Lovely clean hotel with nice rooftop garden. Easy access for metro but you have a slight slope to walk up and down. Good selection for buffet breakfast ate a couple of meals in the evening not a big selection but nice food. Nice staff in Reception and Restaurant/Bar.

Nice hotel in a walking distance if you prefer to walk. We were a group of five and usally used Uber. I would prefer to have a bar on the rooftop that would upgrade the hotel on my opinion. But rooms were clean and staff nice.

Wonderful physical facility, great rooms, fast laundry service, good breakfast. Bottled water only on arrival but never thereafter, no slippers or bathrobes offered. Dinner menu could have been much better - a bit pathetic, hotel a bit out of the way. Several arrivals at the same time as we arrived were told parking was15 euros per night, we were charged 20 euros per night.

We arrived at 10, room was not ready which is totally normal. We checked in around 6pm, we got a twin room. As a couple who arrived early we’d have appreciated to get a king size assigned. We finally did after I insisted even though the front desk agent didn’t want to give me one saying that “it’s not guaranteed and there isn’t any left”. But he finally found one. Plus, on my reservation confirmation, it’s guaranteed. Then, one night, we checked the room service menu, we called down the reception and they only had one soup and one salad available. Another night we wanted to have a drink on the rooftop bar but it was exceptionally closed. Properties are short on staff, we totally get that, it seems that it was the reason several services weren’t available. However, we wish they had told us upfront so we don’t get frustrated. Other than that, nice hotel, comfortable room, and good breakfast.

10 min wandelen van city centre. Rustig ondanks dat er werken aan de gang zijn aan de overkant van straat. Nette kamers, goed ontbijt, mogelijkheid tot meenemen van ontbijtpakket bij daguitstap. Rooftopbar is klein maar gezellig!

Check in was smooth but was unhappy about the €20 per day parking fee especially since the area had no access to a close parking garage. The garage was also dangerously cramped and the steep and tight ramp was so steep that the cars tires would slip as we were exiting. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the lack of amenities was not expected considering the cost of the room. Also the rooftop bar was open only to access the area but no bar was active at this time of the year (September 18). Was a disappointment since this added to the hotel’s appeal when booking.

It was a clean property. I didn’t use much of the amenities as I was just there to sleep. But I was given a room right next to the elevator so it did keep me up at night sometimes. The staff wasn’t overly friendly, just did their job it seemed. It’s about a one mile walk to the areas you’d like to be-Nothing much nearby.

It has a kettle to make tea, decent bathroom size with good shower however the bathroom bin is not easy to open. The hair dryer is detachable which is also powerful not like the typical hotel dryer that you need to press the button while drying. Other things I do not like is too much mirror. The bedside has both plug and usb charger which the hotel I stayed in Lisbon don’t have

The room we were given at this hotel was fantastic. We had a superior twin. It had a large balcony with seating which we used quite a bit. However I am not sure all the rooms have this facility. Great size bedroom and bathroom. Room has a kettle and coffee maker, fridge. Cleaned well daily. Everything about the room was perfect, 5 stars. The location is a little further out, we were only there for 3 days and it took us a while to get our bearings on how to get where. There are some good restaurants and a supermarket 10 minute walk from this hotel. There are building works going on opposite the hotel, which didn't worry us but our room was at the side of the hotel, so I don't know how it would be for the rooms at the front. The work does only go on during the day and you would generally be out during the day. The only negative for us was the breakfast which was not of a good standard. The hot buffet was cold and poor quality. In fact we left everything on our plates. I opened a pot of jam to be faced with mould which is extremely off putting. We had a few issues which we fed back to Expedia and they have been quite helpful with this. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel is spot on and it is the one thing if they work on it , could improve. I would most definitely stay again but I wouldn't book it with breakfast next time.

Location of the Hotel was OK, Rooms are comfortable, but 2 night out of 4 during our stay AC didnt work in the entire Hotel and they didnt call for emergency repairs. Also big construction is going on directly across from the Hotel, so we couldn't use our balcony due to constant noise. I wish they notify clients before booking.

