Went up and down 3 times because the key card didn't work. The water in the shower was like warm at best.

Last-minute reservation for the Baja 🤘 in thousand races. Polite friendly staff. Beautiful clean room. Geared for couples on romantic weekends. Safe area. Secure garages included with some units. Would do it again. Very friendly staff. Very safe.

Horrible I ask for the lowest price to be given to me Which I was told by the staff member was 7 usd lower than what I was charged I was upset I told the staff member to credit my card since she made me aware of the lower cost She said she couldnt I was not happy I was given a key card to 302 I arrive to a used unclean room I was upset I was told "Im sorry" The female staff member stated she could cancel the credit card transaction and I could find another hotel I asked wait ✋️ U can cancel but you couldn't give me my $7 lower cost to the original hotel bill Excuse me🤨 I was a bit more Vexed Now, I was given another room with a person to escort me his name was Angel I did ask for blankets The assigned room 427 was cold I did ask for 2 blankets the room was cold The noise level was high construction I don't really know just annoying 😒 In the grand scheme I am a sole traveler It waa dark and late to secure a new hotel stay I was disappointed Honestly, I don't think the establishment deserve the credit card purchase as the hotel services were not rendered
