I really loved this hotel. It will be my go from now on. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. The only problem was an out of order elevator that was being repaired when we were there… Really loved our stay there…

The staff was amazing. The property interior was so lovely and it offered so many amenities that we were looking for. I wish the pool was heated and that we had a bathtub, but everything else was really great. It really felt like "home." There were so many cigarette smokers staying there and there should be a designated outdoor smoking area because their smoke was bothering us when we used the outdoor area to hang out, barbeque, etc . . . Otherwise, great place to stay, and we will be staying there again.

Great hotel. Clean and big suite. Housekeeping was rude and not friendly. Had late check out and they still woke us up. That is the only issue and that fact that the ice machine was outside our room.

floors were being done, I almost cracked my behind on floor wax ????? and when rainy out a cover need to be on the patio area so we as guests can go out and enjoy the trip and relaxation .

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. The rooms were great and we had lots of space in the room for our stay. The bathroom was clean. In addition the workout room was above average. Plenty of cardio options, and weight training options. Breakfast was just slightly better than your typical options.

Room was not very clean. Hair on counters. Lots of hair and dirt on sheets. We asked for new sheets and were given a new set right away. My husband and I had to remake the bed. Sheets were very old, super thin. Carpets and window shades were old and frayed in spots. Just old looking and needing an update. All staff were very nice and friendly.

I spent one night at this property. The lobby and check-in staff were quite nice so I had high hopes. My opinion quickly changed on the way to my room as the hallway carpet was stained and littered with debris. My room had an overwhelming musty smell and the carpet was very dirty and stained. I wore socks the entire time I was there and by morning the bottoms were brown. It’s too bad because the room was very well appointed and would have been really comfortable if it didn’t smell and the carpet was clean.

Showed up the first room they put us in had a unbearable smell of pot. They said only one other room was available. Went to that room the sheets were nasty and smelled less of pot. We had 2 nights reserved we only stayed one night because of the smell and conditions. Told the front desk we were checking out early because of the condition of the room and the smell. They told me they couldn't refund my 2nd night because of 3rd parry. I contacted hotels.com they told me they contacted the hotel and they refused to refund the 2nd night. This was a terrible experience with both the hotel and hotels.com. I will never stay at home2 or use hotels.com i lost money because of a hotel that smells like pot and both rooms were filthy. Hotels.com was no help.

The room that was given to me on the first night was terrible. There was apparently water damage in the room and you can see where the water damage was done. Wallpaper and or dry wall was slightly peeling apart and there was black mold on the bottom of the wall around the bottom trim. I asked to be moved to another room the next day because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk pto talk to about it. So I was left sleeping in the room for one night with black mold.

The room was spacious which was nice with our 3 year old, but the room reeked of mildew and actually gave me a migraine headache. When we woke up in the morning, every surface was damp with moisture, including the tile floors, carpeting, and furniture. I would have loved to wash the dishes we used but there was no dish soap to do so with. I will not be staying at another Home2 location.

The people were fantastic however we arrived the sheets on the bed were filthy with something in the middle of the bed and black hair all over the sheets. We tried 4 different times to get king sheets but none could be located as we were given queen everytime, to no fault of the desk attendants. Carpet in the room was also sticky. Bathroom was very clean.

I booked this place for the convenience of a full kitchen. There was no such thing. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, plates, glasses, knives, forks and spoons. That is not a full kitchen. There was NO hot water for showering and also NO golf channel for viewing. I paid for the full kitchen, I should get a REFUND. I can say however, there was ample closet and drawer space for clothing.

I booked the room for $250 for one night which is normally $150 . So i overpaid to atleast get the benefit of kitchen room. Later after the booking i came to know that the cooktop is not present. I reported the same to reception just to get a message that the cook top is portable and provided on request and unfortunately all were allocated to guest. I got a message from the hotel personells that they dont have and i have an option to leave. this thing happened when i checked in at 9:00 PM with family and kids. I had to go out at 10:30 in the night to get food for my kids. That was such a painful experience. I prefer not to choose their service any more.

Nice hotel well located a couple of miles from i95 and next to i26. Rooms are huge with all u need like a full kitchen, living area and separete room with semi suit bathrrom. The size and conveniemce greatly outweights the bit outdated rooms. Breakfast was not that good. Pre cooked sandwiches did not taste good. Coffee and variety was good though. Staff was great at night !

