The staff were really nice and helpful, the front desk area has amenities that are free to take. I like that one floor you can microwave and get free beverages, you may hang out and eat in that area also. I liked that there is a water station in each floor you can get for free and my friends and I like to get some to drink and to make hot water. The public bathhouse was nice and have direction while there was a lot of laundry machine in the same floor.

This is a beautiful property with excellent service and very friendly staff. the breakfast buffet could’ve been a dinner buffet! So many choices and the food was excellent. Large onsen with excellent facilities. Hotel TV let you know the capacity of the restaurant and onsen at all times. About a block from the Shin-Osaka train station. This would be my top choice next time and it was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Japan. They also had an amenities bar with about 10 items that was so convenient. Our room was a corner room and had a washer/dryer combo in the room. Also had another guest laundry on the 4th floor.

King bed guest room was very clean and atypically large for a Japanese hotel. Onsen and laundry facilities available (7 washer/dryer units) on site, which was very nice. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but it looked crowded every morning. The breakfast dining area on the 3rd floor was open to guests to use from 2pm to 10pm, to bring store bought food to eat. Self-service drink stations were accessible free of charge. This was a really nice perk that we took advantage of every night to save money on dining.

新大阪駅からも近く、とても清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。ユニットバスではなく、トイレや部屋の洗面台とシャワー室（バスタブなし）が分かれている点が使いやすかったです。また部屋に加湿器が置いてあったのも乾燥せずに助かりました。アメニティは2Fで必要なものをチョイス、3Fの朝食会場をチェックイン後から22時まで開放しており、ドリンクサーバーが使えます。（電子レンジは常時使えます）各フロアにはウォーターサーバーがありますが常温だったと思うので、冷たい水や氷がほしい方は3F（22時まで）もしくは指定された階にあるようです。また4Fの大浴場もスチームサウナ付きで楽しめました。翌日の朝食も美味しくいただき、総じて大満足です。また関西を訪れる際には是非利用したいです。

良かったところ駅から近い。ただし新大阪駅はわりとダンジョン大浴場が便利。シャワーが横が区切られているから隣のシャワーがかからなくてよい。朝食かなりおいしい。素材良い。料理が無くならないようにきちんと見てくれているスタッフのレベルが高い。いろいろ不明点が出たときに、誰に確認しても明確かつ丁寧に回答してくれさらに笑顔がさりげなくて好感が持てた。惜しかった点インバウンド対応だからかシャワーしかない。湯船派で潔癖性にはおすすめできない。連泊の際、タオル交換してくれたのだが使用済みのタオルの回収はしてなかった。コンパクトなサイズな部屋なので回収してほしい。大浴場は頻繁に人が出入りする。脱衣所の足元のマットは時々交換してほしい。かなり髪の毛が落ちていて残念。総合的にはかなりよかったのでまたお世話になりたい。

Hotel is exceptional. Our stay was extremely comfortable with a large and clean room with city views. In room washer/dryer was a game changer for a long Japan trip. The complimentary beverages starting at 2pm was also a nice extra perk. Would absolutely stay here again and again.

ROOM! The room was the worst experience for us, from the uncomfortable size of everything to the hard matress. I wish they could have thought about making the rooms more comfortable. Not sure how they have great rating, the staff, amenities and location is good, walking distance to the train station is a plus as you save on paying Uber or taxi. But the room is something i can't get over it. The bathtub is 4ft wide and unsafely high 24" making it not very safe for elders, and the ceiling in the bathtub is too low, if you are over 6' you won't be able to fully stand inside. The sink was almost to by knee and i am 5'7. I can't recommend this Hotel because if the unsafe and uncomfortable rooms on the Standard Double.

