Had a great time with the family, great pool and staff. Shops are very close and amazing food. Close to kata beach and a quick ride from Karon or a nice walk if you’re up for it. Will be back next year for sure.

Clean room, friendly staff, good WiFi, great breakfast buffet, pool closes early so very quiet in the evenings, short walk to shops, restaurants, and beach.

The room was nice. But very loudly. Did hear people clealy from the hallway and other rooms. Very crowded breakfast. Eat ealy if you like some nice and quiet breakfast.

Breakfast is worthy of a 2 star hotel, few options, coffee is terrible and fried eggs are lined up so they are cold when you get them, being in Thailand you would expect more fruit options than just water Mellon and pineapple. Renowned thai friendliness is not found amongst staff for breakfast with exception of one lady working alone.

Great facilities, pool with slides keeps children (and adults) busy for hours! Decent food at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Reception/check in staff were a bit rude and customer service was not that good
