El hotel pone que tiene servicio de ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto pero no es así únicamente realiza el trayecto del hotel al aeropuerto. La piscina y el spa es de pago a parte, algo lógico pero que tampoco específica. Por lo demás el hotel esta bastante bien. Se trata de un edificio clásico diferente a los demás edificios modernos de la zona, compartido entre varios hoteles. Con una habitación bastante amplia, con televisión por cable, con cama grande y cómoda, baño y cocina, esta última un poco descuidada.

Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.Aracımızı vale aldı.Odamız geniş ve temizdi.Sabiha gökçen hava limanına çok yakın.Spor salonu ücretsiz ve faydalandık.Kahvaltısı açık büfe kahvaltı ve güzeldi.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Staff were nice and friendly, the room was very big and comfortable. On the website, it said it does have free shuttle ride to and from the airport, but that was not true. The place is only five minutes cab ride away from the airport, but I spent 30 minutes looking for the shuttle at the airport, when I got to the hotel I was told that I will get free ride back to the airport in the morning but that was not true, either.

Frühstück,Spa,Pool etc ist alles nicht im Preis mitinbegriffen. Eher abgelegen (dafür nah am Flughafen) Anmeldung sehr kaotisch da es anscheinend mehrere Hotels sind. Security unzuverlässig .Fragt ob man dort was gebucht lässt aber jeden rein ohne iwelche Kontrolle

I choose this hotel as i was travelling on my owm for the first time and they offered free shuttle service, after messaging many times to tell them my flight timing they never got back to me so i contacted expedia and finally they communicated with me and told me its only one way droppings they offer, after so much argument they offered picking up too which never happened. The taxi driver harrassed me took £20 plus 200TL when i expalined the situation to recipient they were not interested. Property wasnt too bad but they need to offer cleaning.

Literally EVERYTHING was a lie. No shuttle as advertised (which was massively inconvenient!) no pool as advertised, no breakfast on site as advertised and just a mini fridge (though it is advertised it will have a full size in each room) no microwave, old water left in tea kettle, no night stands, counter in the bathroom and the bathroom floor not clean, mold spots on walls, no coat or towel hooks, no one came to clean room, annoying bright blue light in bedroom that disrupts sleep, right underneath a smoking room with a dog that barked all night! I had to track down rude staff to get more toilet paper! They were so stingy with the coffee and tea packets! The toilet broke, shower needs repairs and the power went out twice! Literally only two staff members who were pleasant and that’s the only reason for the two stars. Muhammad was very very accommodating and pleasant, he deserves a raise because he was very attentive, nice, polite, helpful and respectful when everyone else was rude, unhelpful and dismissive except a very kind gentleman who helped me order food in the restaurant. I wish I caught his name

The only reason I booked it, It said in the description that there is an airport transfer. Absolutely lie! No transportation is provided,I had to pay for the taxi after I made the reservation and called there to request a transfer. And it is too far away as well from IST airport. Get ready to pay 2000 TYl one way. Dirty floors. Mold in the bathroom. Hair. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. The blanket is towel thick. I even can not call it a blanket. Just a cotton throw. Also be ready to smell strong smoke air. Crazy experience! Never would recommend!

Ich weis nicht wo ich anfangen soll um ehrlich zu sein! Ich habe noch nie so ein dreckiges und ekeliges Hotel gesehen!! Das Zimmer was wir zuerst bekommen haben: ALLES dreckig, Kakerlaken ohne Ende, Bettlaken voll mit Blut und einfach nur mit Tuch zugedeckt damit man es nicht sieht! Überall lagen Haare, Kondom Verpackungen und und und!!! Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen was genau so dreckig war außer dass da keine Kakerlaken waren! Eingangstür war kaputt so dass wir es immer abschließen mussten! Also sehr unsicheres Gefühl gehabt immer wieder! Bad: Handtücher ekelige flecken drauf gehabt! Küchenbereich: war nur am stinken als wäre da eine Ratte tot! Parken: auf der Seite steht kostenlos aber nein pro Tag muss man bezahlen!!! Fitness gegen Gebühr!! Also ich weiß nicht wie dieses *Hotel* so paar positive Bewertungen bekommen konnte!! Wir waren 3 Nächte da und es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt im Zimmer!!! Das alles durften wir mit 2 Babys erleben!!!

Très déçu de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour récupérer les clés. Le couloir était poussiéreux, et une fois dans la chambre, une forte odeur de tabac persistait. Aucun équipement de base : pas de bouilloire, pas de climatisation, pas de téléphone pour contacter la réception. Les draps étaient tachés, le canapé du salon était sale. Le logement ne correspondait pas du tout aux attentes. À éviter.

