From arriving to departing..top notch. The front desk was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was Soo good. The gym was great. The pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. Will definitely return. Only issue, it appears only 1 elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait. The staircases are all the way down the hall. Otherwise perfect.

Everything was pretty good. Clean mattress’s and bedding. No funky smells. A little bit of water spots starting to form but nothing alarming. I tried to get breakfast a few different times, each time there was nothing left. Laundry on site worked, air worked. Only bad thing was all of a sudden we came back to the entire parking lot closed off for three days. So you have to walk from the back of the hotel because the doors are locked. Then to load and unload you use a side door but as soon as you close it.

Our room had an ant infestation in the morning when we woke up from our stay. All of our food was contaminated and the floor was covered in ants. Horrible way to wake up in an over priced room. Won’t ever come back here or book on Expedia. To make matters worse when I called the front desk they just said “Ok thank you” not a sorry or we will take care of it that made things worse.

Our room had a very bad stink to it, they tried to cover it up with febreze, but it did not work and only made it worse. 3 hours later when we came back to the room it's still stunk so they put in an air cleaning machine. It worked a little bit, but the room still stunk. I think the only problem was our room, because I didn't overhear anybody else complaining. Also the carpets were stained. And the night light was flickering through the night. The staff was very apologetic for our problems, but that didn't fix it for our stay. They also would not give us a refund or any other sort of compensation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). They were fully booked the night that we were there, so they cannot switch rooms for us. The next morning at breakfast they were almost out of everything. I understand that they were fully booked, but they should have realized that and been prepared that everybody would want breakfast.

The staff was amazing and helpful, the hotel not so much. Our bathroom had a weird smell and you couldn’t run the bath water without it pouring out of the shower head, made it hard to bath the kids. I dont think it was super clean, some sticky spots on the carpet and mold spots on the caulk in the tub.

The check in was good. The carpet in the room was wet and we had to keep our shoes on. When the carpet dried, the room reeked like moldy carpet. The entire 2nd floor smelled of mold.

The stay was awful. The hallways are littered with trash and need vacuumed. The beds were super hard and very uncomfortable. The room overall just felt dingy and not very clean. The sheets smelled like old shoes. The elevator inspection sheet was long expired. The worst of all was the breakfast. By far the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. There are no microwaves in the room, only one down by check-in desk. Would not stay again, nor recommend!

Overall its good because of the location, the front desk are all very nice and tried to help, I had 4 rooms for my family Didn't like the sliding bathroom door(its the same as the closet!if you're there with someone they have to make sure to inform others in the room if they'll open the door No enough storage The rooms not soundproof,which is a factor if you need to relax or sleep without hearing your neighbor's music or snoring! We had a room with a door that connected to the room beside us. The kids in the room next door kept bouncing a ball or something on the door and pounding on it all night. Plus there were multiple adults talking loudly. At 1 am we called the front desk and they sent someone to tell them to quiet down. They didn’t. We called the desk two more times but no one answered. At 3 am it finally stopped. Not necessarily the hotels fault for the guests behavior, but it would have been nice if we could have gotten ahold of a staff member again that could have quieted them down.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the seat geek stadium, which Influenced my decision to stay there. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, and most everything worked except the blinds on the window. The blackout did not open, so I never saw the view outside the window.

I got to the hotel 5 minutes after 3AM and they refused to honer my reservation even if it was paid for. They said NOW SHOW. I ended up by renting another room and they refuuse to refund me the money for the first reservation. I have been a valuable customer for this place, but I guess this will be the last time.

Just stayed the one night for a place to sleep never ventured out. Hotel was very clean only thing I remember the person that checked us in wasn’t too pleasant and checking out person wasn’t around for 15 minutes. We had questions otherwise we would have left cards in checkout box. When person came back no apologies for wait.

The majority of the staff were excellent but there one that was rude to my wife my wife ask for some towel because we ran out and when she asked the young lady(Mexican) at the desk she was rude and asked what did we do with the towels in the room and why do we need more towel

Located right outside an MLS stadium and concert venue. Venue was blasting dubstep into the early hours. Super loud, can hear the vocals and obviously the bass shakes the hotel. Had to wake up early but had to deal with that bullsht.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, really, next to the SeatGeek stadium and a massive industrial park. But it is easy to get to and there are some really good restaurants a short drive away. Head to the northeast and there are pizza places everywhere. Right to the south are great Mexican places, including a mariscos joint right across the street. The only thing that sucked was when loud music played from the bar on the back porch of the bar in the parking lot. It quieted down at ten, though. Overall,the people working were all nice, the breakfast was fine, and the room was comfy, with a really nice shower.

Staff was great. Good place for a quick one night stay to catch an early flight from Midway. Property is next to a club that had a loud DJ. Fortunately we stayed on opposite side of the building.

It was clean and the staff were polite. But the noise and music from a nearby restaurant/bar was too loud and went on throughout the night. It was so loud, we could feel the vibrations in the room. It was not a relaxing experience at all. The man at the desk said that they have complained, but local ordinances allow for this kinc of excessive noise. Having stayed in numerous hotels in my life, I've never been in any that lacked soundproofing to such a degree that this one did.

The Hamptons is next to a club bar that briars music . It was 130 am and I funky had enough, I called the front dest asked when what’s the deal with the music that it seems there’s a club in my room and the front desk informed me it common and coming from the bar next door. Also I was told breakfast is 6-10 . I woke up and went to get breakfast at 930 and they were out of the omleta , potato, sausage and was told they were not making anymore . Breakfast was the reason we booked with Hamptons and it was disappointing

Hotel is very new and clean.The room was perfect.The breakfast selection was limited and a bit concerning - the yogurt was warm. I don't think it would cost very much to put a mini fridge in to keep things like yogurt cold.

Checking in was smooth and easy. Our room was large and smelled clean. Room looked brand new. It was quite the first night. In the morning at 9am we went down to breakfast. They had cheese omelettes, sausage and breakfast potatoes. As well as two waffle irons to make mini Belgian waffles. Second night a bunch of kids checked in for some soccer / hockey event. They were teenagers but acted like toddlers in the hallways. Running and screaming. Loud music was playing in the room next to us but they had enough courtesy to turn it off by 11pm. Second moring we went down same time. 9 am. No sausage, no potatoes and no waffles. Only thing hot were western omelettes ( yuck ). No cleaning service so had to ask for extra towels at the front desk. Our room phone wouldn’t call the front desk. I asked for a couple extra pillows and was told they were out. Didn’t think we’d ever stay here again. Proximity to what we wanted was too far away.

Tried to use the pool twice, but did not stay because of very unruly and rude children. Apparently a family reunion or something. No parent supervision. Complained, but did not get better. Emptied and locked doors to pool for a short period. Very disappointing. There was two bath towels and one hand towel in our room (for two people). Shouldn’t have to ask for towels when you just arrive. Breakfast was such a disappointment on both days. Arrived about 9:40 with most food gone. Asked for more bacon, etc. and was told “We close at 10:00, so we’re not putting anymore out.” If breakfast is advertised from 6:00-10:00, you should be able to expect to get some food usurping those hours. Overall experience was so disappointing. We travel a lot, and expect more from a Hampton facility. We won’t be using Hampton anymore and will tell friends and associates not to.
