall, especially in the tub. Otherwise, a very nice hotel!

We had a very short stay. Service when we walked in was very friendly and clean. Easy check in process and was even told since we are leaving before breakfast that we could ask for a to go bag which contained a small water, fruit cup and granola bar. Room was clean, comfortable beds. If we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here again.

The staff at the counter were great however the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand english so communication about the rooms were very hard. Everything had to be communicated through the down stairs counter staff. Night time counter staff was rude and inhospitable.

We’re in the process of moving from Maryland to Tennessee and have been traveling to Gallatin to search for our new home. We’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times this year and it’s been consistently amazing. The staff is friendly, great lobby breakfast and the warm afternoon cookies are delicious. We continue to stay here and recommend it every chance we get.

This place is right outside Nashville and was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Its clean, staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. It was everything we wanted out of a hotel stay. Breakfast was complimentary and really good every morning. It was perfect!

Great location (25-30 minutes from downtown) that was outside of the city to where you didn’t have to feel that you need to watch over your shoulder. Staff was consistently courteous and professional! The breakfast amenities were great! Quality of the food was consistent and the environment was very clean! The Nashville Metro area has become so run down that it is hard to find a place to feel safe and the hotel is clean (to our personal preference) so we didn’t like the fact that we had to drive so far to get to places but well worth it when it came to the cleanliness and price point!

Wonderful stay! All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was freshened each day with clean towels, trash removed and bed made. Breakfast was good. Coffee/tea/lemonade was kept full and fresh ALL day. They put out fresh baked cookies in the afternoon on the coffee bar - nice treat. Hotel is in a nice area of town close to restaurants and shopping but off the main drag so not noisy. We will definitely stay again.
