Excellent stay at Old New Inn. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast choices were excellent. The situation of the property is right in the middle of Bourton, backing onto the model village, of which, admission is free if you are staying at hotel. You have to pay for parking, but it was £7 for 3 nights!! Cheap! Sunday dinner was 10/10. I will say the bar was extremely quiet. We were the only ones in there one evening. At least it’s not rowdy!

Great staff, nice breakfast, free tickets to the miniature land. Likely parking lot will be full during the day but there is a public car park to the left (4 minute walk) and out by the Coop which is about a 7 minute walk.

Room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Even a towel warmer. The Staff were very welcoming and willing to help with any questions I had. Lounge and restaurant was great. Good food and drinks.

A quaint inn with charming small room with classy ensuite bathroom. This place (at some point, was used as a recreational hall) was updated few years ago , retaining her charm for visitors in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. Room overlooks the stream, a stone away. Special mention of the delightful breakfast, with most ingrdients sourced locally including their own honey combs. Paid parking at the premise, which is also open to other visitors, make it harder to find a lot during busy periods.

Excellent, classy, characterful, warm hotel very close to the centre of this gorgeous village. Parking right next door for a modest fee. Superb dinner and breakfast - not cheap (dinner), but then nothing is these days. Nothing too much for excellent staff. Huge flow on the shower, nice coffee and tea selection in the room; classy touch was a container of fresh milk in the fridge in the room.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, fabulous food. Enjoyed our one night stay so much we stopped another night. Be aware though rooms 5 to 8 are on the second floor and its narrow stairs all the way.The model village is well worth a look behind the hotel which is free for residents.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a very comfortable bed and a good spacious powered shower. Small fridge in the room containing fresh milk( such a welcome relief from the usual UHT milk) and great for storing cold water. When we arrived the Dyson fan was in full flow to cool the room. Breakfast was delicious, as was our evening meal in the bar. Location perfect for discovering Bourton. We parked in the car park next to the inn and were able to validate our 2 day stay by inputting our registration number. The charge for parking was reduced to £7.50 for 2 days, and we had a free ticket to the model village. All in all a perfect 2 day break in the beautiful Cotswolds. Alas, Bourton was heaving with visitors but this did not mar our enjoyment.

We just had a two night stay at the Old New Inn. It was absolutely lovely. A quaint Cotswolds hotel with loads of Charm. The room was very nice and compact excellent hot shower. The Room and the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. There was a real fire in the reception area and also one in the bar which was lovely. The breakfasts cooked to Order were amazing and set you up for the day. You could not fault the staff. From the moment we arrived to us leaving the Staff were professional & friendly. We had one evening meal and we wanted something off the day menu. The manager asked the Chef and it was cooked for us. Fantastic service. We will stay here again the next time we visit the Cotswolds.

Hotel was beautiful, our room was lovely and clean. Best shower we’ve used in a hotel before! It was very quiet and staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Had a great stay. Was able to park right next to hotel. Room was clean, comfortable & cosy. Lovely ensuite, clean & constant hot water when needed. Breakfast had a fantastic choice - service excellent. Hotel was small but warm & cosy & inviting. Loved how near it was to shops & restaurants - walking distance.

So very clean, the bathroom we thought had just been renovated and we were the first users. The bed very comfortable. A perfect location, the village straight outside and yet quiet. Everyone was welcoming and persomable.

A pleasant hotel, with good food, particularly the choice at breakfast. The full English was excellent. The waitress at breakfast was pleasant, friendly and efficient. However, staff on reception when checking in were rather off-hand to the point of surly and not particularly helpful. We noticed the staircarpet on the risers was worn through into holes, but despite these few disappointing items, we had a comfortable stay.