The suite was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator a dishwasher, and a table that seats three. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large, with good water pressure. I've always liked the breakfasts at Home2. There have pre-made little omelettes and egg bowls with bacon and veggies. They always have make your own waffles. Negatives: the window shade in the main room was missing. There was a semi-shear blind, which was insufficient since the room was on the ground floor with people regularly walking from the parking lot to the door by the elevator. The floors were clean, but made a sticky noise as we walked on them.

On arrival, we were suppose to be in 222 & 224 but, they had given away our rooms before we got there. Our rooms were not stocked with any pots, cooking utensils, forks. we only had 2 towel sets per room, the induction stove was not available to be able to cook. There was shampoo, no conditioner, and our shower was a bit dirty. Some of the staff were nice and some looked mad.

Really nice place from the front when you walk in. Friendly staff. I had let them know our ac unit was leaking all over the floor 3 times and no one seemed to care too much. Maintenance never came. We were at the first door first floor when you walk in and cleaning staff had very loud conversations. We never once got our door knocked on for cleaning but had someone walk in randomly at 12 PM without knocking. Door latch was non existing and shampoo bottles were unglued from the wall sitting on the floor. No sheets for couch bed or blankets. Just not at all what we expected. The entire grounds in the back side was FULL of trash everywhere. Breakfast ended what seemed to be 9 am instead of 10…WiFi was awful. Dishwasher has mold in it. I hate to be this picky but it was one thing after another. 2/3 stars out of 5. Pros-beds were comfy. Fridge worked well.

I booked the trip for my sister for her birthday. Upon arrival I was greeted by the most amazing front desk clerk. I did make a mistake with the reservation but she was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to check in. I believe her name was Shalonda. If it’s not I apologize. But she is what the world needs more of. Her customer service was A1! I appreciate her willingness to help!

I arrived, checked in and upon entering my room with the key i was just given, i found someone else already there!! Staff gave me a key to an occupied room! I then waiting over 45 minutes for another room and it smelled like a sour rug. The tub had black mold and the bathroom sink was clogged. Not to mention that i paid a month in advance for a king bed suite but now had a double beds suite. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. And i didn't feel safe considering the staff allowing access to occupied rooms previously. I brought this up to a manager and not so much as an apology for anything! Never again

Great hotel. Everything seems to be brand new. We enjoyed the amount of space in the room and the full size refrigerator. The breakfast was very good and had hot items to eat. The location is a little out-of-the-way for visiting Charleston downtown.

This hotel was a nice place to stay. The only issue I had was there was a weird smell in the room and the room that I was in was close to the interstate so it was hard to sleep with all the noise of the traffic on my next visit now to ask for a room, not that close to the interstate. Maybe on the other side of the hotel, but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at this location because of its proximity to my sisters home and it was her choice.It is not near any dining options. Breakfast was served daily and staff was attentive to requests property clean and basic . One night returning to my room i discovered my room door was left ajar and lights on As a single lady traveler this was unsettling to me. The desk night staff was apologetic and told me to do a belongings inventory and gave me the manager's card to report any missing items. Nothing was missing thank goodness but it made me feel unsafe. I realize it was likely a housekeeping error. It would jave been a courteous gesture to refund me for at least one night of my stay since nothing was missing and i didn't have time to hunt down a manager to express my disappointment i let it go. Other than that incident the property was clean and welcoming. I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of options to walk or take public transit to.

I had suite room very good great room so clean, more roomy include kitchen easy for my kids go get drink or eat. Only thing I don’t like is cafe their breakfast hour is so limit 6-9am. Not many options to get foods like meats, fruits, not friendly cereals for kids, or grits. That why we attend to IHOP for breakfast.

Great stay and beautiful room. I pick hotels according to breakfast. The waffle maker was set at the wrong temperature because my waffle was not done in the inside. Also there was spicy chicken patties for breakfast, no sausage or bacon

My bed was hard the breakfast is horrible they offered no meat mainly turkey or chicken but otherwise that it was a nice space someone put trash in the hallway they never cleaned it up fourth floor
