Staff when checking in were efficient and friendly. The room was lovely, clean, nice layout, modern. The £15 for paling is excessive in my opinion, I’ve paid less for overnight parking at a hotel in Glasgow also close to a performance venue.

Second stay in this property.. nice clean hotel. Only thing that concerns me was that we checked in at 3pm but had intended to go into the city for a couple of hours.. I had to pay £15 for parking but had no giarantee that I would get a parking space when we returned to the hotel.. if the person checking names coming into the carpark was to make sure that people had parked sensibly and not leaving almost a carat width between them, then more people would be able to make use of the parking

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern, comfy bed Only problem is the vehicle charger. No notice to say it is free to charge! I spend 20 mi utes downloading app and putting 20£ on to realise I’ve wasted 20£ and it’s free. Not great this should be clear to xustomers

Great time, not sure why a hotel at an airport that isn't suepr full is charging £15 per night for a mostly empty car park but other than thay it was great. Blackout curtains and noise proof. Near plenty of pubs and food options. Great price

This is a lovely looking hotel, the lobby is modern and very cool! The staff were welcoming and so helpful and on entering the room I was impressed with the modern and unique feel. The absolute best thing was the fact there was a mini fridge, amazing! The room was let down by a couple of things though. One was that the bin hadn't been emptied and it had a rotten banana at the bottom of it that was liquifying. Another point was the bathroom shelf was thick with dust and hadn't been cleaned in some time. In the grand scheme of things, just minor mistakes, but with a bit more care this hotel could be absolutely great!

We stayed there as going to see Peter Kay at the P&J Live. Chose here as so close to venue. The hotel is lovely, clean, friendly and comfortable. Food was good. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the room. It was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and a small fridge which was really handy. I really liked the design of the rooms- a sliding door cordoned off the toilet and shower leaving the sink and dressing area free to use. I’ll definitely use this hotel again when I’m back in Aberdeen👍

I have stayed here a few times now and I have always enjoyed it. I always book into aloft when I can because of its modern amenities and I love the set up of the rooms and the large beds. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Aberdeen. The staff are always really nice and helpful and I havent had any issues at all.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son needed a pass printed off for a swimming gala he was attending - the staff printed it off for him within minutes. Thank you. This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we visit Aberdeen. The rooms are so well designed - I particularly like the sink and dressing area being part of the main room with only the toilet and shower behind the bathroom door. There’s also a fridge, the beds are super comfy and I love the full length windows. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future👍

Hotel in a great location for concerts. Rooms comfortable but very hot and stuffy no windows to open and air conditioning very noisy. Breakfast was awful .. everything was cold from the hot selection even the coffee was cold .

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect and staff where helpful. However it is a cashless place with no option if you have cash which is how prefer to use as cash in the hand it doesn't suffer from faulty payment machines, cliches on bank cards , etc . I was lucky I had an emergency card otherwise I wouldn't be eating. I won't be back

Lovely staff, lovely room and food was good but not brilliant. I had said that I would pay at hotel, when I got there they said the room was paid for but I had to pay for parking which I did. I checked my bank account just before we left and couldn’t see payment for the room , so when we left I asked at reception if they had payment. They said that it would be taken off the card that I had used to book which was also the one I used for the parking. Later that day I got an email to say that my room hadn’t been paid for I phoned them and was told that there was problem with their system and from what I could gather this had happened before. If that is the case then they really ought to get their systems sorted

As always a warm welcome on arrival. There was an online system error on my arrival. Reception staff and managers handled the system very calm under pressure, checked us in asap and were very professional under pressure. Special thanks to John for helping with a delivery of some work equipment. Thank you.

Nice room, very comfortable beds and the shower was wonderful. Considered staying an extra night it was such a nice place. Restaurant food was mediocre at best but live entertainment was great while enjoying a beverage from the bar. Breakfast was good with many slelectiona.