Prior to my arrival, I made an inquiry via email regarding the hotel's luggage transfer service to Tokyo. I was informed that I simply needed to submit my luggage one day before 11 AM for it to be delivered to Tokyo. Upon my arrival, on the third or fourth day, I sought to reconfirm the luggage transfer service. I was then informed that, due to Black Friday, my luggage would not reach Tokyo by the following day, but rather in four to five days. This information was quite disappointing and unexpected. I believe I should have been informed of this upon my arrival, and I consider myself fortunate to have proactively checked with the staff a few days beforehand. The staff did provide assistance by identifying the nearest convenience store offering luggage transfer services and aided in completing the necessary forms. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness was commendable; the room was consistently tidied, and trash was removed daily. The washing and drying machine, while taking a considerable amount of time to complete its cycle, was still deemed acceptable. Shin-Osaka Station is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away. The journey to the station was quite enjoyable.

新大阪駅より近く、場所も分かりやすい。チェックイン時に予約が入っていないと言われるなどしたが、スタッフの人が親切な対応で15分くらいで予約確認してくれた。外資系のサイトだと反映が上手くできないことがあるらしい。予約したタイプの部屋がちゃんと利用できた。施設は新しく清潔。朝食バイキングの種類も多く良かった。大浴場で23時頃はものすごく混雑しており、洗い場空き待ち、ドレッサー空き待ちが甚しかった。でも朝の7時前は空いていて快適だった。できれば、ドレッサーに化粧水や乳液があるとよい。ドライヤーも普通のものだったのでもう少し良いものだと気分が上がる。　あとエレベーターが6台あったが、なかなか来なかったり、満員で乗れなかったのが不便だった。夏休みシーズンだったので混んでいたんだろうな。

Automatic check-in machine was a terrible experience. Long line in front of each machine, and staff required to assist everyone (so what are you saving by the machines). Absolutely terrible UI/UX, once through with the entry, the machine does not take touch payment nor IC cards to pay for 200 yen city tax. Ridiculous. Elevators are slow (old?) and it takes a while to get up & down. There are better places to stay in Osaka.

Excellent hotel located just steps from Shin-Osaka station, with several restaurants and convinience stores located around the building. Really nice interior, and lovely, comfortable rooms and beds, with those on a higher floor having good views across Osaka. Wouldn't hesistate to stay again or recommend, particularly if you will be arriving/departing by Shinkansen, or are planning day trips from Osaka to the likes of Kyoto, Kobe, or Himeji, you really couldn't get a better location.

Great location right by Shin-Osaka station. Easy transport to key areas in Osaka and train for the airport leaves from there as well. Away from too much hustle and bustle like around Osaka station. Great breakfast buffet as well. Modern and clean.

The air con is climate controlled - so the room became very stuffy at times. We requested an electric fan at check in and were told there wasn't one. No coffee, sugar, milk in the rooms. No black tea available. The buffet was too crowed and the walk ways between way too small - we had stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont prior to this hotel so we had direct comparisons - the buffet food options and set up there was brilliant! Food options at Osaka Tower very limited and the buffet way too small for the amount of people!! Also, re the question above -- the breakfast was not free - we paid in full for breakfast for every day we were there! Hence the reasons we expected better.

9/20から3泊しました。朝食の種類が豊富で朝からテンション上がりました！マグロの漬けとチーズケーキが特に美味しかったです。オープン直後や7時台はすぐに入れましたが、8時半頃に行った時は、混んでて席を用意してもらうのに数分待ちました。予定がある方は早めに行ったほうが良いと思います。お風呂は土曜の夜は激混みでのんびり入れませんでしたが日曜の夜はやや混み、月曜はガラガラでした。サウナはどの日も誰もいなかったのでのんびりできました。部屋のテレビで朝食もお風呂も混雑状況の確認ができるのが良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクのサービスも良かったです。混雑時のお風呂以外は不満はなく、良いホテルだと思います。新幹線利用なら駅から10分くらいなので、おすすめです。

御堂筋線の駅から近く出かけるのもあっとゆう間に目的地へいけました。朝食のサラダの野菜に汚れやカビが多くあり、底のほうのトマトはシワシワで鮮度が悪かった。それさえなければ大満足のホテルでした。改善されることを願って、また泊まりに行きたいと思える施設でした。
