Property was exceptionally clean and well maintaned. Close to Robina Town Centre. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating from start to end. Pool was heated and clean. Gym had everything you'd expect. There is also a nce games rooms with plenty of board games.

We had a great three night stay at the Quest. Very convenient for travelling up and down the M1 and also for local shopping and visiting the Broadbeach area. We originally came for one night and ended up staying for three. Parking is great as are the staff, super helpful and friendly. Nice coffee set up in the lobby on Monday morning when we came down. A place to stay where they seem to think about their guests!

The location is great for public transport as it’s right next to the station however there isn’t much nearby unless you get an Uber or have a car. It’s a shame there is no restaurant on site and no cafes within walking distance. It’s also a shame that there isn’t a lot of space on the pool deck. There are a couple of deck chairs but if it’s busy and there is no space to sit down it’s hard to watch your kids swimming without needing to stand up from the ground level as the pool is above ground. The entertaining area below the pool is good but there are no fans so when the blinds are closed it can get very stuffy. The pool also closes at 8pm which is a little early especially if you want to use the bbq and have an evening swim. The staff were lovely and the rooms were pretty good. Overall we rated it a 4/5.

The staff at this property were super friendly and helpful. Paying for parking with no guarantee of a spot downstairs is a bit annoying plus the spots are super tight. The room was very clean and had great kitchen facilities. A better lock on the balcony door would be good as my toddler could easily open it. The pool is nice.

The staffs are wonderful, the room is clean, very nicely setup with everything I needed. The only downside of the room is that the hairdryer surface is very sticky, it’s not dirty, but I think it’s due to the eco material made plastic that causes the problem.

Good overall but the room is too small for the price compare to some others. Convenient location 6 mins drive from Robina town centre. Close to the beach. What we don’t like is that they charged for a parking. $10 is nothing but we paid for a room over $200 the parking should not be charged. It should be part of service. Who would bus there? No water - it should be part of the services.

The Cbus Super Stadium is literally a stone's throw away from Quest Robina - excellent location given our reason for being in the GC was for an event there. We had great banter while remaining very professional with Andrew which we both appreciated. Awesome work team!

Didnt quite understand pet policy after checking in i was phoned several times from reception about an extra surcharge per night "pet fee" And another bond as i wasnt in a "pet friendly" room... But they were happy to keep me in the same room for an extra charge...? I didnt get to reception on saturday... Early on sunday the phone rang again and again and AGAIN to be told about the extra "pet fee" i was confused and i hung up... ( They already had bond i was staying 2 nights... Then on return to apartment that arvo my room cards were cancelled i didnt even think about the "PET FEE" So it is not as pet friendly as it seems if anything i felt no quiet enjoymnent... i took the pet home 2nd night and had to talk and pay another bond to get my keys for apartment re activated at 11pm otherwise i would have been locked out.. over a tiny chihuhua that for his 1 night stay and had checked out and left the QUEST !!!

I’ve booked 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment with sofa bed for our family of 5. But at checking in they gave me a smaller room with only 1 bathrooms and sofa bed not made up. After complaint with receptionist, I’ve got a new room that exactly matches what I’ve booked for. The apartment is new, modern and clean. Location is next to stadium so you get a parking building view from balcony. The next morning after checked out they overcharged me for parking spaces. We had 2 cars but got charged for 3. After a few emails I’ve got a refund back. Overall not so sure I will go back.

The property was very close to the Robina train stop and less than a mile from the Robina Town Centre which had a Mall and multiple places to eat with grocery stores. We enjoyed the trail walk to and from the town centre everyday.

We had a great three night stay at the Quest. Very convenient for travelling up and down the M1 and also for local shopping and visiting the Broadbeach area. Great place to stay- lovely staff. Newish area, nice walking track to shopping mall. Mall is great. Food in the mall is great. Train station right beside Quest and goes to airports in Brisbane direct. Close as a kick to the stadium. Quest is nice with lots of conveniences.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and very well organised with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (detergent and laundry powder provided). Coffee and cake station just outside every morning so we could grab a bite to eat. Three small restaurants nearby so we went there for dinner. Right next to Robina train station.