Von aussen und von innen sieht das Hotel luxuriös aus, zumindest nach dem ersten Eindruck bis einem eine Kakerlake begrüßt. Diese Befanden sich in der Küche und machten diesen Raum unbenutzbar. Zusätzlich war es ein Raucherzimmer, was ansich erstmal nicht so schlimm ist. Jedoch wurde nichts davor unternommen so dass der Geruch in allen Fasern in jedem Zimmer zu riechen war. Mehr als zwei Sterne ist das Hotel nicht Wert.

The level of cleanliness in this hotel was completely unacceptable. In one of the rooms, the fridge did not work at all. In the other room, I found used condoms on the floor, the same dirt from the hallway was also inside the room, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom wall was covered with mold. This reflects a serious neglect of hygiene and basic housekeeping standards. The receptionist was rarely available, which led to long and unnecessary waiting times. Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, from the reception to the spa. The only positive experience was at the restaurant Şenol Kolcuoğlu Kurtköy – the hotel management should take inspiration from their level of service.

Öncelikle odanın kapısının tam kapanmamasi sebebiyle girişte ve çıkışta sorun yaşadık. Daha sonrasında oda içerisinde cam açık olduğu zamanlarda kapıdan bir uğultu sesi geliyordu ve bu çok rahatsızlık veriyordu. Bu nedenle camlar kapalı oturmak zorunda kaldık. Kliması açık olmasına rağmen hiç bir şekilde odaya etki edemiyordu. Duş alanı, yatak odası, ve koltuklar kirliydi. Buzdolabı bozuk ve çalışmıyordu. Banyo için eksikleri söylediğimiz de bir tuvalet kağıdını getirmek tam olarak 4 saat ve 3 telefon gorusmesi sonucunda gerçekleşti. Tek olumlu diyebilecegimiz şey ise televizyonun akıllı televizyon ve odada wifi olmasıydı. Her resepsiyona indigimizde ise personeller yerinde değil ve ilgi konusunda sıkıntılar vardı.
Öncelikle odanın kapısının tam kapanmamasi sebebiyle girişte ve çıkışta sorun yaşadık. The receptionist has been helpful but the hotel room's widow could not close. It was very noisy and the beds weren't great so we were also cold during the night. Inside some things also need maintenance like water boiler which was broken and the shower. What was good about this hotel was the location: so near from the airport with many options for food.

Oda genel olarak temizdi, banyoda fıskiyenin yönü değişmiyordu ( devamlı tavan fıskiyesi çalışıyor) ancak bu benim için büyük bir problem değil. Sabiha Gökçen civarında işiniz varsa güzel bir konumda. Yatak başlığı sabit değildi sadece o rahatsız etti.

We had a pleasant stay at My Palace Airport. The rooms were clean the jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the location near the airport was very convenient. The staff were friendly, solution oriented, and could communicate in English and Arabic, which made everything easy. Overall, great value for money and a good place to stay.

Hello everyone, They can’t speak English in my arrival, I ask about alarm nobody wake up me, I ask about wifi no one help me. The room was clean according the price, but the service was not good even I ask about shuttles which was free, they are waiting that I have to pay. Then I asked that I don’t want to pay finally the receptionist pay me 20tl. I am surprised that a country every month more then thousands of tourist visiting that country but still no one speak English at the hotel. Not only here even in other hotels and airports. Otelin fiyatı gayet uygun, odalar oldukça genişti. Görevli arkadaşlar da ilgiliydiler. Oda da klima çalışmıyordu ama hemen portatif klima getirdiler. Literally EVERYTHING was a lie. No shuttle as advertised (which was massively inconvenient!) no pool as advertised, no breakfast on site as advertised and just a mini fridge (though it is advertised it will have a full size in each room) no microwave, old water left in tea kettle, no night stands, counter in the bathroom and the bathroom floor not clean, mold spots on walls, no coat or towel hooks, no one came to clean room, annoying bright blue light in bedroom that disrupts sleep, right underneath a smoking room with a dog that barked all night! I had to track down rude staff to get more toilet paper! They were so stingy with the coffee and tea packets! The toilet broke, shower needs repairs and the power went out twice! Literally only two staff members who were pleasant and that’s the only reason for the two stars. Muhammad was very very accommodating and pleasant, he deserves a raise because he was very attentive, nice, polite, helpful and respectful when everyone else was rude, unhelpful and dismissive except a very kind gentleman who helped me order food in the restaurant. I wish I caught his name

Einrichtung war schön aber wir dachten haben ein Safe im Zimmer. Man hätte mit uns auch netterweise ein Rundgang machen können im Hotel oder wenigstens ein Info Blatt geben wo sich was befindet. Die Bar was im Internet stand gab es anscheinend auch nicht und für Pool muss man nochmal extra zahlen was sich nicht mal gelohnt hat sah aus wie ein e Abstellkammer. Nach 10 min Sauna wurden wir rausgeschmissen weil ein anderer rein wollte der hätte auch warten können.

Overall awful experience, don't recommend