24/7 Rezeption, allerdings musste man manchmal nach dem Personal suchen. Ausstattung und Einrichtung, leider gab es nur eine Kleiderstange im Zimmer. Für 1 Person ausreichend, für den Rest muss aus dem Koffer gelebt werden Früstück sehr günstig - Housekeeping hat leider gar nicht geklappt - das Personal ist noch sehr jung und unerfahren, oft kam die Betreuung der Gäste kürzer, weil mehr Wert auf private Unterhaltungen oder Rückzug in Personalräume gelegt wurde. Getränkebestellungen in der Bar sind wegen fehlender Erfahrung und Wissen auch nicht auf 4* Niveau gewesen. Insgesamt musste man als Gast viel Verständnis und Unterstützung für das Personal aufbringen.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Bem localizado, proximo de mercado, metro e pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer a pé ou com transporte publico. Café da manhã é espetacular, com muitas opções e sabor. O atendimento foi o diferencial, conseguimos fazer o check-in com uma hora de antecedência que faz toda a diferença pós chegada de uma viagem internacional longa. Complimentary water is only on the first night, no staff to bring luggage to the room, and additional charge for room service (not included in price for food). Location is great - walking distance to the centre and close to transport links. Staff were professional. Be sure to confirm at check in if its twin beds or double bed, as the hotel automatically assign it based on availability regardless of request at booking. Not quite 4* but nice accommodation nonetheless.

出張で滞在しました．設備は新しく，清掃が行き届いていました．朝食も美味しかったです (ポルトの名物などはありませんでしたが) ．旧市街からは離れていますが，ボリャン市場まで徒歩15分，ルイス1世橋まで徒歩25分程度で，大体の観光地にも歩いていくことができます．最寄り駅のCampo 24 de Agostoまでは徒歩5分くらいで，空港からE線に乗れば一本でアクセスすることができます．

The hotel was very nice, we liked that it was very close to main attractions, we love to walk a lot, so walking took us about 10-20 minutes to the attractions. We loved Porto. The city was very clean, I was very impressed. People very friendly. There is a grocery store near by as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again

Excellent room and service! Nice flat screen TV with lots of (english) channels. Located near grocery stores, laundry mat, metro, and reasonably walkable to the main attractions. Definitely recommend!

Fin lokasjon ca 15-20 minutter å gå til sentrumsområdene. Hotellet virker nylig oppusset, og har meget hyggelig personell. Anbefales hvis man ønsker å bo rolig med gåavstand til det meste. Også kort vei til togstasjonen hvis man skal videre til andre steder.

Shower was SUPER slippery. Had to use bath towel on the shower to get traction. Breakfast was so so at 17 euros; bad value. Restaurant staff was SLOW to wait on us. We got up and left twice. Room was good. Wouldn’t go back.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. A minor issue with the room was fixed immediately. Breakfast was good, but the evening menu was a bit sparse, so prepare for an evening trip, as nearby restaurants isn't that interesting(avoid Federica).

The hotel itself was very very good indeed. It was within walking distance of Porto centre which was good. Very good staff, very clean and tidy. My only negative was the evening dinner menu. For A 4 star hotel it was very limited and no thought had gone into it. Even the menu was on a clip board. Get a good menu and chef and you would have a fantastic hotel

The room was amazing. The most beautiful and comfortable hotel room you could want. It was affordable and an incredible sleeping experience. I travelled with a friend but this would also be suitable for couples and families. The only negative thing about the hotel room was there were frequent power cuts which lasted a minute or two. I would rate this experience at Acta 7/10. The 3 minus points goes towards the restaurant which had the worst food imaginable. We ordered the traditional Portuguese duck rice, which came smothered in cheese which completely ruined it. We also had the ribs & potatoes, which the ribs were extremely dry. It was quite expensive food for Porto standards to. So my advice is to not eat at the restaurant, it is worth it to venture out!
