Sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtete, saubere Lofts, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Der Eingangsbereich wirkt leider wenig einladend und vor allem abends sehr düster. Leider gab es Probleme beim Check-In - obwohl vorab online eingecheckt, liess sich mit der selbst kodierten Zimmerkarte die Tür nicht öffnen. Erst nach Kontaktieren einer Notfallnummer (Rezeption abends geschlossen) konnte ich mein Zimmer endlich beziehen. Anderen Gästen ging es wohl auch so - eine frühzeitige Info per eMail wäre wünschenswert gewesen und hätte viel Stress erspart! Am Folgetag zeigte man sich an der Rezeption relativ unberührt von den Geschehnissen, daher bin ich von der Gästefreundlichkeit etwas enttäuscht.

Zimmer wirklich geräumig und sauber. Um die Ecke Rewe, Pizza, Döner und ÖPNV. Aufzug leider innerhalb von 7 Std 2x defekt und niemand zu erreichen. Als Gast anderen Gästen geholfen aus dem Aufzug zu kommen und von 1:00 bis 2:30 die Gäste beruhigt. Eine Notfallnummer wäre von Vorteil. Sonst sehr freundlich. 2,5 Std früher einchecken und 2 Std später auschecken.

Das Apartment ist zwar auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön, modern und hochwertig, jedoch nur auf dem ersten Blick. Das Apartment wurde renoviert mit dem minimalsten Aufwand. Qualitativ ist es wirklich sehr schlecht. Der Mülleimer war nicht geleert. Die Hälfte der Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Man kann das Apartment akzeptieren, aber nicht zu diesem Preis. Definitiv zu teuer.

Schönes Loft in einer super Umgebung. Der Bus ist in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem, in der Küche gibt es eine solide Grundausstattung. Lediglich etwas Schimmel im Bad hat uns gestört. Ansonsten war alles bestens.

Die Zimmer sind wundervoll eingerichtet, leider war Schimmel an der Decke der Dusche und in der Dusche waren gelbe Ränder zu finden.Ansonsten super schön und sehr nette Menschen am Empfang.

Wir lieben diese Loft Appartements. Wir waren nun das zweite mal über das Wochenende zwei tage da. Beim jetzigen besuch haben wir ein kostenloses mega upgrade für die zwei zimmer panorama suite bekommen. Wir waren sprachlos und wie beim ersten mal auch von der stilvollen Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit überzeugt. Bei der grossen Suite war alles nochmal perfekter :) wir sind mit dem zug und mit dem bus angereist. War gar kein problem, sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es sehr vielen. Tagsüber waren wir einkaufen bei rewe die straße runter. Die einkäufe konnte man im Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer lagern. Am abend haben wir uns taiwanisch bestellt (absolute Empfehlung!), das hotel wurde vom lieferservice sehr einfach gefunden. Mit dem personal hatten wir keinen kontakt, was wir bevorzugen. Die Informationen und das self-check-in war reibungslos und selbsterklärend. Wir mögen das mehr als in einem regulären hotel wo immer jemand an der Rezeption steht und man grüßen muss. Einziger kritikpunkt: am letzten tag war der Aufzug kaputt, es war ziemlich ärgerlich in den 4. Stock jedes mal laufen zu müssen. Aber das kann passieren und wir sehen drüber hinweg. Alles in allem werden wir hier gerne weitere Aufenthalte in Stuttgart buchen!

We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs. We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.

The lofts were beautiful, the amenities perfect, and the location very good. There is no AC or fans in the lofts and we were there in temperatures above 30°C and the rooms were unbearably hot until the middle of the nights once the windows opened and sun went down.

Spent 1 night at this location during our tour of Germany. The room itself was a decent size. It is finished very simply (painted floors). The front desk has limited check in hours, but does have a provision for after hours check in. Check out was simple and straight forward. Comfortable enough stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs. We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.

Zimmer wirklich geräumig und sauber. Um die Ecke Rewe, Pizza, Döner und ÖPNV. Aufzug leider innerhalb von 7 Std 2x defekt und niemand zu erreichen. Als Gast anderen Gästen geholfen aus dem Aufzug zu kommen und von 1:00 bis 2:30 die Gäste beruhigt. Eine Notfallnummer wäre von Vorteil. Sonst sehr freundlich. 2,5 Std früher einchecken und 2 Std später auschecken.

Es war ein wunderschönes und sehr großes zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett. Die lage ist mitten in Stuttgart ost und es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Oder die verbindung mit bus und bahn um in die Stadt zu kommen waren nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotelzimmer/Hotel an duch würde ich ohne Probleme weiter empfehlen.

I loved the location of this property. Shopping for food was really close. Restaurants and bakeries were also very close. And shopping and sights were only a 30 minute walk from the apartments. I highly recommend this location. The location made it so I did not have to rent a car.

I keep returning to this property every time we are in Stuttgart. Great place, always clean, very helpful and accommodating staff. Front desk girl always tries to help with anything I need. Wir haben eine Nacht im Loft verbracht, Anbindung durch Bus an den Hbf sowie Richtung Schleyerhalle sehr gut. Quasi nebenan befindet sich REWE und in wenigen Gehminuten sind einige Lokalitäten erreichbar. Der Check-In lief selbsterklärend und schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für die nächste Veranstaltung in Stuttgart werden wir definitiv wieder hier her kommen!

Great place to stay. Slightly confusing info re check-in after 6 but there were staff there till 8pm and check in was so smooth. Room was large, extremely quiet, clean. Coffee machine in room. Staff were absolutely lovely. We will be back!
