Wow this place was a gem. An Oasis in Nebraska. Several stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property itself was nicely maintained. Plenty of free parking. The Decor was beautiful and had a futuristic look. Outdoor amenities for smoking and a heated indoor pool. Breakfast delicious. TY

We got the standard two Queen Bed room. The good...it comes with a couch and two large TV's. The bad...there was only one remote that only worked for one of the TV's and the hotel is noisy due to their doors for bathroom - they slide and bang in every direction, so you hear everyone in rooms near you when they open and close those doors! Looks clever, but actually a fail.

The stay was pleasant. It was fairly quiet. Our toilet was not fixed to the floor or wall well so it moved around loudly whenever anyone touched it I felt bad for whoever was next door or the floor below us.

Easy access to I-80. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Flickering bathroom lights forced us to shower in the dark. Bathroom towels were so rough, it was like drying with burlap. Bathroom sliding door was so sticky, it required both arms and full strength to open and close. Impossible for my wife.

Hotel is very nice cosmetically. The beds are probably the hardest most uncomfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel. I think the ground might have softer. Walls are very thin and can hear everything. Breakfast was so so. Waffle cooker wasn’t cooking waffles all the way and the juice was very watered down

This is a brand new property. I requested a suite so that I could stay up late and watch tv and my husband could go to sleep. The rooms are separated by a a wall that is about 3 feet high and about 2 feet wide so there is no real separation. two tvs on the same wall about 8 feet apart but it makes no sense. No where to put shampoo in shower. design is clearly not thought out

We absolutely love this hotel. It is one of our very favorite hotels. We have stayed here before. Everything was above the normal average. Checkin was super easy and very pleasant. The man checking us in ....I think his name was Ron....went above and beyond. He is very personable. He answered our questions and even visited with us for a few minutes since we were the only ones in the lobby. He even gave us a sheet with recommended restaurants and told us ones that he personally enjoys. We took his advice and enjoyed a nice meal. The room was very clean. They have the nice little soaps and lotions in the room...which i enjoyed.The bed was excellent, in fact we slept in and totally missed breakfast. We plan on staying here again! They do it right at this hotel..everyone was very kind and pleasant.

Hotel was great until about 10 am; I took a few bags to my car and came back and my key didn't work. Rode down the elevator with another group with the same problem. The front desk agent said the keys always deactivate early, which is absurd. Lots of extra running around for no good reason!

I had to make a last minute trip to Chicago following the death of my father. Because it was rushed I had no one to watch my dogs so piled them in the car and headed east. Had no issues on the eastbound leg of my trip but on my return trip I pulled up the app and booked a room at Best Western in Ogallala. The rate was around $150 with fees and taxes. I booked the room because Best Western is a brand I know and trust, even though there were rooms available for half that price. Upon arrival the guy checking me in was polite but seemed like he was still learning. During the check in process he informed me he would charge an additional $60 for my dogs. The reservation said all fees and taxes were included. I objected to the fee but they insisted and I asked to cancel the reservation rather than pay hidden fees. They said I had to contact hotels.com. I did and they said they had to get permission from the hotel to cancel. When they called the hotel refused to cancel. Through the whole process there was a young woman or late teenager who seemed to be in charge. She was condescending, and treated me with disdain. I have never been treated so inhospitably. Between the unfair business practices of taking payment but refusing to provide services unless additional hidden fees are paid and the unprofessional service of the staff I recommend staying away from this hotel.

I arrived with what I thought was a serious transmission problem and the staff recommended a local garage and booked me for another my since I was stranded. They were so helpful and caring about my situation! I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve had near catastrophic experiences twice on this road trip and both times I was staying T. bEPlus and both times the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and caring.

Really happy staying at this hotel. It’s right off interstate 80 super clean new has a covered area outback where my husband could smoke a cigar. Has a couple of dining options and a Walmart across the street. Really large parking lot and we were able to keep our truck attached to our motorcycle trailer that we were hauling.

Pit stop overnight en route west. The hotel was average, clean and quite. The breakfast was disappointing as the coffee pots were empty and many of the food items needed restocking. When I saw the bacon being restocked I saw the young woman used her bare hands. Would be better to use at least gloves or utensils?

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. We like it very much. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star review, the breakfast was an hour late. It probably was a staffing issue; however, when traveling we are under time constraints and the itinerary keeps moving. Breakfast is important to my husband and he was not happy that it was not ready before 7am.