I chose this hotel as it looked nice and we wanted to stay in the Cotswolds and it's an area we'd never been to before. What a fantastic choice! The hotel is immaculate inside and out, the staff are all friendly and welcoming and the food is really really good. It's very tastefully decorated, very clean and good condition everywhere. The hotel is in a fabulous location and its honestly just fantastic. We cannot wait to come back 🙌

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for the full experience of Bourton on the Water. Staff were friendly and informative from the moment of check in and room was furnished really nice and was very spacious. Only comment would be that the room got quite warm at night, however, this would be expected with a property of this age.

Booked the Cotswold Suite which we loved. Breakfast was great and parking was easy. Road outside is a bit loud in the morning but don’t bother us.

A good hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, but was on the top floor (attic space), up two flights of steep, narrow stairs - challenging if you have mobility issues. The bathroom - especially the shower, was excellent. Parking is in the adjacent small public carpark, which is convenient...as long as you can find a space. You can get a discount for parking fees through the hotel (it cost me £7 for 3 days). Overall, I recommend the hotel.

Lovely clean place with a very good breakfast, we eat her 1 evening too which was very good too, only grip was our room which was a little to cozy en-suite seemed small, but I would stay hear again maybe book a larger room lol

No air conditioning (i thought it said it did). Luckily nights were cool so opened windows, but still very hot. And when it rains, no open windows. That is when we realized how busy the street is outside of the room. LOUD cars flying by all night. Not peaceful. Bed was very uncomfortable as well and the room had a rotten egg smell to it. Staff was not friendly - front desk and bar servers. It is very convenient to the town with lots of restaurants (which close by 8-9) and the shops.

The Old New Inn is an excellent place to stay it has character and charm and was spotlessly clean, everything was well thought out. Rooms are well appointed and the food was first class. All the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact while we were sat at breakfast we booked another stay.

It was a nice stay.. however the room was small but still good.. bed was comfy the only downside is that we had half used toiletries in the room. I would say it’s not great for people who have mobility issues either unless your on the ground floor as the stairs are very steep and narrow probably due to it being an old building. Also if we went out during the day we struggled to park when we came back as the car park is super small.. maybe hotel guests should be saved a parking space especially when you pay for it. The breakfast staff were really great and efficient and breakfast was delicious every morning. Dinner service was not great - the food was delicious but you really had to fight to get the waiters attention, which really let the experience/ meal down, no one was going round asking if the meal was okay, asking if you needed anything else, any extra drinks etc. We probably would have ordered more but was just struggling to get someone’s attention so decided that was enough

Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Ideal location in centre of the village. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and quickly sorted out the payment of car parking charge at reception on arrival. Breakfast was really good and the waitresses were so helpful.

Charming inn, well located just by the Windrush river and two steps away from the model house. The staff is great, courteous, welcoming and most definately helpful. Cristina deserves a special mention for making our breakfast and morning wonderful. Breakfast is delicious and the pub attached to the hotel is charming. A pleasant hotel, with good food, particularly the choice at breakfast. The full English was excellent. The waitress at breakfast was pleasant, friendly and efficient. A great 2 night stay. Very welcoming by the staff who seem to work extremely hard. Perfect position for strolling into the village which is very beautiful. Loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Ideal location in centre of the village. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and quickly sorted out the payment of car parking charge at reception on arrival. Breakfast was really good and the waitresses were so helpful.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a very comfortable bed and a good spacious powered shower. Small fridge in the room containing fresh milk( such a welcome relief from the usual UHT milk) and great for storing cold water. When we arrived the Dyson fan was in full flow to cool the room. Breakfast was delicious, as was our evening meal in the bar. Location perfect for discovering Bourton. We parked in the car park next to the inn and were able to validate our 2 day stay by inputting our registration number. The charge for parking was reduced to £7.50 for 2 days, and we had a free ticket to the model village. All in all a perfect 2 day break in the beautiful Cotswolds. Alas, Bourton was heaving with visitors but this did not mar our enjoyment.

The room we had was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with all local fresh produce. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again, without question. Very impressed and they have made it a very homely and welcoming place to stay.
