Spectacular ocean view from our hotel room. A variety of breakfast choices especially the pastry area and the bánh bò were definitely memorable . Anh , the General Manager tried his very best to run the hotel as he personally walked us out and helped with luggages however on the first night of our 4 nights 5 days at this hotel , the night front desk staff didn’t make my aunt who lives in Da Nang feel welcomed as the staff literally asked me if my aunt was staying the night when during check in I already told the hotel it was just my mom and I who are staying/ sleeping here and my aunt will come every day to visit us and they persistently made sure she’s not staying by asking incessantly the same question. Other than that , I love the gym here since it has enough equipments and a nice ocean / pool view . The sauna was a plus. The pool was empty about 9pm and perfect for a late night swim . That’s another bonus point of this hotel is that the swimming pool closes pretty late at 10:00pm!

今回2泊３日の宿泊に利用させてもらいました、 お部屋も19階オーシャンビューでした、 5階にはプールやジムがあり、 2階はレストランです、 朝はブッフェスタイルでした、 空港からホテルも近く、市場などへのアクセスもバッチリです、 強いてゆうならホテル周辺はコンビニ以外は何もないので、その点で星を三つにしましたが、それ以外は申し分ないくらい最高でした！ アイラブダナン❤️

It was our first time staying a Sel de Mer and we had an amazing experience. Check in was smooth, room was very spacious and clean. No stong bleach smell like other hotels we’ve stayed at. We had breakfast included which was very nice, everything was fresh and not too heavy. We had no issues with staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. My partner used the gym facilities which he said were great. My only criticism was the pool area which lost its sun very early in the day. But overall great experience.

This is a good 4,5/5 stars hotel with a central location, with a super good breakfast (and in general food were amazing). Also I was at the spa for massage every day. So I can highly recommend it too. Stuff and service were the top. The only one thing - for those who loves to swim and to take a sun bathing - they don’t have a big pool and the pool are indoor.

Veldig fint, rent og moderne hotell med hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Frokosten var god og variert og man kunne velge mellom flere varianter med kaffe laget av en barista. Hotellet hadde et nytt og fint treningsstudio, fint basseng og deilig spa!

숙소 내부가 고급스럽고 해변으로의 접근성도 좋은 편입니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 서비스가 완벽했습니다. 호텔 조식은 평범한 편이었고 루프탑 바는 가격이 적당했습니다. 수영장 뷰는 좋으나 날씨가 시원하고 바람이 많이 불어서 그런지 다소 추운 감이 있어 이용하기 어려웠습니다. 주변에 해산물 식당, 분짜 식당 등 로컬 음식도 먹을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 추천합니다.

Moldy tiles

Our overall stay was average. When we arrived, the staff were very kind and served us straight away. However, when we entered our room we noticed that it had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There was hair in the bathroom, hair in the main living space and there were stains on the sheets. After we called reception, they came up almost straight away and addressed these issues. There was also quite a bit of mould in the shower and in the bathroom, and so this made the stay a little bit unpleasant in terms of cleanliness. The hotel breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from, however the area in which the breakfast was held was quite dirty with crumbs and leftover food on the floor and on the chairs. I personally became sick after eating the hotel breakfast, and so we did not return to the hotel breakfast for the following days of our stay. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city but still directly across from the beach which is nice. However, being located on a main road in the city, if you choose to have an ocean view room you will hear the cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Overall it was a pleasant stay however we will not be returning to this hotel.

There was dust in the corners of the room, and hair from the previous guests was found in the bathroom and toilet. Also, when I contacted the front desk to get ice after the kitchen had closed, they told me it was impossible because the kitchen was closed. They could have at least given me that. However, overall, the experience was good. The view was great, and the area around the bed was clean.

Hotel is not a 5 star property. The customer service is amazing but the property is run down. Showers had mold spots. Floors are worn out. Only 3 elevators for entire property.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in in Da Nang. The breakfast was better than any other as well. Only high end resorts have better breakfast. Service was fantastic just like almost all hotels in Vietnam are.

TEN OUT OF TEN IN EVERY RESPECT. We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect. Staff are extremely well trained , very competent, super friendly and helpful. Each and every member of staff strive for perfection. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb, the lobby smells divine, lemon grass I think?? The aesthetics and decor of the interior is lovely. The views of the beach from the balcony were stunning. Breakfast there is so much choice but most importantly of good quality. The location for My Khe beach is perfect, several seafood restaurants within walking distance, also a few small supermarkets. Grab taxi is cheap to get around and see the sights. My only suggestion would be to do a "happy hour" at the roof bar as when we went there one evening there was nobody up there so it lacked a bit of atmosphere but this is not a complaint in anyway, just a suggestion. Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. If we ever find ourselves in Danang again (we hope so) we would stay here again without hesitation. We were sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff, you work so hard to please everyone. *We did note at breakfast one morning two guests were so rude to a member of staff because she asked to clarify their room number. Despicable behaviour, they should be ashamed. Sorry this happened to a lovely staff member. We love you Sel-De-Mer!

