Very convenient hotel. The only issue was that they did not have 24/7 room dining and we had to go to the bar in order to get food. Being that it’s an airport hotel it should consider offering that option as flights can come in anytime during the day. Other than that the rooms were wonderful and you have everything you need. Great hotel it you need to overnight to transition to next day.

Very convenient for travel from LHR T2. Worth noting that there is no complimentary parking and short stay can get fully booked. Staff were very attentive... Excellent service.

You would think for a hotel at a major airport that it would have some food options for people arriving in the middle of the night and not close up the food shop at 11pm.

Excellent property with a perfect location for an early morning return flight to the US. The rooftop bar has fantastic views of the runways. Staff were helpful with directions to get to terminal 2 & 3. Comfortable, modern and spacious room.

I liked using the laundry facility.

They have self surface laundry service which is very handy

Very quiet despite location between Heathrow Airport runways - no outside noise whatsoever. Easy walk to hotel from Terminal 2, bit farther from Terminal 3 but still doable. Room was good size, comfortable furnishings. I guess they expect people staying at an airport hotel won’t bother to unpack - there was no dresser, not a single drawer in which to stow things. Also, lighting at the bathroom mirror was very poor - impossible to stand without your face being in shadow.

The room was great, except the bed, which was very hard, and the pillows, which were way too fat and very hard. I didn't sleep well because of that.

Location was the key - right at the airport. Room was very nice. usual Hilton quality! Only complaint was about the shower controls. Impossible to figure out and you have to stand under the shower while you’re doing it!

Staff were good. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was fine. Room was small and dark. Bed was ok. The location near terminal 2 was good so picked it for that.

The refrigerator did not work, the air conditioning never came on, and the springs in the bed kept popping like the we’re trying to come out of the mattress.

Nice hotel but bathroom needs attention. Shower not the best. Plug in sink not closing and light out at writing desk. Also lighting in bathroom quite dark. Apart from that good food in restaurant . Would stay here again.

Good soundproof room convenient to terminal 2.

The location is hard to beat, nothing comes close to a 5 minute walk from the terminal for a short layover. The staff were friendly, beds very comfortable. It’s probably time to renovate the place, but overall im pleased with my stay.

This was the worst travel experience in my over 1,000 trips over 5 decades. I emailed the hotel that I would be in late due to a flight delay. My wife and I arrived at 1am and the manager said there were no rooms available because of a plumbing problem, but he would drive us to another hotel where they made a reservation. Neither the manager or the staff could even look us in the face. We both thought they just oversold. We are exhausted so we go back on the elevator and return to the ground floor. There’s no manager and eventually a different hotel employee pulls up and brings us to the Renaissance, not the Hilton. The manager said they sent 8 other customers to the hotel because of the plumbing problem. The service rep at Renaissance said we were the first coming from any other hotel that night. The manager said they would pick us up in the morning and drive us to terminal 2. The Hilton Garden was a 1 minute walk and was why we chose that hotel. No one showed up and we were going to get a taxi, but there was a fire in the tunnel so no taxis were getting through. We eventually got a ride to the train station and had to take a 20 minute train ride to get the terminal. The 2 employees including the service manager were very helpful. We barely made our flight and the stress involved already ruined the day. I would not recommmend anyone to stay at the Hilton Garden terminal 2 at Heathrow. They better refund my money or I”ll be taking this up with the corporate office.

GBP25 for an early check-in is a bit rich. Would be nice to have complimentary water in the room, as well.

The room are clean and comfortable. We had to walk a very long distance to Terminal 3. I want a transportation service that connects directly to terminal 3.

Particularly picked this hotel due to proximity to Terminal 2, but then airline moved me to T3 ! As a single female traveler I felt safe but directions to the hotel from the airport were difficult. I finally had to ask a security guard who told me I had to walk through the parking lot to access the hotel! Signage was poor regarding this and it was quite a surprise.

Excellent location before morning flight. Instead of struggling in the morning to get to Heathrow airport from the centre of London we have been booking this hotel, takes a lot of stress off of you.

The hotel provided poor directions for walking from the hotel to Terminal 3. The whole point of staying in this hotel is access to the airport. The way to walk to Terminal 3 was not easy to follow and initially not well marked with signage. The hotel staff provided vague and unhelpful responses when asked.

Convenient for terminal 2 but less so for terminal 3, which is a good 15min walk away. Location makes it expensive for what it is.

Great for T2 & T3 super clean and comfortable rooms. The sky bar was brilliant. The only thing i would add for those on a budget is although the food and drinks are excellent it was a bit expensive. We had the tower burger which was great and massive but it was £26.

Obviously convenient for airport but food and drinks ridiculously expensive for very average food selection and awful keg beer selection.

Excellent overnight stay in a very clean soundproof room with a very comfortable bed. Good restaurant on site which you will need as there are no other restaurants nearby unless you walk 15 minutes back to the airport terminals or take an expensive taxi. Luckily, the hotel restaurant served a good dinner and an excellent breakfast with lots of fresh options. Definitely recommend for those needing to stay at the airport.

Lovely entrance/ check-in after the madness of the airport it was nice and smooth, room was nice and clean with coffee making facilities. Shower was nice again with what you needed to hand. Only down side was the price of food and drinks. Checkout was easy.

Very convenient and walkable to terminals 2&3. Staff at reception were excellent, and very helpful in accepting left luggage early on the day of check-in to allow a full day in London. The room was well-appointed and although, unfortunately, lacking a bath, the shower was both effective and easy to use. The selection for dinner was somewhat restricted, but the quality was reasonable, and the Breakfast, from 6 AM, was actually very good.

Good check in , average room . Restaurant service good albeit not great choice for gluten free options unfortunately!
