Staff are fabulous! So helpful. Room very small and a bit claustrophobic. 3 day stay but would be ok overnight. Great facilities and pool. Lift didn’t work (same as last stay) Had to carry all our luggage down stairs. Bit hard for elderly people😌

This is part of the KDV Sport complex. Nice room, good bed, clean, BUT the bathroom we had basically had a postcard sized shelf for toiletries (seriously). The sink is square, quite small, and only a small space for a bar of soap. Sure, it does have a medicine cabinet but that won't hold my toiletries bag. Other than a space problem in the bathroom it is a great place. Free mini-golf, sauna, and pool. Bit of a walk from hotel to sport complex.

This place was great because it is attached to a sports complex where you can access tennis courts, gym, sauna, and a driving range included with your stay. We didn't like that the hotel didn't provide a hot breakfast in the restaurant.

Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. Thank you Elite Gold Coast staff.

Good location, looks like is newly built, was very clean, very good facilities, staff were very polite and very willing to provide assistant. There is very limited undercover parking, but there is plently of parking in the adjoining carpark.

Great location with fun sport facilities, plenty of parking, fabulous restaurant onsite and cool casual dining (bar) nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely want to come back with the family or for another girls weekend away. With a soccer field, free mini golf, pickle ball, paddel ball, tennis courts, gym, heated indoor pool, onsite infinity pool and golf driving range straight off the nearby sports bar, it would be a fantastic getaway for everyone.

Lovely and modern property with ease of parking and a safe locked gate after hours. The customer service is excellent from check in to check out. The room is on the smaller side with quite a small bathroom, but very clean and well organised. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property however they obviously don’t check draws properly in between bookings. Found a disturbing bag in one of draws upon check in with some, let’s say, activity stimulants for a couple to have a good time.

Good location, quiet not busy. We went during easter holiday. The restaurant downstairs is very handy and the food tastes good. Clean and good size room. Again I requested king bed but they put double bed together and covered with a bed sheet. I also confirmed that on the phone. They did it to other guests as well. Free parking which should be for every hotel. You already paid for the room why should you also pay for the parking. It doesn’t make sense. Overall, we will be back there again.

The room itself was great but I couldn’t change the aircon as the once you press the up or down with the temperature it would go up to 28° and there was no way to lower the temperature so you would have to go to admin just to change the air con temp. For the parking it was confusing if the “underground” parking is staff parking or customer parking as there was not many parks and almost had to park in the car parks 50 meters away

Nice hotel. We had to ask them about the air-conditioning as it wasnt heating. But apparently they have to change it over at 6pm. But it was quite cold before that time & we had no choice but to wait until then before it would warm up. Very unusual, never experienced that before.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean and have all the amenities you would expect when traveling. The hotel manager went out of his way to assist our requirements.

Food an drink options were good there was a larger range to drink from than other hotels. The staff and facilies were very clean an friendly an willing to help at any point, everything that we had to go to was in walking distances if your willing to walk 25 minutes to the train station. The breakfast and dinner side of things when it comes to paying was a hit an miss with different people serving you e.g asking your room number to charge at the end of the stay, if we werent honestly at the receltion about having breakfast and dinner we wouldnt have gotten charged. But over all it was a great little getaway and lovely place to stay.

When we arrived was initially given room that wasn't what was booked and was already occupied, was soon sorted after going back to reception. Accessible room was good but nowhere to put soap in shower and nowhere to put other toiletries as was only a tiny shelf available. In main room there was no suitcase holder so case had to be put on desk to enable easy access. Lovely area to relax near pool and look out over sports precinct. Lovely meal in restaurant,but continental breakfast very basic. Parking area good. Would consider staying there again if ever back in area.

Although this property is pretty far from major tourist destinations in Gold Coast (~1 hour by bus/train to the theme parks and Surfers Paradise), we still love its location because it's quiet and peaceful. It's close to bus stops that would take you to the nearest train station (Nerang). The staff were also accommodating. This hotel is perfect for those with cars because it's also close to a petrol station. You'll be far from the noise of the CBD but close enough so you can drive there in less than 20 minutes.

Nice place to stay. I chose this place as i did not want to stay in surfers. I didnt rent a car, however i could still get anywhere from public transportation within 5-10min walk of the property. The hotel is very sportung orientated with a high class gold and tennis facility that ajoins the property. The property is wuiet and clean, and the reception was very nice.

Nice hotel with a luxury feel. Convenient for the motorway and away from the hustle and bustle of the coast for a quieter experience. And yet, within 10 minutes you can be at the coast. We did not use the various sports facilities, but there is plenty of choice.

We wanted a hotel adjacent to the GC Suns stadium in Carrara. The Elite is an easy walk across from it. The hotel itself was really good value for money. The room was clean, well appointed and big enough for us. We had a nice quick meal in the bistro which was well priced and very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elite! It was very convenient as we were visiting the theme parks which was close to drive to. Really quiet location and the staff were very welcoming and polite! Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Pretty good price. The room was small but clean and the beds were really comfy. Shame about the breakfast. $20 for cereal or fruit or toast... pretty average. Coffee was extra on top. Overall a good place to stay and would stay here again but find somewhere else for breakfast.

Always a pleasure to stay here. I would like to see more variety in the restaurant meal selection. They were happy to cater to dietary requirements, but seeing that a lot of the menu was pizza, it would be nice to have it listed rather than asking.

What stood out most was the staff who are among the best I have experienced. They we happy, welcoming, polite and very helpful. The meal at the on-site restaurant was beautiful, so I do recommend eating in. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is a nice an open space. The rooms are very clean, good space and modern. I was pleasantly surprised at how good Elite was and it was great value for money. I will definitely be returning.

This place was great because it is attached to a sports complex where you can access tennis courts, gym, sauna, and a driving range included with your stay. We didn't like that the hotel didn't provide a hot breakfast in the restaurant.

Excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and super quiet. The restaurant is lovely and our meal was very good. The wait staff were excellent. There is not much undercover parking, but plenty of onsite open spaces, protected by a security gate. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to return on our next trip. Thank you Elite Gold Coast staff.

When we arrived was initially given room that wasn't what was booked and was already occupied, was soon sorted after going back to reception. Accessible room was good but nowhere to put soap in shower and nowhere to put other toiletries as was only a tiny shelf available. In main room there was no suitcase holder so case had to be put on desk to enable easy access. Lovely area to relax near pool and look out over sports precinct. Lovely meal in restaurant,but continental breakfast very basic. Parking area good. Would consider staying there again if ever back in area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Bed was very uncomfortable was a gap in the middle of the bed and the mattresses were uneven heights. Pillows were very soft so not a great nights sleep. Toilet didn’t always flush, no toilet brush to clean toilet. Bathroom was very very tiny! Fridge made a sound when put on a cold temperature. No lactose free milk only oat, almond and soy. continental breakfast didn’t have much options. Dinner menu had limited options also so was unable to dine there.

Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant and deck seating were excellent. Our comment was we would eat there if we were locals because the food was delicious. Room was clean and nice. Nicely arranged for multiple people to share.