Sel De Mer is the place to stay when in Da Nang, we were on the 24th floor with amazing views day and night, opposite the beach. Room was spacious and a balcony looking out over the beach. Room service was great, and house keeping was fantastic. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay special, always with a smile. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of foods, always fresh and well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to Da Nang, easy walk or catch a grab to the markets and bars/restaurants - 5 Star for everything.

Great property along the beach. If you get a room on the city side, it's a bit noisier. Ocean side is nicer. Staff are wonderful!

Great view!

清潔で眺めの良い客室、美味しい朝食、ハウスキーピング、緊急用件など対応は素晴らしかったので大満足に近いのですが、着いた時から金庫に不具合があったり、バスルームの扉が閉まりにくかった、ベッドの照明が不具合（着いたり消えたり）だった為、星ひとつ減らさせていただきました。

주니어 스위트룸 숙박했기 때문에 시설이나 청결, 조식, 직원 서비스 모두 다 좋았는데 외부 소음이 전혀 차단이 안되는게 아쉬웠어요... 14층에 묵었음에도 오토바이 소음이나 기타 도로에서 발생하는 온갖 소음이 그대로 다 들어와서 잠을 편하게 자지는 못했습니다..

素晴らしいホテルでした。ただしバスタブの栓が上手く閉まらず、タオルを挟んで解決しました。スタッフもとても良かった

Room was on the seafront very spacious and clear view of the ocean. The room was very comfortable, however the noise from directly outside was very noisy from the bar across the road.

Property is nice but put of the whole staff only few speak good english. We asked for late checkout and prices were very unclear, they kept changing the price until the morning of checkout. We had dinner in the hotel on the 31st Dec and despite there were only 2 tables, not all food was available. Bad service kind of ruined our dinner. Overall property condition is very good

Well appointed room clean great view of the bay and fisher people in there little boats the street to the beach easy to cross ,food plentiful fresh at breakfast…BUT the staff are what makes this place a stand out helpful super polite with excellent English that old fashion customer service and respect thats lacking in most western hotels ,for example no hotel i been in ,till now !!!has the management open the door of the taxi thanks you for your stay with hands shake wishing safe travels and hope you return soon …surreal!!

So I had a pretty bad experience here and didn’t get any sleep for 3 days due to constant issues with the air con units. They moved me three times. First because my room wasn’t ready when I arrived and asked me to wait 45 min after 22 hours of flying. So they moved me, then the new room had a bad smell to the air con and I ended up getting sick the next day. They moved me again and the third room apparently had a timer setting on the air con which the last tenant used but they never reset it so all I saw all night was the ac shutting off every hour and woke up sweating 3 times. Breakfast is not up to par with a 5 star hotel at all. It’s not great. The biggest issue is that the moment you have an issue the entire staff seems to get very uncomfortable in dealing with problems. Even small ones or compensating when there is an issue. My first week was totally thrown off due to a number of their problems. At least their sauna and spa was wonderful. Usually I don’t stay at 5 star hotels so this is all new for me but I was hoping for more. But they made my stay quite really exhausting and now I’m a week behind on sleep. I don’t care about upgrades or fancy rooms. Just clean beds that let me sleep. And if there’s an issue, an easy fix instead of thr entire staff getting stressed.

What a wonderful property. The hotel was clean and offered plenty of features. The real highlight was the staff. They were absolutely incredible. They were helpful, courteous and attentive. Probably the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The room was spacious and offered an amazing view. Dining options were good. The breakfast buffet was a great way to fuel up before heading out for the day. If I return to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very bad service offered by the staff, who barely speaks english. Not transparent on prices and restaurant not at the level of the accomodation style

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this exceptional hotel. Our room on the 24th floor, overlooking the sea was just fabulous. We could happily have stayed longer than the 2 nights we booked. Service and breakfast was probably the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. We would like to praise one member of staff in particular who was outstanding and helped us make the most of our stay. ‘Man’ from guest services booked our trip to Ba Na Hills and negotiated a taxi price for us and gave us so much helpful information - he even sent us a What’s App message to check to see if we were enjoying our day. An absolute credit to the hotel!

