Showers not working and the landlord claims they were working before we arrived. Poor customer service. Pool not ready. The cleaning and repair staff speak neither English nor French...it's hard to explain our situation to them.

We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl in Florida. The kitchen was well stocked. There was ample storage space. It was on a nice, quiet street with easy access to the city. The pool made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Instructions for checkin were not clear or well explained. Pool was very dirty when arrived - day 4 it got cleaned. Grill had no propane and when did get some the grill would not light. Property manager was not nice at all or very friendly AFTER of course they got our money. The house inside was very clean. Each room did have TVs, but not all worked as intended - one had no volume.

Great location and pool was large enough for our group. Rooms were nice. Some kitchen items need repair or replacement and some maintenance around the pool is needed. We would consider staying here again if these things are taken care of in advance.

Kids loved the pool…but, we did have to call for the pool people to come clean for us! So, we didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would of liked too! I can say they did come out to clean within a couple of hours. We would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was huge and heated as requested. The driveway fit our 2 vehicles and boat! The yard was nicely landscaped and fenced for our dog. Only complaints the fire pit did not work, it was rusted out, the pillows on the beds were flat and less than desirable but overall the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had appropriate appliances and items needed to make several meals in the house. Check in was very easy. We did notice some issues with nearby residents and the cops being called twice, the neighborhood was definitely older and more run down than I was expecting! We had to make sure we removed everything from the boat every night and ensure everything was locked up because we didn’t feel as safe as we do at home, meaning I didn’t allow my teenagers to walk our dog alone. The beach was less than 15min away and overall location was convenient, there was a shooting at the beach while we were there, lending again to feeling of being slightly unsafe in the area. I would recommend this rental based on the comforts of the home and the awesome pool.

The house was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped with all the things we needed to make meals. The pool was wonderful and the house had a nice BBQ and fire pit area. The bathrooms were located in two of the bedrooms so it was a little inconvenient to access if someone was sleeping in that room. Overall lovely home for the cost.

Property was just as described in listing. More than enough room for our family and in a good central area. Not close enough to walk to a beach but for the price you can not beat it in this area. The management for this property does well... everything was clean and orderly, the pool cleaner was there like clockwork, someone even came by to make sure the trash cans were at the curb when they needed to be and put back the next day

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat guests. We come for the sparkling 35 ft pool, comfy beds and unfussy/low maintenance. Val and the management office is responsive, the pool and appliance maintenance staff are all diligent and truly nice people who want you to have the best experience possible. Three bedrooms, plus a daybed “swing space” in a separate area off the living room with sliding louver doors. One bathroom is en suite, the other is off that last room/area. The neighbors are quiet and the location is 10 minutes walk drive or bike from everything; Pompano Park, gym, beach, hOMe yoga, movies and 2 supermarkets. Could use new couches.

Very nice home and outstanding pool and outside space. The owner, Val, was very quick to respond to questions and we enjoyed our vacation there. The home would be better if one of the bathrooms could be entered from the hall, but we needed all 4 bedrooms to sleep in and so the kids in the smallest bedroom were woken up by someone using the bathroom there. The stove and ice maker worked, but may be needing replacement as they had problems. The home could be 5 stars overall if the bathroom door could be changed to the hallway and repair or replace the stove and ice maker in the freezer.
Very nice home and outstanding pool and outside space. The owner, Val, was very quick to respond to questions and we enjoyed our vacation there. The home would be better if one of the bathrooms could be entered from the hall, but we needed all 4 bedrooms to sleep in and so the kids in the smallest bedroom were woken up by someone using the bathroom there. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside the home clean as always with ValGalCouch could use replacing no support been around a while.Shower water never got very hotFridge ice maker not working Outside in desperate need of landscaping and TLCBbq fire pit area very run down and extremely uninviting the BBQ was so old and broken downPool temp never rose above 77 only one jet and hardly ever on.As always great service from Vernoika and Chris. My recommendation would be for ValGal to hold the owners of this property more accountable. Do spot checks and see if up to standards. The property has potential but needs attention.Still love ValGal and will look forward to our next rental at another property.

Showers not working and the landlord claims they were working before we arrived. Poor customer service. Pool not ready. The cleaning and repair staff speak neither English nor French...it's hard to explain our situation to them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat guests. We come for the sparkling 35 ft pool, comfy beds and unfussy/low maintenance. Val and the management office is responsive, the pool and appliance maintenance staff are all diligent and truly nice people who want you to have the best experience possible. Three bedrooms, plus a daybed “swing space” in a separate area off the living room with sliding louver doors. One bathroom is en suite, the other is off that last room/area. The neighbors are quiet and the location is 10 minutes walk drive or bike from everything; Pompano Park, gym, beach, hOMe yoga, movies and 2 supermarkets. Could use new couches.

There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a problem but if there had been more people, that would have been a major inconvenience. Should be a jack and Jill bath for the other 2 bedrooms. Great location! Close to everything . Pool was huge and well taken care of. There was an extra charge that no one ever explained to me after several requests.

Property was just as described in listing. More than enough room for our family and in a good central area. Not close enough to walk to a beach but for the price you can not beat it in this area. The management for this property does well... everything was clean and orderly, the pool cleaner was there like clockwork, someone even came by to make sure the trash cans were at the curb when they needed to be and put back the next day

I wouldn’t recommend this property management company. As soon as we booked this Vrbo I had asked if it would at all be possible to do an early check. I emailed, and texted. After the next day not hearing back from anyone I called the phone number given and was told to call back again the next day. Once check in day I finally got a hold of them and they had said as of 1 pm we could not get in early but they would call as soon as the house was ready. They never called us. After checking in I received an email stating maintenance would come the following day to stow away outdoor furniture due to hurricane Milton effects. Unannounced they showed up that night at 8 pm and my husband and I panicked not knowing who was approaching the house so late at night. I had called the next day to express a phone call would have been nice to give us a heads up because we also had our pets with us. Not only did they say they already emailed me. Which they did but said they would be coming the next day. The woman also said they would not be coming back during our stay. Today as my husband and I were sitting by the pool with our dogs the guy came back unannounced didn’t knock or say hello or anything to give us a warning he was coming into the gate. I then called Val gal back very upset and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct the situation All together the professionalism was not at all there. I do not recommend dealing with this company whatsoever. Especially if you have pets staying

Instructions for checkin were not clear or well explained. Pool was very dirty when arrived - day 4 it got cleaned. Grill had no propane and when did get some the grill would not light. Property manager was not nice at all or very friendly AFTER of course they got our money. The house inside was very clean. Each room did have TVs, but not all worked as intended - one had no volume.

We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl in Florida. The kitchen was well stocked. There was ample storage space. It was on a nice, quiet street with easy access to the city. The pool made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you.

Huge heated pool, our 4 grandsons (ages 2-9) had the best time in it! Good location, small but very nice interior. Would definitely consider renting again.

Great location and pool was large enough for our group. Rooms were nice. Some kitchen items need repair or replacement and some maintenance around the pool is needed. We would consider staying here again if these things are taken care of in advance.

The house was clean & the pool area was beautiful. The outside loungers could use to be replaced. The location was close to everything. The main bathroom is placed in the 4 th bedroom, which is not real convenient. The property management team was really responsive.
