Very nice hotel was free parking and a great complimentary breakfast. Staff was great with everything and the pool was a nice touch. Room was very large and updated and it was very convenient thruway access and Sheetz right there. I would stay again!

The hotel was very clean with a great front desk staff. The lobby area was great for evening get togethers with a nice outdoor patio as well. Will definitely stay again on our next wine trip to Geneva.

Holiday Inn Express is always reliable for comfortable beds and super friendly staff, and this stay was exactly why we like the brand. Melissa at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful. When she heard my room had a clogged sink, she immediately apologized and helped switch me to another room without any hassle. The lady running breakfast was just as lovely—warm, elegant, and even reminded my wife to grab a fresh, delicious muffin to go. But the best (and most unexpected!) surprise at the Holiday Inn Express Madison? Two Tesla chargers right in the parking lot—and charging was FREE. As a Tesla driver, that was such a nice bonus and made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

It's right off the highway and close to alot of wineries in Madison, Ohio. It was very clean. Beds are very comfortable! Has a nice outdoor space with comfortable outdoor furniture and a fire pit! The breakfast was very good! We will stay there again!

Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we had immediately change. I think they need to crack down on the non smoking policy. People clearly smoke in the rooms then it’s covered up by cleaning service heavy cherry like carpet freshener

A wonderful out of the way place that for the most part was very clean, and inviting. Breakfast was great and despite some minor stains on the bottom side of the tub the room and hotel were very clean and maintained. Had a lot of noise from either the room next to us or above us otherwise an overall wonderful night and morning.

Our room is clean and comfortable! The girl that checked us in was very sweet and accommodating. My only issue was there was a few long black hairs on the shower wall before any of us showered. Also the drain was slow in the shower so water would rise over your feet which grosses me out. Otherwise, our stay was great!

We found 2 safety pins in the floor. One I found with my foot the other shortly after by hand. “No smoking facility” well our room smelled of cigars that had been freshly smoked. The pillows smelled of smoke the bathroom toilet didn’t flush and each time you flushed you had to remove the top of the tank and lift the plunger inside and hold it till it refilled. Not a great experience.

I liked everything about the hotel, large room, comfortable bed and great breakfast but at first entering our room there was a strong smell of dog. We turned the fan on strong to get some air movement and it helped a little but every time we reentered the smell was there.

Great stop! Comfy beds & pillows. Lots of decent towels. Staff was wonderful & friendly. Loved that breakfast was included. Close to Hwy 90. Wish there were more nearby restaurants but highly recommend Cornerstone Restaurant!

Everything was great- staff were friendly- hotel was beautiful- breakfast options were plentiful- bed was comfortable———only bad thing is the highway outside was so loud in my room it kept me up all night. I was in a room all the way at the end closest to the highway on the side facing the highway so that probably made it worse- but i absolutely loved this hotel except for the loudness of the outside traffic. It was also raining while I was there so it made the traffic even louder on the road- maybe if it was dry weather it wouldn’t have been as bad. I have to go back to the area in another month and I want to stay again but may request a room on the other side of the hotel.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites was walkable to the local Sheetz gas station for a quick bite. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was pretty good too. I definitely would stay here again.

Literally the quietest room I’ve stayed in, from the air conditioning to the fact that they gave space between rooms when able. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Cute little town with wineries and a brew pub; 40 mins from Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in downtown Cleveland.

Overall its very new hotel with modern interior. Nice looking room, friendly service. However, not all quirks been sorted out. Smoke detector in the rooms flashes very bright light randomly. Its hotel wide problem. If you are light sleeper it will ruin your night sleep. Also restaurants and the bars in Madison are not friendly for outsiders. Stay away from any mom and pop places there. After first night experience in the Pav I had to go to Mentor to grab something to eat. Place needs at least one decent franchise eatery (other the MacDonald's) nearby or bar at the hotel.

My experience was very good! Walking in the hotel was beautiful and had amazing decorations! The only time I questioned service was on Saturday night. There was a man working the front desk and he never greeted us as we came in. Friday evening the young man working was extremely pleasant and that was the best overall experience after driving in horrible weather conditions.

All was excellent. Clean, friendly, full breakfast and all. Except for neither my wife nor I, both in our 70’s, are comfortable reading, watching TV, writing, texting, or eating in bed. But there was only one chair! I requested at the desk for another chair and was refused. Asked again maybe can we have one of the patio chairs, NO. Maybe a conference room chair, NO. So we made the best of it, stayed friendly with the staff, and overall it was okay.

The hotel seemed brand new. They had a LOT of very tasteful Christmas decorations up. We left something and they called us to let us know. Amazing service and a very nice hotel. Also the bed was quite comfy.

This property is the best we've had. We were here to have our truck repaired. We weren't sure it would be ready to check out on time. The desk staff, Erica, was very accommodating. She took all the time we needed to check on rooms if we needed to stay anothrr night. As it turned out, our truck was ready but my husband got sick. Erica accommendated us with no delays or switching rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

The highway exit next to the hotel was closed ( and not in the GPS or Waze)which necessitated a 15 mile loop back. It would have been nice to have been alerted to this when we made the reservation early this morning.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean. Large shower. The only issue was the gentleman operating the breakfast station complained the whole time about how much people ate. There was no bacon when we had breakfast. He told another couple it was because people ate too much so we wasn't putting it out.

From start to finish everything was top notch. Checkin was friendly and effecient, room was large and comfortable and (as advertised) really quiet. Breakfast was one of the best included breakfasts I have had.
