The pool is very small. OK for young children or a quick dip to cool off but no actually swim. There is a pagoda covering it so very little sun until later afternoon. Picture is before the Pagoda and misleading. Right adjacent to parking lot so no privacy. Room is very small for 2 needs but functional. Little room for luggage. We did have a small frig and microwave. No coffee pot but coffee in office. No one spoke English used translator app. Staff nice and friendly. Controls for Tv and AC were confusing and a little glitchy. Very close to airport.

Everything you need close to airport. Cactus Inn is also owned by Cactus Car Rental. They offer free shuttles from car rental to inn and inn to airport. Rooms were clean. Free water/juices/sodas at the reception.

This was a little place close to the airport that was very well kept. We had the pool to ourselves. A great " lets find a place close to the airport for our last night." They had a free shuttle. You could tell the pride the staff took in the place.

It was fine? But for the price, not good. It’s conveniently close to the airport, so that’s a bonus. The room wasn’t very clean, with a lot of mystery stains. Some outlets didn’t work, the inside of the fridge was dirty, there’s a coffee maker in the room but no mugs, just some odd things like that. The best part of it was breakfast - Monica made me the most perfect plate and was so lovely, it was the best part of the stay. Also note, there is no ATM anywhere nearby (closest is the airport) and a lot of places only take cash, so come prepared. Also restaurants in the area do not serve alcohol - we tried a few (not a dealbreaker just something we found interesting). So, I guess it was fine in a pinch but wouldn’t recommend it.

First - pictures of rooms and property did not necessarily match what was available on search sites. Second, and perhaps it was just our room on the other side of the street, but the room was poor. For example, the sheets in one bed were stained and dirty. The staff was just fine and helpful, but I would not recommend this motel based on the room we stayed in.

It was very unprofessional service, trying to charge us more for stay. Then get into room and was infested with roaches. Very noises couldn’t get any rest we needed. Had to share a couch bc we didn’t want to sleep in bed

I stayed here at the start/end of my Baja cycling trip. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Perhaps the only negatives are that dining options are somewhat limited in the area, and I found the room to be quite bright at night with the exterior lights coming through even with the blinds drawn. However those are minor and overall it was a great stay, would recommend it.

On all the sites this hotel is advertised, say they have 24/7 Airport Transfer,, they DO NOT! We waited at the airport,,,for their shuttle, finally took a taxi. There’s a breakfast place that’s yummy,,, the bed was comfortable,, the pool is a small pond.

Was charged for room on credit card, receptionist said that it didn’t go through & that I had to pay US cash. My room was booked in Canadian dollars & when they converted from Mexican pesos to American dollars, the price was higher than what I had booked it for. I showed them my current visa account statement showing that I was charged for hotel room on my visa. They said that they didn’t receive the visa payment & would not refund the US cash that I had paid.

The rooms are clean. The staff are wonderful. The area that it's in has very limited dining or shopping. There is a small convenience store a couple of blocks down the street and I happen to find a guy selling tacos on the street that were very very delicious but other than that, I didn't see anywhere to eat or shop and I don't quite think it's worth $70 a night but with the free shuttle to the airport was what I needed in the room was clean and the bed was comfortable so it worked out wonderful

Quelle déception ! L’hôtel est dans un sale état et les photos ne relatent pas du tout la réalité. Il est situé à quelques minutes de l’aéroport et c’est peut être le seul point positif sachant qu’il est de ce fait à plus de 30 minutes en voiture du centre ville.

Great place to stay for a night, close to airport - free shuttle. Not much around, dirt side streets, dogs, roosters, traffic noise. Staff is very accommodating. Room was clean and provided overnight amenities such as tooth brushes, tooth paste shampoo etc. About $140 mxn for uber to san jose town center. overall would recommend for one or 2 nights.

Very friendly helpful staff. Dining options are limited but Uber is available to take you to the one really good restaurant. Close by. Water presuure and temperatures is super. Have your tranlating software available if you are not fluent yourself.

Nice clean hotel friendly staff. Pool is clean. A few snags. The heater in my room didn’t work but they gave me an extra blanket. Iron didn’t work but they replaced it. Resto has great breakfast and friendly lady cooking. This is a hotel for an overnight stay not more than that. There is nothing in the area you have to cab downtown. If you’re looking for proximity to San Jose or Cabos san Lucas do not stay here. If it’s an overnighter its superb.

Nothing stands out..the Lady at Deli was condescending when we "popped" to enquire abt Menu or Food..so we didnt want to eat there.. We chose the Tacos down the Road in the Morning, we had French Toast from a Food Truck , close by..