I start with cons, since they are more important and make pros not important. The cons are not about the hotel itself, but about surroundings that make stay in the hotel almost unbearable. If we had known the cons, we would have never stayed there. So, our advice is to stay somewhere along the beachline to the north (7 km to the north) near the Lady Budda, of 10 km dowb to the south (closer to Marble Mountains). Those areas are not well developed, but your should be able to enjoy quietness at night. Cons: 1. Outdoor karaoke all around the hotel until midnight or even later. The hotel staff can call police only after 10pm and only to karaoke that are in immediate proximity to the hotel. However, terribly loud noise coming from karaokes from much further. So go ahead and stay there if you are planning to get a breakdown on the very first night of your vacation. 2. The terrible smell just outside the hotel from the neighboring street seafood restaurant. They put huge garbage bins with rotting leftovers right on the sidewalk. Not mentioning that the bins just next to the tables. So, you can imagine the rich aroma the bins produce in the morning after a night outside at 40 C. I wonder if hotels and local don't understand that without the smell and karaoke Da Nang would be a much higher level resort. Pros: 1. The hotel itself is modern and clean. 2. The staff is friendly. 3. The breakfast is good with wide variety of eastern and western options.

綺麗なホテルです。繁華街から少し離れているのが難点ですがその分、騒音も少ないのでOKです。 近くにあるHải sản 79は安くておいしいです。

They didn't anticipate check-in by 20 minutes, and they annoyed us to check out exactly at noon. The location is far from everything.

ホテルはミーケビーチの北側エリアのビーチフロントでオーシャンビューが最高でした。 週末イベントのカラオケの騒音がうるさいのが玉に瑕で、朝食ビュッフェは滞在客層の多さで決まるのか、韓国人団体客が多いうちは辛い味付けのものが多く、パン以外は口に合いませんでしたが、日本人客が多くなってからは、味噌汁や一口トンカツ、フライドポテトが美味しかったです。 フロントスタッフやフロアマネージャーらしき方達のHospitalityは高かったですが、プールエリアのスタッフは感じが悪かった。 エクスペディアにはランドセツビアリとなっていたので、セルフランドリーを期待したが、ドライクリーニングserviceのことで、割高なので断念しました。 ビーチで遊んで戻った際の砂落とし用の水道が地面から１０ｃｍ程度と低く、使いづらかった。 ホテル前の車寄せが舗道しかないので、雨の時は不便そう。 ドアマンは即座にドアを開けてくれて、荷物も運んでくれる。 室内のテレビがチャンネルが少なかった。ホテルCMがくどかった。

施設は問題なく、夜になると海側にある2店のカラオケ店が屋外で爆音を流しながら、下手なカラオケを強制聞かされるのには参りました。

Location is relatively close to the airport and within walking distance to some decent restaurants. The beach is not as busy as other sections.

Fantastiskt frukost med mycket autentiska vietnamesiska rätter. Jätte fin service och väldigt hjälpsamma och vänlig personal. Hotellet ligger i det lugnare området, men då hotellet erbjuder pool och bastu, var det mkt sköna dagar då vi precis haft hektiska dagar i Bangkok. Perfekt ställe att återhämta sig och jag rekommenderar att välja till frukosten. På kvällen kan det vara hög musik utanför hotellet men det är ännu mer ljud ifall man bor närmare stan. Rekommenderas öronproppar. Men väldigt bra air condition, fantastiskt fin utsikt från vår balkong från den 22:a våningen. Vi verkligen älskade vårt rum! Smidigt att ta sig längre ner till de livligare områden genom att promenera på stranden, på så sätt slippa den hektiska trafiken under kvällen. Stannade här 4 nätter och det var perfekt! Personalen hjälpte till även att ordna transport till Hoi An och det rekommenderas varmt!

Loved my stay here. It's very close to the beach. Room service was delicious and fast. The spa was fantastic and a good price. Lots of nearby restaurants and not far from night market.

I did a lot of research on hotels on the beach front and this one came up on top. I wanted a beach front balcony with chairs, breakfast included, pool and onsite restaurant and bar. This hotel delivered on all accounts though sadly it was too cold and rainy during our stay to use the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the best so far on our 6 week south east Asia trip. Sheets and towels were of good quality. We experienced no noise at all in the room other than the lapping of the waves on the beach. I’m a light sleeper and really appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Breakfast was great, cappuccino, fruit, egg station, cheeses, pastries and lots of Asian dishes as well. We arrived at different times and there was always seating available and food replenished for later seatings. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the door man was always there to meet us with an open umbrella when we stepped out of the taxi on rainy days. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and the food at their restaurant and bar was also very good.

住宿隔天早上要下樓時，電梯故障，從22樓降到10樓停止運轉，在黑暗電梯裡那幾分鐘真是沒安全感！早餐食物中還有頭髮！住宿其他家飯店去沙灘時會有人員引導協助過馬路，回來時會告知哪裡可以沖腳，這家飯店都沒有，有點冷漠！房價比較貴不一定服務比較好
