Beautiful, modern , clean hotel in the midst of quant, charming , historic area. Located in area with narrow cobblestone streets. 800 meters walk on cobblestone lane from road accessible by midsized car. Staff was fabulous. Let us stow our luggage after checkout while we went on a tour

This property is in such a great location. You can walk to the centre in split. It's so clean and modern. Only bad thing is that there is mo parking in the area. The parking lot close to the hotel was over filled. It took us over a half hour to find street parking close. Do not rent a car when in Split!!

The reception staff Jalena and other lady were very friendly and helpful. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what to do in Split. Property was well maintained and very clean. Other than parking, it was very pleasant and relaxing experience.

Väldigt bra ställe. Vänlig personal, litet (endast nio rum) och personligt. Vi vill absolut komma tillbaka. Det ligger kanonfint till och personalen är lyhörd och hjälpsam. De hjälper till med en som hämtar och lämnar till eller från flygplatsen för 45 euro. Små minus. Vi fick säga till om toapapper vid ett par tillfällen. Städerskorna fyllde inte på varken det eller duschtvål utan att man sade till. Golven förblev ostädade under hela perioden. Det bäddades sängar på städningen. Frukosten var inte stor (så klart med så få gäster) men det var frukt, grönt, lite pålägg, några frallor och kakor, kaffe, te, vatten och juice. Sen bad man Judith eller ngn annan att steka lite ägg å bacon samt koka gröt till en och det var gott. Absolut en rekommendation från min sida.

A beautiful hotel in a great location for seeing all the sights Split and getting to fabulous restaurants and bars. It has been recently upgraded and everything has been done to a very high standard. We booked 2 rooms and stayed in room 1 and room 3. We paid more for room 3 (which is on the first floor) but are unclear why there is a price difference as it is identical in every way to the cheaper room 1. Our biggest issue was the noise in room 1 which is accessed from a door beside the hotel reception desk. There is no sound insulation and we could hear everything said in the reception from our room while reception was open 8am to 8pm. This room also has a window directly onto a street and despite having the windows closed at night we could hear people and motor bikes practically the whole night. It was so bad on our second night my mum didn’t get to sleep until 4am due to the noise. The third issue creating noise is there is a patio door from the room into the breakfast room so more noise as soon as breakfast service started. Other family staying in room 3 were not affected by noise issues so I think the problem is this room. I would stay in the hotel again but not in room 1!

Great hotel, lovely and clean, great staff - must have been full because we ended up in the handicap accessible room, which was spacious and clean, but located directly behind the registration desk so not as private and couldn't really use the windows to see out.

Everything was fantastic! I couldn't have been happier with the room or service I got. The bed was comfy, the room was big and the view amazing (from 4th floor). They had even towel warmers and new coffee powder was brought every day. The location was great too and felt safe as a solo female traveller, bus stations were not far either.

The complete breakfast is buffet style with eggs made to order. Take advantage of arranged transport to the airport. It is the only way to have door to door assistance with luggage.

Wir haben uns in der Residence Stine sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick aus dem 4. Stock auf die Stadt war traumhaft. Auch war man innerhalb von 5 min in der Altstadt. Frühstück war okay, positiv war, dass Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Sehr toll, wäre im Bad ein Kosmetik-/Vergrößerungsspiegel gewesen.

Residence Stine is well located in the old town of Split, with everything you will want close by. The small hotel is new and modern in the heart of a three century old community, with winding lanes and passageways, The staff is great and welcoming. When back in Split, We will stay here again.

Wir haben uns in der Residence Stine sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick aus dem 4. Stock auf die Stadt war traumhaft. Auch war man innerhalb von 5 min in der Altstadt. Frühstück war okay, positiv war, dass Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Sehr toll, wäre im Bad ein Kosmetik-/Vergrößerungsspiegel gewesen.

Great apartments in the old town - wonderful setting and perfectly placed to wander the streets. An old building but really nicely modernised inside - very comfortable and well furnished. Great shower too! Really clean and well presented on arrival - nothing but good things to say. Special mention to the staff - always a bit nervous travelling - had arrangements fall through before with last minute cancellations and the like - but the team were on it, communication was always prompt and they were happy to make special arrangements for our late check in. Again, nothing but good things to say.

Residence Stine is a very nice place to stay for exploring Split. It has a central location with a short walk to what you need to see. The facilities are modern and very clean. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely come back for a next visit to Split.
