Nice hotel with a great pool/waterslides. We loved that the water is heated in October! Nice daily breakfast with Mickey Mouse shaped waffled being the star of the show. Friendly staff and restaurants, coffee, and froyo right outside the door. Also steps away from the ART. We loved that our room had two showers so that all could get ready to head out to the parks faster. Only slightly negative was that you cannot bring outside beverages/food to the pool area and don't lose your wristband for the pool, they are pretty strict about replacing it. Overall a nice stay.

Pretty solid stay. The splash park was out of order so that was a bummer for the kids. The pool was also oddly warm and not particularly refreshing on a hot day. Pretty decent breakfast and the rooms were nice and tidy. 25 minute walk to Disneyland and the bus stops are in the area but we found them to be really inconsistent. I would probably consider staying there again.

At the top of my list of places to stay in Anaheim!! Such a wonderful experience and the staff is Amazing!! Local to everything, good size hotel, on-site coffee, restaurant. Bar and plaza adjacent. They have waterslides for the family, move nights from the 3 pools and hot tub. A large breakfast buffet area. What more can you ask for!!

This a very kid friendly hotel. Fun pool area with nightly movies. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. Our room had a fantastic view of the nightly Disneyland fireworks. We will stay here again in the future.

So appreciated the front desk staff. Waterslides didn’t open until 10:00 AM and closed at 8:00 PM, so we couldn’t use them: breakfast was very crowded and ran out of dishes.

This hotel is not as clean as it used to be. It’s very crowded and the carpet was very dirty. Probably the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen at a hotel. We will not stay here again. It’s too bad this hotel has become so run down so quickly.

Room was clean but walls appeared to be dirty and dusty. I had called the front desk to request housekeeping in advance the morning we went to Disneyland and proceeded to confirm with guest services via text message, yet we returned to our room late night to find it was not cleaned. I was very dissatisfied. A hotel of this location and brand should have daily housekeeping, without it's guests having to request it and it not be honored. I won't be staying here again.

Extremely Disappointed – Bed Bugs, No Response, and a Ruined Vacation We’ve stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Anaheim every year for our family trips—typically booking 3 to 4 rooms. It used to be one of the only places we trusted. Sadly, after our recent experience, we won’t be coming back. On our first night, the room we were given had bed bugs. We woke up covered in bites—especially my wife, who had rashes and welts across her back, neck, and chest. My son and daughter had bites all over their legs, and I had them on mine as well. We spent the rest of our trip itching and uncomfortable. My wife was so concerned that she threw away all of our clothes, bags, and the kids' blankets and backpacks to avoid bringing anything home. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of response from hotel staff. I was told twice that a manager would contact me, but no one ever did. Not a single employee, manager, or supervisor came to speak with us in person or by phone. We received automated text messages asking how our stay was or if we needed anything, but when we replied about the bed bug issue—no one responded. The room we were moved to wasn’t much better. There was hair in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and furniture, and overall, it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. We used to justify the premium price because of the amenities and location, but this stay felt more like a dirty motel experience—with resort-level pricing. On top of that, there

All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The floors, especially the carpet, were pretty stained, but the rest of the housekeeping was good. I wish they would provide dishes and silverware - it was hard to use the kitchen without them. They did give some to us at the front desk when we asked. I would also suggest not taking and washing the towels every day; we would’ve been happy to use them for a few days to be more eco-friendly. I also think the resort fees and amenities should either be optional or built into the per night cost, but it wasn’t a lot. Decent breakfast with lots of options, the giant hot tub was my favorite! Wish it was open later for after those long Disney days. It’s hard to find a hotel that fits bigger families comfortably, so we appreciate that. Overall a good stay.

Pretty good. The room smelled of mildew and the carpet was kinda dingy. We got over the smell once the ac kicked on more. The light above my parents bed didn’t have a switch so the engineer had to come up and unplug it. That was bizarre. Overall a good stay and comfortable.

Breakfast was overcrowded and busy, and on three of five days there were no clean plates, so we skipped it. The room needed a deep clean. Security on the pool gate felt excessive, and wearing a wristband all stay was inconvenient. Despite paying for five people, there were no linens or towels for the fifth guest. After a long flight from Australia, it was frustrating to make beds and call for supplies. The resort fee doesn’t match the service, and the hotel is a long walk from the parks. I regret this booking and will stay closer next time! So many better options for the price range.

The pool was nice, water was warm. I booked 2 rooms here for my daughter’s 5th birthday. When I checked in the hotel, the reception that checked me in didn’t want to listen to me when I told her I didn’t need the parking, bc we had family in LA and we would leave our car there. she still charged me for 4 nights for the parking which we didn’t use at all. I ended up staying at another hotel for 2 nights bc this hotel is not good. When I went to my room it’s smelled like paint and mold,after telling them the moved my room which wasn’t any better. Then the room only had hot water, the pressure of the water in the school is none. Just dripping of water came. The towel was dirty My mom got bed bugs bite all over her body. This is why we went and got another hotel. When I called the receptionist they all had attitude and was nasty. I wasted so much money bc I had to get a second hotel with 2 rooms.

