Really enjoyed the pool, wish it was a little cleaner on the sides where the oil build up is. Check in they were helpful and answered all my questions. I don't like that you don't have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Also beautiful lobby and decor. Love the plant life

This property is our favorite when we travel through Jonesboro. Twice or three times a year. From the free drinks Manager special happy hour to the excellent free breakfast. Is top notch. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Bed is so comfortable for my wife and I we love it. My one and only complaint/suggestion is open the hot tub early in the morning. 10 AM is too late to enjoy it before we get back on the road.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend on our way through from Tennessee to Oklahoma for the holidays. We enjoyed our visit so much that we intend to stay again on our way back home next week. The room was incredibly clean, the entire staff was so friendly and patient with my three kids who had all been cooped up in a car for 8 hours, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We called ahead as we were arriving about an hour and a half earlier than expected for check in, but they were so quick to accommodate us. The pool was clean and the towels provided in the pool area were actually large enough to wrap up in. The hot tub was also a really nice. We unfortunately missed the complimentary reception, but we heard others talking about how good the snacks were. The shower was a little confusing to figure out, but once we did, it was quite enjoyable. We will definitely be visiting this hotel when we make trips through Jonesboro.

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, great amenities. Food is outstanding! Kids love this breakfast-so many choices! Pool & hot tub nice and roomy indoors, salt water, so no overwhelming chlorine smell.

Embassy suites is definitely my go to hotel when staying in Jonesboro. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel. This was a great stay except no working ice machine on several floors and one of the elevators are down so it made getting to the rooms s little slow. Other than that another great stay!

The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour in the evening as well as the hot tub and pool area. It was nice having a restaurant connected to the hotel so we didn't have to drive anywhere after getting settled in.

Great staff. We stay there alot. Convenient, nice breakfast, nice bar area, adjoins a nice restaurant. All good. The downside is the common areas are typically dirty. It is almost as if they have taken the approach to save money on the house staff and not keep things clean. Halls, floors, elevators, floors. Typically dirty. Carpet is getting noticeabley old and dirty.

Upon initial entry property seems pretty impressive. It’s the dirty little missed details like the filthy hallway carpets and the dirt/scumb buildup around the bathroom faucets that kinda put you off. Otherwise great stay.

It was a great stay and nice to have an adjacent restaurant. The patios both were dirty full of empty beer cans put by the pool fire pit and tons of pizza boxes, the restaurant patio fire pit wasn’t lit and roaches everywhere, but other than that, everything was great.

Staff was friendly. Lobby looks great for first impressions. Cleanliness of the room was lacking. Counters weren't clean, trash from previous guests was left full in the trash can. Previous guest items (a bag) was left in the room as well. Carpet was not vacuumed. They changed the sheets and made the bed.

I paid $300 for my room and upon entering the floors were dirty, there were hairs all over the floor and in the shower. There was pink shower scum buildup all along the bottom of the shower with more hairs. There was not 1 but 2 bitten off fingernails in the floor, a broken up chocolate bar under the bed and the bed sheets were stained with big blotches of orange/ red. The staff did immediately get up a new room when I reported this. The new room also had pink shower scum and multiple hairs here and there but over all was much cleaner.

Great place to stay! A little higher cost but I feel the value was good. Our suite room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust vent. Having the restaurant and bar on site was perfect for our New Year’s Eve stay. The free drinks were very appreciated. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and good food. We only stayed for a short overnight on our way driving from Texas to Illinois but this would be a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

I was there for a Arkansas State football game. For me this is a great hotel 5 minute walk to stadium..comfortable bed..overall a very nice room. Restaurant attached to hotel was very good..hotel bar was nice but did close a little earlier than I'm use to. Only I sleep better in a cold room..room didn't get as cold as I hoped. If I ever come back to Jonesboro, you can bet this is where I'll stay.

I'm so impressed with how friendly, honest, & helpful this hotel was. The minute I walked in to check in my family of 5, I was greeted with a smile. She even offered me a couple bottles of water. The room was very clean and very updated. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the lady that made me an omelette was so nice and the food was really good. We were about an hour down the road when my elderly dad realized that he had forgotten his money clip in the room! The front desk lady that answered the phone, (bonus points that a human answered immediately!!), was as anxious to help us find it as we were. Within minutes she had someone from housekeeping in the room and confirming that it indeed was still there. They immediately turned it in (cash still included) to the front desk and sent me an email on how to have it mailed back to us! The money clip is very sentimental to my dad, and we greatly appreciate the urgency and honesty of this hotel. Top notch customer service for sure!! Would 100% recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone staying in the area.

