I usually stay in the Cove next door, this was unavailable so I chose Plaza. I was very pleasantly surprised - every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, my room was big and included both a fridge and a microwave, and was insulated from noise from the street. The gym is basic but has everything you could expect from a hotel gym. The staff members really elevated the experience for me. This is an excellent hotel considering the price and central location. I didnt like that i couldn't keep the air conditioner on without it changing on its own. Also the elevator was broken and had to use 2 different elevators to get to reception desk.

Stay was comfortable and good! Friendly staff !! Parking space was near 5 minutes to walk to Hotel ! Only we had difficulties with Navi finding the Adresse after awhile at last after the help of the two young boys we found the hotel at last !

Vreselijke stank in de ingang ( weet geur) in de gang boven aan de kamers vreselijke geur ( stinkbom ) of iets dergelijks Zowel de gang en de lift erg vuil vooral de grond Ontbijt was heel goed en uitgebreid. Service onthaal heel goed en vriendelijk. Kamers heel goed en netjes ( voor drie bedden wel drie badhanddoeken voorzien ipv 2 ) Jammer dat er geen parking is bij het hotel, of gereserveerde paking plaatsen voor de klanten in de nabijgelegen Qparking, daar moest je wel 40€/dag betalen dus 80€ in totaal en ook nog zoeken naar plaats.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good situation to visit many places. Good transport routes nearby. Room clean and spacious. Kettle with coffee and tea. Fridge with bottled water provided. Room not serviced during 6 day stay. You could request new towels from reception. Our room was to the front on main street. Very noisy if window was open.

The room itself was lovely and such a good size for 4 people. However, the rest of the building felt like it needed smartening up. The corridor carpets were very dirty and there was a funny damp smell around the place. The main entrance/lobby was also in need of some tlc. Good location though and suited our needs.

Staff very friendly. Rooms were large but in need of decoration it was very stark not even any pictures on the wall, the floors looked in need of a good scrub. Rooms clean but very basic. Breakfast was not good, it was not worth the cost. When we arrived our floor smelled like sewage and the corridors are very dirty.

Good breakfast and the staff were very good at keeping the buffet filled. Room was clean but sadly it wasn’t cleaned during my stay, despite leaving the door card out. Also the rooms heating didn’t work during the entire stay. I reported it to reception a couple of times but nothing was done. Not the end of the world but definitely not perfect. Would probably go back though.

Very slippery shower and no rubber mats available also no wash rags and no service to clean the beds and get more towels I had to ask for more towels. Another words is pretty bare bones. The only thing good about it is the location.

Comfortable Stay, but Street Noise Was a Problem The hotel is well located and the room was nicely appointed—comfortable and clean with everything I needed. However, my room faced a very busy street, and the windows did little to block the noise. It was loud from early morning until late at night, which made it difficult to rest. I would strongly suggest the hotel alert guests in advance if their room is on the street side, especially for those sensitive to noise. Otherwise, it’s a well-run property in a convenient area.

Een zeer rare kamer waar het bed op een soort bordes stond. Met als gevolg dat je je hoofd stoot als je op wil staan. En om naar het toilet te gaan moet je 2 keer een trapje af, dus in de nacht alle risico op vallen. Daarnaast was de temperatuur in de kamer erg heet. Zelf de thermostaat terug gezet naar 20 graden maar blijkbaar reset deze zich in de nacht naar 23 graden!

The room itself is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great and very big - unfortunately it has one of the showers with only a half glass door so we did have to use a lot of towels due to the floor getting wet. The staff are lovely. The area is very central and steps away from the train lines. Really quick access to everything in downtown area. It was a little bit noisy but the room was relatively sound proofed. Very comfortable stay and I would certainly stay again.

This was about 10 minutes from the station, a straightforward walk. The entrance is very slightly round the corner on a side-turning off the main street. There is no hotel frontage (it's over the shops) but it's well marked. Reception is upstairs (there is a lift). Staff were charming and very helpful. My room had a full-size fridge with water bottle and a microwave. A large glossy book was full of information on the area. Wifi was weak. The double bed had 2 single covers; one double would have been better. The hotel is right in the centre of the shopping area, which is handy for food outlets, but perhaps the location is less attractive - depends what you want

They didnt clean my room on the first day even if i gave a request to clean. The elevator broke and i had to take the stairs for several days during my stay and no one helped me with my luggage when i checked-out even when the elevator was broken. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located near all the shops and metro station, and so many dining options around.

Das Personal war unfreundlich, das Hotel schäbig. Die Bezahlung wurde doppelt gebucht, man hatte es nicht nötig, sich für diesen Fehler des Personals zu entschuldigen. Zudem war man nicht in der Lage, das Geld sofort zurückzubuchen und findet 30 Tage zur Rückerstattung normal. Sehr schlecht geführtes Hotel mit unfreundluchem Personal

es war KALT im Zimmer. Klimasteuerung ohne Funktion, Personal bot weder Zimmerwechsel, noch Decken oder anderes an. Erstattung oder Teilgutschrift gab es auch nicht. Schade, die Lage ist top und das Zimmer ansonsten groß und angenehm.

Friendly smiley staff especially the receptionist Mica. Choosing this hotel is the best with excellent experience for my dear friend who celebrated 60th bday in The Hague. Business 2 day stay - mid week Plus is clean tidy and breakfast was great. Minus - very small room, floor was grubby - ( not vacuumed ) and a ridiculously large empty fridge taking up so much space in an already small room was bizarre. Location was convenient for shopping but hopeless for taxi or pick up as right in pedestrian only area.

From outside it is even hardly to find. It is super in centrum and even direct at pedestrian street. But not so easy to find. Taxi will leave you with 100m to walk. Rooms are big. Breakfast is just fantastic. Belive me, - 7 types of sliced Holland Cheeses, Prosecco, 8 different warm food possibillities. Really one of the best breakfasts ever. Easy to book bikes in advance. I suggest strongly a bike trip to Delpht only 10km away. Almost all the way along the kanales. And vist the market and have lunch there! All in all - this is a very good choice in Haag.

Location was great : right in the middle of the main shopping street and walking distance to all the main sites, and also a stone's throw from the tram lines (10 mins walk to The Hague Central (train) Station. Staff are super belpful and kind. Rooms are great as are the beds. Super useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Have stayed here twice now and will pick this one again.

Slap bang in the middle of the centre of the hague..walking distance to trams and buses. Great helpful staff . Beds a bit hard for me personally and pillows could be a bit better and also towels need to be bigger . Otherwise comfortable stay

The hotel is located in the very centre of Hague. All the shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and berries. Even prosecco if you prefer that in the morning. Service was great and we would be happy to come back anytime.

About a ten minute walk from the central station situated on four floors above shops. Could not be more central for shops, sights and amenities. Close to excellent tram system. Reception very helpful and pleasant on arrival (and other times). Room with fridge and microwave (no evening meal). Little internal or external noise despite my room overlooking a busy pedestrianised street. Sadly, I had two single beds joined together and not a double but apart from that the room was good. Breakfast on the top floor - a good buffet with a variety of options. As with most hotels the cooked items quickly turned cool but otherwise fine with efficient staff. I would stay at the hotel again.