This hotel worked great for us on our trip to Disneyland. The room was modern and well appointed and the included hot breakfast was nice. The pool, water slides, and large hot tub were great amenities for "off" days. We were able to walk to the parks which was nice and saved us on transportation and parking. The breakfast area got crazy in the mornings with a lot of kids and families and the kitchen running out of food and tableware. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers for that reason. Another complaint is the fact that there is very little storage for clothes and toiletries. There is a small closet with safe and ironing board but no drawers anywhere. Also the bunk beds are in the same room as the king bed which is a real bummer if you don't like sharing a room with your kids. The building was surprisingly quiet given the number of kids and families that were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the common areas were large and comfortable. Nice selection of restaurants just outside the hotel.

Overall it's a great hotel. Was a close walk to the toy Story shuttle service. The pool area is huge. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool which was on the highway side. Can hear pretty much all traffic. Pack some ear plugs. Otherwise the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Family of 4

The staff was so great, it was well kept and everything was made easy. We were able to have drinks near the pool, the water was warm, and they have a good amount of elevators. Only downside to this property was the breakfast, hard 4/10 for us. Most of the people that got food left it at the table when they were done. All else was AMAZING. Our boys had a wonderful time and it was so close to Disney!

Our room flooded from either the hotel room above us or bad piping. We got back from our day at Disneyland with extremely sore feet but spent all night cleaning the bathroom because it had been completely flooded. A lot of our items got ruined and damaged (things we just bought from disneyland as well as a new hair curler I had just bought for our vacation). We then had to cancel our plans for the following day so we could move our things to another room. They didnt even offer to help move anything. They also didnt want to compensate us at all at first. We had to negotiate with them repeatedly just to get $300 off (when that isnt even the price for one day off of our stay there). We lost out on so much by going to this place. They absolutely ruined our vacation and didnt try to make us whole on what he lost in our vacation. Absolutely not okay. This hotel is a complete rip off. I will NEVER go to this hotel EVER AGAIN.

The staff was great but once me and my children’s were at the room already fixing our stuff in the room getting ready for the pool one of the maintenance workers open the door and scare my children as i had step out to the desk he was polite but i and my kids were very worry of what he was doing there he inform me that he was there to finish some stuff and i did mention the lights were not working as well one of the metal pieces of the sealing from the bathroom was placed in the counter to be worked on and he did that .... over all tickets for Maintenance should be well looked over because i was scare to see some stranger closing the room door of where i left my two younger children to get

Convenient. Close to Disney, amenities are great (24 hrs laundry and gym), breakfast is a plus, pool is great to relax and kill the time while waiting for the room to be available, and the restaurants nearby are wooow!!! Receptionists need to learn how to make guests feel welcome and not a burden when asking very few and simple questions and to give detail explanation on how things work. Learn to smile!!! We have to ask housekeeping to clean the room although there’s no dnd sign outside the room.

The rooms were very quiet. The pool area is fun (waterslides, basketball, mini golf) but way too crowded in the summertime for us. Breakfast is a huge assortment. In comparison to last time we stayed here (9 months ago), the staff was less attentative and didn't follow through (vanity door not closing and they said maintenance would come, but didn't any of the 6 days we were there; garbage wasn't removed when housekeeping cleaned), and they got rid of the amazing lemonade in the breakfast area (which we thought was unique). However, overall, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed having a full fridge in our suite so we could have food for Disneyland / California Adventure. I still say they need some amenities in the kitchen (napkins, plastic ware, dish soap, a kitchen towel) because it's hard to fix food and not have a way to clean the area. We ended up buying these things and then throwing them away when we left. We do like the Cambria for a family!

We stay here every year we go to Disneyland. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is fantastic. It is right on the ART bus line that takes you to and from the park, although it is within walking distance. The hot complimentary breakfast can't be understated and the water park is great for your downtime.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cambria. The pool, slides and hot tub make for a nice break during the day. The Mickey Mouse Pancakes are a real hit with the kids, though the whole breakfast area is a bit chaotic so pack some morning patience. Staff are organized and very friendly. Walkable to Disneyland. It is 2500 steps each way and roughly takes 20-25 minutes. We did uber back and forth a few times and the average price was $18 USD each way.

The hotel was in a great spot. It was in close walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store, pharmacies, as well as the shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was quite quiet even when busy. The breakfast was a great selection and even included multiple gluten free options (bagels, cereal, muffins, etc.). Adequate breakfast. Just wish they would change it up a bit. Got pretty boring. Staff was great. Rooms nice. The shuttle referenced by the hotel (run by the city of Anaheim) was terribly inefficient. Would not rely on that. We usually ended up walking which was a bit far for our littles but enjoyable and easy for the adults.

Love this place!! Fits our entire family, staff is great, it in the same parking lot as The Habit, Starbucks, Luna Grill, California Fish Grill, Jersey Mikes, and Ono. A few things they could improve on is if they premade a lot of of the Mickey Mouse waffles for the breakfast that is included in your stay. The lines were ridiculous for waiting for breakfast. I feel like some fresh salsa would be a great addition as well. But overall, the breakfast was wonderful. It would be nice to be able to sit outside at the fire pits past 10 PM. Adults only would be great. Make it an extension of the bar.

The food at the pool was awful. The chicken tenders were gray and chewy and soggy. The french fries were pale and undercooked and pretty disgusting. And it was overpriced. The cocktails were also disgusting and very syrupy. The staff was great but overall the food and drinks were gross. The complementary breakfast was disgusting and the eggs were Watery and the potatoes were like rubber. They complementary breakfast is disgusting and it’s gotten worse ever since we started coming here two years ago. Will probably not come back for the breakfast.
