Carpets have a bad smell. Rooms are old and in need for renovation.

Pros - location, staff, reasonable rates, comp tea/coffee in lobby, comfy beds. Cons - extremely old building so water pressure not great, a/c didn’t work properly, light/fan came on randomly during night & front door didn’t open easily

The rooms were small and outdated, a lot of wear and tare.

The toilet was flooding and the cistern running continuously. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The light fittings were bizarre and unmatched. The central light on the fan had a hidden switch: I had to ring reception to find it. The carpet was old and ugly. The mattress sagged. The sheets were not tucked in properly. The pillows were old and all soft. The large black and white photo near the bathroom is an a front to any woman, and totally unwelcoming.
