Das Hotel liegt direkt am Marktplatz und ist ein wirklich nettes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern und modernem Interieur. Der Schreibtisch eignet sich gut zum arbeiten und die Matratzen waren in meinem Zimmer ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. 2 Kleinigkeiten die mir nicht so gu gefallen haben, das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr schöne Bar, leider war die bei unserem Aufenthalt geschlossen. Das war für uns durchaus schade. Weiterer Punkt ist das Parken. Wir sind an einem Dienstag um 15:00 Uhr angereist und am Mittwoch um 9:00 Uhr abgereist. Mussten aber 2 Tage und damit über 40 Euro zahlen. Das ist dann schon dreist. Da kann das Hotel vielleicht nicht für, aber es gehört halt zur Reise.

This hotel is centrally located near the market, loads of restaurants and attractions nearby. Rooms were spacious and it was spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed it. Just to note that the bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays, not an issue for us but may be a consideration.

Excellent location in the market square, close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The hotel bar never seemed to be open and was unable to use welcome drinks voucher. Saturday night it was supposed to open till midnight, we went at 11pm and it was closed. Coffee and milk in the room was not replaced. The bed creaked every time you moved which kept me awake - Overall not bad but could make some small improvements which would make a big difference.

Good location on market square. Booked over another hotel based on reading restaurant and bar but there was only breakfast restaurant available which was disappointing . Booked deluxe room and was very spacious and luckily was ready when we arrived early . Reception staff all polite and had good English. Would stay again especially for Christmas markets as perfect location.

Great location which is easy to get to from the airport on the 106 bus. Spotlessly clean rooms, huge ceilings that make the rooms feel bigger, great shower with quality shower gel and handwash. Aircon that worked well which was good as a lot of hotels don't have working aircon unless it's in the summer months. Good breakfast choices though the hot food wasn't hot, just lukewarm. Received voucher for welcome drink, though didn't use it as ordered before we checked what was on the list of free drinks. Staff that we met were all so helpful, had email from the hotel before our stay to check details with us. If we returned to Wroclaw we'd definitely 100% stay here again.

Hotel is in an excellent location, 1st room (courtyard) was lovely big, but noisy from the ventilation so asked to be changed rooms. 2nd room offered smelt of dog and bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in there. It was very marked curtains dirty and what looked like big dog paws marks on the wall. Asked to be changed again and the receptionist didn’t seem too happy and told me only level 2 was available. 3rd room was fine apart from a strong smell of drainage in the bathroom. Hotel looks lovely from the outside but disappointing when seeing the rooms. Receptionists could be a little more happier and make you feel more welcome. A human touch goes a long way. Would I stay here again or recommend to friends and family most likely not.

Wonderful hotel, in the perfect location just off the main square. The hotel was spotless, very clean. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. Wroclaw is a beautiful city, and this hotel was perfect.

Ein insgesamt auf den ersten Blick sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage ist ideal um die gesamte Stadt zu Fuß erkunden zu können. Leider war es nachts durch ein paar rücksichtslose nachtaktive recht laut. Das Zimmer selbst ist modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, im Badezimmer hatten wir während des gesamten Aufenthaltes einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Leider konnte das Frühstück ebenfalls nicht punkten, gerade zum Ende der Frühstückszeit war die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt.

Room was clean but bathroom toilet needed cleaning upon check in. Staff handled that efficiently. Location was excellent, but hotel way overpriced. I understand the Christmas market makes things pricier, but jacking up the price by a factor of 4 is excessive. Room was reasonably comfortable.

Perfekt beliggenhet i sentrum. Stilrent og pent hotell, men et veldig stort minus for dette hotellet var helt forferdelige senger. Sengen var steinhard og knirket ved den minste bevegelse. Spurte om å få bytte rom grunnet dette- men i følge hotellet var alle sengene like.

The staff were very good and a positive for the hotel and responded to all requests. However, the hotel was not sound proofed and the noise from outside kept us awake, which was a shame. There was no other room available without paying an upgrade even though the hotel room was supposed to be soundproofed. We requested extra quilts but this could not be provided because housekeeping was off site we were eventually given a sheet not the requested quilt next day which was then removed by room service the next day.

Okay, let's talk about this hotel. This was my 4th time in Wrocław and I always like to stay in a central location. I booked the Korona Hotel as it is located in the centre of Rynek. I had the most incredible room on floor 2. The room was huge, spacious, large bathroom, really comfy bed along with a large TV and the usual tea and coffee making facilities. What took me by surprise the most was the three HUGE windows which could be opened fully, perfect for the warm Polish summer air, overlooking the Rynek and Ratusz. Although quite noisy at night due to the location, once the windows were closed it made for a perfect night's sleep. Special mention to all of the hotel team who were all friendly and welcoming. This is a 3 star hotel and there was some reviews on here that reflect that, be your own judge, I typically got for 4/5 star hotels but I will now stay in this hotel everytime I visit Wrocław.

Fint og rent hotell med sentral beliggenhet. To av tre i reisefølge synes sengene var for harde. Veldig irriterende at air condition anlegget er stilt inn til å skru seg av midt på natten rundt fire tiden, slik at man våkner fordi det er varmt og man må skru på igjen air conditionen. Dette skjedde i begge rommene. Kjedelig når det først og fremst er på natten man bruker rommet og ønsker å sove.

I always like staying in and around the old town square when i am traveling in Europe, and this hotel is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the dining and sightseeing options within the old town square. The room was spacious, big comfortable bed and room enough for a smaller sitting area. The hotel provided breakfast was wonderful, and provided a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit both children and adults

Très bon emplacement et très bel établissement. Il est en revanche regrettable que le personnel ne soit pas plus flexible pour le rangement/nettoyage de la chambre. A deux reprises, j'étais dans la chambre lors du passage et les femmes de ménage ne sont pas intervenues et (surtout) n'ont pas prévu de passer à un autre instant. Rien à redire sinon sur le confort de la chambre

This hotel is at an excellent location in the Old Market area, and the room we had for one night was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent too, hearty and tasty. And what really made it great was the service! Because of mechanical problems my train was delayed for 11 hours. Rather than leave my friend in the lobby, the lady at the front desk let him stay in the room I rented. And when I arrived at 2 AM she was downstairs and ready to check me in! What could have been a terrible night turned into an excellent welcome with terrific customer care. I would recommend this hotel every day.

I spent three nights and I enjoyed it very much. The location cannot be better. It’s around the corner from the old city hall, and Maria Magdalene church where you can climb on top of the Tower, a short walk to Wroclaw University, Ostrów Tumski. Main train station is also an easy 15-20 minutes walk. View from the hotel is nice.

Solides 4-Sterne-Hotel im Zentrum von Breslau. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet mit schönen und geräumigen, sowie sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück bot eine reihhaltige Auswahl und gute Qualität. Einziger Kritikpunkt zum Frühstück: die warmen Speisen hätten wärmer sein können. Alles in allem eine gute Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip.