We called several times around 7 to say that we were having transportation issues but that we would be there that night although it would be well after midnight. Each time I called, I was on hold for over 5 minutes. I have no idea what they could have been doing for that long of an amount of time . We arrive at the hotel at 3am for them to tell us they are running a night audit and it would be 45 mins before we could check in. We were exhausted from travel but had a friend already checked in so went to their room. After the 45 mins my husband went down to ask when we could get our rooms and they told us it would be another 45 mins. Obviously we were upset by this so my husband starts calling Expedia and embassy to complain. The people at the front desk told him to go away or they would call the police for harassment. My husband is VERY mild mannered and holds a very good job. I can assure you he wasn’t harassing anyone and this was incredibly insulting We then decided that this hotel was a wreck and didn’t know if we would have a room if we stayed the additional 45 minutes so we called another hotel and got rooms. When we came down the entire lobby smelled like marijuana (especially near the front desk. There were 4 people standing) there looking at us but couldn’t assist us with anything. I would highly suggest you drug test your employees and offer an apology to your high end customers who were insulted beyond belief.

Beautiful facility with such potential, which made these issues stand out even more. We had 6 guest including myself staying in a suite that sleeps 6. On the first night, we only had two towels. Didn't realize it until they were both already used. No biggy. Went to get more from the lobby, they said they'd bring them. Nope! My husband skipped his shower after my daughters and I all shared the two towels. Gross! I spoke with whatever AI system automatically reaches out to see how your stay is going. The robot (or maybe it was a person by the end of the chat) assured me 6 towels would be brought to our room. Instead, they brought 2. So down to the lobby we went, where we were provided with 2 towels. So that's now 4 clean towels for 6 people. But she was nice enough to offer two hand towels as substitute bath towels. Just disappointing for the caliber of hotel this is. Breakfast was the same way. Such amazing potential, but the service was rough. Except the lady making the omelets! She was delightful. But the ladies working to keep the line filled have no business serving people. Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30, we showed up at 9 and they had stopped putting some of the food out. The second day, they were pulling the curtains on the serving area at 9:15. Too bad if you wanted some more coffee, you were faces with annoyed employees that reluctantly allowed you to pass through. We felt more like beggers rather than guests. Such a shame!

We arrived around 930 pm with 3 very tired crabby kids from a long drive in the car. There was noone at the frount dedk to check us in. I waited for 15 minutes and finally called to see if anyone would answer. A girl came over from the coffee shop to answer phone. Extremely frustrating that she would come to answer phone but couldn't acknowledge us standing there waiting to check in. All she had to do was say i will be right with you. Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds was comfortable and my kids absolutely loved the breakfast. Next time im in Jonesboro we will stay again.

Quite possibly the worst Hilton Hotel. No room make up unless apparently you request it which you’re not told to do when checking in. When I requested clean towels I was told the rooms are only serviced every 5 days, unless specifically requested. I never received the towels which were supposed to take 20 minutes. I’d rather have saved the money and slept in my car!

Booked through Expedia for 2 rooms x1 night. The hotel only gave me one room instead of honoring the already pre-paid 2 rooms (which was clear from my email) and shown on my credit card. They gave me an email to send my info to & in the meantime gave me 2 free appetizer vouchers for dinner & when I went to use the vouchers that night (only night I was there) the restaurant only allowed me to use one. Customer service is terrible. I had to sleep in the couch & the extra linens given were put in the plastic bag still damp, so I did not use them. Terrible experience

Room was clean and cozy. Staff was great!! Breakfast was just ok. We have stayed here multiple times and breakfast was always so good. Saturday morning Breakfast had no meat! So they brought out a casserole that was horrible. The biscuits and gravy had to much pepper in it. Sunday morning theh had bacon and sausage and again breakfast was just ok. The bacon was great but everything else not so much. Beds are supper comfy and its a great place to stay.

Check in was nice but things went downhill from there. Room was not as expected (they later told me I reserved a "Studio" rather than a Suite. I didnt know there was a "Studio" option so that was my mistake. Its a much smaller space.) The service at the attached restaurant (Houlihans) was awful. (1.5 hours wait from seating to food delivery, wrong salad dressing served, food was not hot and they overcharged us on 2 items. The waiter did correct the ticket when we pointed it out) hotel hot tub was "out of order", you could get in the warm water but, no bubbles. Breakfast was okay, not great. Staff did ask for feedback during the evening and quickly replied to my observations but there was really nothing for them to do at that point. Although I didnt ask, they did offer consideration of adding points to my Hilton Honors account. (I havent checked on that yet.) After staying at many Embassy Suites, in several states, over several years, this was definitely NOT the Embassy Suites experience we were expecting.
