karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

Hotel was cheap for a one night stay. Not too much around other than the Shin Osaka station.

I got assigned a top floor room with a beautiful view, the baths were a perfect way to relax after checking in, and the breakfast the next morning was superb. Only downside is I didn’t stay longer!!

The hotel is overall fine but it would be better if they have drip coffee in stock that they can offer either in the room or at the lobby. Drip coffee should be basic amenities but they don’t have it easily ready, which is quite disappointing. When I called to ask, we were told to go down to the front desk to ask for it, and they only have 4 in stock and they were old (expiry date within 2 months). When we asked on our last day of stay, they said they had none in stock. In my opinion, the hotel is fine but doesn’t feel like a 4 star one as it was claimed. I hope they can improve.

Very close to shin Osaka station. There’s a sea breeze

This is a repeat stay! One of the better, accessible and most importantly, BIG hotels in Shin-Osaka. I've stayed in low and high priced hotels before and this definitely lands in the middle ground. Best value for money hotel!
