Easy and flexible check-in and check-out process. Family tent was perfect space to fit my family with 2 teenager and a baby. The host prepared our tent with AC on before we check-in to ensure we're comfortable and even prepared an extra single layout bed for us which we used it as a relaxing bed couch to watch TV. Bathroom is new with lux towels and extra towels provided. Sharen is an amazing host.

The restaurant food was horrid. First it come out cold in centre and then was overcooked and dry on second attempt. Was obvious it was precooked, microwaved then grilled or oven heated. Staff were nice but it wasnt busy and they took their time serving. Hate to think how it would be if busy. The fridge froze all our food so we had to throw it out. Then when i turned it down it didnt freeze anything in the freezer. Was in desperate need to a defrost so not sure if this was the issue or the fridge needs replacing. The accomation staff were awesome, very polite and helpful. The water pressure was a dream! Having to drag the outdoor chairs inside so we could sit was doable but it would be so much better to have chairs in the test to sit on.

Great amenities for children. We had a swim each afternoon after return from the zoo. Rooms were clean and the glamping was an excellent choice compared to normal motels. Sadly outside school holidays there was no dining room.
